Simply Mandy

Mandy did both my hair and my makeup for my wedding -- and she did the hair of my bridesmaids, mother, mother-in-law, and grandmother. She hired an assistant for makeup for the others. She was AMAZING!!! She was able to get hair right for my sister and for my grandmother and everyone in between -- and they are very different hair styles! Not only was her work awesome, but it was awesome to have her around on my big day! She was calm and cool and collected and kept me laughing through everyone coming in and out!

Not only did Mandy give me the perfect look for my wedding day, she also made my bridesmaids look amazing!! Her personality is equivalent to her hair skills as well! WONDERFUL!!!

I hired Mandy to do my hair and make-up for my New Year's Eve wedding. She did an amazing job! Getting ready with my sister before the wedding was the most relaxing part of the day. Mandy listened to what my vision was and made it come to life. She was professional, calm, and my hair and make-up lasted well past midnight. She made me feel beautiful on such an important day, and I can't say thank you enough!

I was referred to the fabulous Jena Pickle by my regular hairdresser, and everything I was told about her was true! She is SO much fun, so kind, and makes your time in the chair go by fast. Our trial run went great. She did just what I asked, and explained little nuances about my hair/color that made it impossible to be identical to the picture, rather than just saying "your hair won't do that" which often seems like a cop out. The day of, she exceeded my expectations with my fabulous hairdo, and wowed the two bridesmaids she styled also. My hair stayed perfectly put until I undid it at 3 am. The salon itself is fun, comfortable and has great service. We enjoyed their mimosas and brought our own snacks, and had a fun day!
