!! I was so amazed. Fast forward to March 2019, I hired Simply Perfect to do my own wedding. The preview went smoothly. We tried different things, and I feel like Molly and Amanda really helped me define "the look" by listening to my thoughts and guiding me based on their years of experience, especially with Asian eyes. Communication was quick and concise. While I didn't have any lingering questions, I felt comfortable reaching out anytime. For the day-of, they were incredibly punctual, professional, and fun! My hair and makeup looked great all day and night. I would highly recommend!

They were able to fit me in for a practice session and work with my changing plans. They go beyond just makeup and hair. There was actually a mixup with my photographer in terms of my Wednesday wedding date, and the girls were so sweet and waited around to make sure a photographer showed up. had was that we were extremely behind on time. I didn’t end up getting pictures with my bridesmaids before our ceremony because we had to rush to get to the ceremony location. Including myself, there were 6 of us that needed makeup. I wish Molly would have recommended to have two makeup artists. I’ll be honest I’m most bummed that it interfered with my pictures and caused me stress I didn’t need on my big day. Overall, the business and staff were friendly and welcoming and I think I just got unlucky :(

Her attention to detail is phenomenal to say the least. She provided me with a touch-up kit to use 'in case of emergencies' that i didn't even need to touch because my make-up stayed put all night long! If i ever need my make-up done for a fancy event I will be going straight back to her! Beth did my 'maids and my hair and she was amazing! She worked with many different lengths of hair (long, medium, and short) in many different styles (braided up-do, romantic bun, half up/half down, and curled) and she did such a fantastic job. My hair barely moved an inch all night and everyone looked magnificent. Both of them worked incredibly well together, and were extremely pleasant to be around all morning long. They stuck to the timeline and made sure that everyone was satisfied before they packed up to leave. if I could give them more than a five, I would in a heartbeat. These two were everything I could have ever asked for and more and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for Hair and Make-up Artists.

super easy - contracts and payments were all done online. Molly worked with my schedule for my makeup trial. I used it for our engagement session photos and she was able to work with my schedule and find a time that was convenient for me on the day. For the day of our wedding, Molly and her team were at the venue before we even arrived and were all set up. They did the makeup for my entire bridal party as well as the mother of the bride and groom. They were very efficient with their time and kept us all on schedule. Molly and her team would make sure to understand exactly what each person wanted in terms of their makeup and catered exactly to what they were looking for. We had several different types of skin tones and styles within the bridal party and they did a great job making sure everyone was happy with their makeup. For myself, I normally do not wear makeup so I still wanted to look like myself but glammed up. Molly worked with me and made some adjustments from my makeup trial to get the exact look that I wanted. I felt like it was a very collaborative process which made me feel even more comfortable with the results. I was absolutely thrilled with how my makeup looked on the wedding day and it even lasted until the next day (even the lashes)!! Overall I would highly recommend Molly and her team and will continue to use her services in the future for events.

My wedding was this fall and Molly did a full trial in the summer which went really great, she took detailed notes throughout the trial and even had all of my offhanded comments about certain things I traditionally do not like when it comes to makeup written down so that she had a full 360 degree view of my likes and dislikes. My skin tone had actually lightened by the time my wedding day arrived. Molly was amazing about changing and catering her approach since I wasn't as red or tan, she felt she didn't need to over-correct. The fact that she responded to how my skin was the day-of and catered a new plan is a true testament to her skills as an artist. I am extremely particular when it comes to my base application, I insisted on doing my own base and Molly and her Assistant were 100% supportive of me in doing so. They both coached me on two amazing new techniques as well when applying foundation that I will use forever. I also brought a lot of my own makeup that I didn't have at the trial, in which Molly dove right in and created the bridal look that was EXACTLY what I was hoping and praying for! I have more of a light complexion with light hair and eyes, and it becomes extremely apparent when I have too much makeup on. Molly applied the absolute perfect amount, not too much to make it seem like I was caked in makeup, but definitely enough so that I was covered, dewy, glowing and really made my eye color pop. Multiple guests commented on how great the makeup I was wearing looked and it truly stayed with me all throughout the day and night, amidst an extremely rainy day! I remember hugging multiple guests in tuxedos and not once did I rub off or transfer anything onto their jackets, Molly really thought of every little detail when it came to applying my wedding day makeup. She also remained a very calm and soothing source throughout the application process as well, which I did not realize how important this is! I had over a dozen people asking me questions and coming in and out of my bridal suite - Molly and her team made us feel calm, cool, and collected amidst what may have been a rather chaotic setting. The team was 10 minutes early and right on schedule, they packed up and were out of my suite with time to spare. Everyone was so friendly, positive, and overall such a great addition to our 'morning of' group. I look back on the services Simply Perfect Bridal Artists performed and can truly say they went above and beyond to make sure myself, my bridal party, and our mother's were comfortable in our looks and left the makeup/hair chair loving the results! Another quality I loved about Molly and her team was that they truly sought out any and all comments/criticisms and ensured we each had exactly the look we wanted. They were so humble and really made us all feel comfortable about speaking up when needed, although most of the time they seemed to have read our minds with how we wanted to look and feel for the day. d a very natural, "me" look, but I decided to book a trial with Molly after reading all of the glowing reviews about her company, and I'm so glad that I did. She made me feel 100% comfortable during my trial- she's incredibly sweet and has a personality that puts you at ease. She asked a lot of questions in order to make sure she understood what kind of look I wanted for my wedding day, but she also had a natural knack for choosing a look that suited me perfectly. It made me feel really confident in hiring her. She came to my wedding venue the day of the wedding and she was both on time and super friendly with my bridesmaids (she also did my flower girl's makeup for free!). I cannot stress enough how happy I am that I booked for her for my wedding. I felt confident and beautiful the entire day. (Molly gave me a touch-up kit for my makeup but told me I probably wouldn't need it, and she was right! Despite drizzling rain during my wedding pictures, tears during my ceremony, and sweat out on the dance floor, my makeup help up beautifully for the entire day/night.) Getting our wedding pictures back and loving the way I looked in the pictures only further affirmed that I'd made the right choice in booking Molly. I definitely, definitely recommend hiring Molly and her team to anyone looking to hire a makeup artist. She's awesome and she does amazing work!

my makeup. I mean, what a waste right? WRONG. My makeup was on POINT and, more than anything, my makeup did not SHIFT in 95 degree weather. I was literally dropping buckets of sweat onto the concrete. I felt like my makeup was streaming down my face and I felt gross. WRONG AGAIN. Even with me sweating my ass off, my makeup did not shift. It stayed all day and all night. I ate every single word I ever said complaining about paying for my makeup. Molly is worth every penny. There was no second thought after I saw the pictures from my friend's wedding. I immediately messaged Molly and booked her for my wedding this past September. From our trial run to the actual day of, Molly was amazing. Professional and just really great at what she did. Not only did I look good, but all my bridesmaids and mom did too. Everyone got what they wanted whether it was more natural or more glamorous. It just made the day because everyone felt beautiful and it made the whole wedding experience more magical. Molly is worth every penny. She books up fast so grab her. Airbrush makeup is the way to go for your wedding. The interesting thing about onsite makeup artists is that they are with you and your friends/family for a huge chunk of your wedding day. Beginning with my first interaction with Molly (the owner) over email, I had a good feeling which turned out to be right on par with who Molly is and the business she has built. She's extremely talented, very responsive, organized, friendly, and incredibly personable. I had a blast chatting with her during the makeup trial and was blown away with how beautiful I felt and looked. She said the makeup was meant to last all day. She wasn't kidding. My makeup trial was done right before I went to Great America, the amusement park. I was stopped by several strangers who just had to tell me that my makeup looked amazing. I was shocked when I looked in the mirror after 8 hours of sweating in the summer sun and humidity and riding roller coasters to see my makeup looked flawless. On the day of my wedding, the Simply Perfect team arrived on time and stayed on schedule. Through the process of applying makeup, they listened closely to each person's preferences (natural look, more dramatic, etc.) which ensured everyone was very happy with their enhanced look for the special day.
