Simply Pizza Truck went under new ownership the week after we signed a contract for our wedding - there was a little bit of a mix up, but the new owners were so helpful and gracious trying to make everything right. They also reviewed our contract and helped us make it even better for our guests, including adding an additional flavor pizza that my husband desperately wanted. The appetizers and pizza was amazing at the wedding and our guests all agree! The truck itself also made quite a statement. The food came out relatively quickly to feed 115 guests, and people were then able to get more helpings. We even had several boxes of pizza to take back to our hotel party at the end of the night. Overall, I would hands down recommend this food truck for your next event!

We had Simply Pizza come out for our wedding in Evergreen, CO and it was a huge hit! Ty and Kim are so fun to work with, and are very reliable and communicative. They were willing to squeeze into a not so easy space at the venue, which we really appreciated. The guests could not stop talking about how good the pizza was, and how cool the truck looked! I would highly recommend Simply Pizza for any event.
We watched this large and fantastic food truck handle a Rehearsal dinner in the Breckenridge area last Summer when we were visiting. Attendees milling around were raving about the truck and the food coming out of it! All fresh, quality ingredients and you can be eating within30 seconds out of the wood fired oven! Wow, we need to track these folks down in the metro Denver area and book for our next venue!
