About this vendor
I have such a passion for designing weddings. Each of my wedding designs are unique and always reflect my clients' expressions, not my own. For me, weddings begin with a blank slate. In our first meeting I want to hear all about both of your thoughts, ideas and needs. Feel free to come by yourself for a one on one or bring everybody. Your partner, moms, dads, grandparents, anyone you would like to share the experience and insight with. I want to get to know your personal style. This process should be fun, and your wedding look should feel as uniquely cool, playful and/or charming as you are on your best day. After this initial meeting I take a month to create your Wedding Vision Board and present it to you. I turn your style into an event! I show you everything and then we edit the design until it meets your approval and budget. I then choose vendors and artists from my talent bank that help me execute the vision within a budget you’re comfortable with.Designing a wedding is a process and a huge expense. There are so many nuances to planning a wedding you definitely want a team that knows all the ends and outs of the Louisville event industry. I want all my clients to know I have their best interest at heart. I know I am asking for a lot of trust. When a couple trusts me to be a part of their team it's an absolute honor.

I met Sara in the spring of 2024 and instantly fell in love. We started talking, and an hour flew by in an instant. Michael and I had been engaged for a few months, and after meeti...
ng Sara, I knew she was supposed to be a part of our celebration.
Neither Michael nor I had any predispositions or dreams for our wedding, but that didn’t hinder Sara from doing what she magically and masterfully does best; reading two people and curating an unforgettable, unique, and perfectly us celebration. From the design board to the full concept, we were consistently blown away. We’re still amazed that someone could create the most perfect design and experience for two people who had no clue what they wanted.
Sara asked us what we wanted our guests to experience or take away from our wedding, and I answered that I wanted everyone to feel the love we have for each other and our families. Her thoughtful and curated design set the scene for the most perfect day of our lives, where everyone commented on how much love there was in the room. Perfection ❤️🔥
If you’re looking for just a wedding planner, there are countless amazing planners in Louisville. If you’re looking for a partner to design a wedding that is as amazing, quirky, funny, passionate, and unique as your love; a partner who understands logistics just as well as artistry and design; a partner who sees two people clearly and paints them into a masterpiece; then Sara is your gal.
Sara was amazing to work with! She was communicative, even when we had to reschedule due to the pandemic. She didn’t forget about us, she stayed in contact and even checked in on ...
how we were doing!! We had some hiccups of course as all weddings have and she handled them with ease, two of them I didn’t even notice (and I was a wedding coordinator in San Diego!). She truly is a joy to work with and I highly recommend hiring her for your big day!! Even a year later, our guests are talking about our big day, thank you Sara!!
Sara is a joy to work with and has a talent for creating beautiful events!
