A coordinator wasn't initially something I planned on getting but having James was a lifesaver. He did so much to help organize all of our vendors before the wedding and make sure ...
everyone had the right information, knew when they would arrive, and any other vendor arrivals they needed to know as well for our schedule. The day of he was eager to help with absolutely anything we needed (like getting more champagne after we lost ours and picking up food for everyone). We had the most perfect day and a large part of that was because we could fully enjoy it and not worry about planning/coordinating with the vendors because we knew James could handle everything. Our photographer even told us we're the first wedding she's worked where everything was exactly on time with the schedule (even early!) and I know James had a lot to do with that! He will truly go above & beyond for his clients which you can't always find!
Simply Serendipity, James Barr, came out to Telluride, CO to help coordinate myself and my husbands wedding and I can honestly say I couldn’t have been more impressed. James fulfil...
led all our needs both before the wedding and during. He took time to make a 2 hour phone convo, since I’m in Telluride, with me to break down every minute of the wedding and what we wanted and how we wanted it executed... Challenge completed. During the wedding he made sure everything was in place, that the bride and groom were happy and not worrying about anything else but the big day but also catered to our personal needs or changes we wanted at the same time which made both of our lives so much easier!... Challenge completes. I would highly suggest to anyone that asked to hire Simply Serendipity because your wedding will be simply serendipitous.

e should wear to not clash with the wedding party. He was fun to work with, very outgoing and made our wedding day run smoothly. Any time I had a question, change or concern James responded to my email within an hour of it being sent. The day of the wedding, James came up with our timeline and made sure everything was on time and that the other vendors were doing what they needed to at the correct times. James made the night flow and worked extremely well with the vendors which was extremely helpful. At the end of the night, our wedding venue informed us that James was the best coordinator they had had in a very long time. My wedding had ages from 6 months old to 90-years old and every guest felt loved and welcomed and could not stop boasting about James. James made my wedding better than I could have ever imagined it to be. I would STRONGLY suggest James for weddings and cooperate events. He is truly amazing and so much fun to be around and work with!

ed the time he took to get to know us and what was important to us on our wedding day. His attention to detail ensured that our reception stayed on schedule and we were able to spend the majority of the time celebrating with our guests!
