We had such a wonderful experience with Ashlyn and Layton! From the moment they arrived, they were organized, professional, and incredibly attentive to every detail. They made sure everything ran smoothly, kept us on schedule, and handled all of the little things behind the scenes so we could truly enjoy our special day. Their communication, professionalism, and calming presence made such a difference. We never felt stressed about what was happening because we knew everything was in good hands. They went above and beyond to make sure our day was everything we hoped it would be. We are so grateful for everything they did and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, thoughtful, and dedicated wedding coordinators!

From the rehearsal through the very end of our wedding day, they were absolutely incredible. They helped with décor, setup and cleanup, communicated with all of our vendors, kept everyone on track, and somehow managed to make everything feel completely effortless. They were organized, flexible, responsive, patient, and always had great suggestions when we needed them.
What I appreciate most is how calm I was on our wedding day. I never once felt like I needed to worry about what was happening next, whether a vendor knew where to be, if something had been set up correctly, or if everything was running on time. I honestly couldn't tell you if anything went wrong that day—and if it did, Ashlyn and Layton handled it so seamlessly that I never knew about it. I was able to just enjoy our wedding and be completely present, and that is priceless.
They also work together flawlessly. You can tell they know exactly how to play off each other's strengths, and they have such a great way of keeping everyone organized and on track without ever making things feel stressful or chaotic. Our family and wedding party absolutely loved them too.
There wasn't just one moment when I thought, "I'm so glad they're here"—I felt that way the entire time. Knowing they were there meant I didn't have to think about anything other than enjoying one of the most important days of our lives.
Ashlyn and Layton went above and beyond for us, and I genuinely don't know what we would have done without them. They are amazing at what they do, incredibly easy to work with, and exactly the kind of people you want by your side on your wedding day. We would recommend them over and over again.

Her interest in this started with her own wedding. Somewhere in the middle of planning it, she realized she genuinely loved the puzzle of it including the logistics, the vendor emails, figuring out how a day should flow. What she didn't love was how much of that a bride has to carry on the actual wedding day. That's the whole reason Simply Smith exists. She's a physical therapist by trade, which turns out to be surprisingly good training for this: she's spent years reading a room, staying calm when things go wrong, and taking care of people on days that matter to them. Couples tend to describe her as the person who thought of the thing nobody else thought of. Outside of weddings, she's usually with Layton and their dog, listening to Taylor Swift, or planning the next trip with family and friends.
