Simply Suited are simply the best you can hope for! They are professional, responsive and just a pleasure to work with. Having them onboard felt like planning with good friends. On the days of our rehearsal and wedding, their calm, assertive and friendly direction made the event what it was--simply, a success! I can't recommend highly enough.

I couldn't be more happy that I hired Kendall and Autumn for our special day. From our initial conversation leading up until the big day, they have been such a joy to work with and I never felt like I had to worry about a thing. Whenever I needed to hop on a call or had any questions, they were always available and happy to do so. I hired them to be my month of coordinators and they made every step of the way less and less stressful. They were in contact with all my vendors and ran our rehearsal the day before. Fast forward to our wedding day, I didn't have to worry about a thing. I got ready for my big day and wasn't thinking about anything but getting married. That morning my phone never rang about possible issues coming up or anything! They made sure vendors were set, that we were running on time, made sure our ceremony and whole day was perfect! Autumn & Kendall are fabulous coordinators! I found Simply Suited through The Knot and I am so thankful I did. I instantly felt a connection with Autumn over the phone when she said that she handles the logistics and spreadsheets while Kendall takes care of style & design. As a bride, I never had a vision for my wedding, so I needed help planning immediately. The girls are a very relatable, balanced, and down to earth duo and took all my thoughts and made them a reality with ease. They were organized and efficient, even during a very busy wedding season. Every time we met, they were on time, and we accomplished what we were there to accomplish. I give them praise for dealing with several “I don’t knows” that I threw at them. I speak for my mother as well when I say, we know this day would have not come together perfectly--the way it did, without Autumn and Kendall’s help. They dealt with challenging venue scenarios and staff, with professionalism, patience, and the perfect level of assertiveness. I made the bold move of hiring most of my vendors before I knew I needed them, and without any issues at all, they worked extremely well with all of of the other vendors. I have already referred Simply Suited to another bride, and I would 10/10 recommend them for your wedding!

Kendall and Autumn did a great job coordinating our wedding. They were organized and remembered many details that can be so easily missed. Autumn made detailed spreadsheets to help coordinate the day from start to finish. They decorated the tables and arranged flowers beautifully. They were organized and took initiative during the rehearsal and wedding day.

I originally contacted Simple Suited last year when I was planning for a fall 2022 wedding. Some things happened and when I called in February to ask about a summer 2021 wedding they were on board and made it happen! SSO has worked with a lot on vendors and connected us to an amazing photographer who captured our engagement and wedding beautifully. Autumn was in constant contact over email, text, and google drives. She created and edited spreadsheets for me throughout the process. She made planning super easy and stress free and I wasn’t excepting that leading up to my wedding! During the rehearsal my husbands groomsmen were not paying attention to say the least and she kindly but firmly wrangled everyone together and made the rehearsal run super smooth and we were done in under an hour. Day of wedding I saw very little of them, but their efforts were obvious everywhere you looked. They steamed our dresses. They worked with me on decor and I sat it all out and they transformed my backyard into a wonderland. They smoothly handled any conflicts that arose without alerting the bride or groom and made sure we had the most amazing, magical night of my dreams. I could not recommend Simply Suited enough, please reach out to them if you are planning a wedding and want it to be way less stressful!

I can not say enough great things about Autumn and Kendall! I had originally reached out to them towards the beginning of COVID in hopes that we would be able to have our original wedding/reception this November. Because of the pandemic, we had to drastically change our plans and they helped us every step of the way. In regards to planning, they are extremely organized and detail oriented. They provided spreadsheets, vendor suggestions, and timelines that really helped us plan and decide exactly what we wanted. They were also really responsive anytime I had a question or needed a suggestion. In August, my husband and I decided that we would need to scale back our wedding to a backyard wedding with just close family and friends and they made our day absolutely amazing. They helped to facilitate a last minute wedding rehearsal the night before and it definitely eased my stress about the day. They were extremely professional and it was clear they had a ton of experience with weddings! The day of the wedding, they arrived several hours before the ceremony to set up. They did an amazing job transforming a simple backyard space into a romantic setting. They really impressed me with how great it all looked/turned out. So many guests shared with me what a fabulous job they did. They were so helpful the entire process and made the day flow seamlessly. If you are looking for wedding coordinators, I can not recommend them enough! I can’t wait to work with them again for our larger reception next Fall.
