Holly was the best. Without her, I truly feel that our wedding wouldn't have been so perfect. She kept me on top of things during the wedding planning and thought of things that I would never even have imagined I would have to think of! On the day of, Holly was there to oversee everything. If there were any issues, she had them taken care of and neither my fiancé nor I were bothered in the least by it. We were able to enjoy our day to the fullest. For anyone looking for a wedding planner, I would highly recommend Holly!

We could not have been happier to hire Holly and Simply Sweet Weddings to do our day-of wedding coordination. Simply Sweet Weddings appeared on the preferred vendors list of the Hyatt and we interviewed 4 companies from the list. Holly’s flexibility, sweetness, organization, and willingness to go above and beyond really won us over. But after our wedding and all was said and done, I have to say that I truly feel like I was the winner. Holly was very diligent leading up to the wedding and met with me a few times to make sure we had all our details set. She created a flawless timeline and vendor list. She also reminded me of many important duties and details that I might have forgotten. Not enough can possibly be said about her team’s performance on our wedding day. I was completely present with my guests and family all day long and never once felt overwhelmed by anything. I felt very safe with Holly and her team and she was sure to be sure that we were taken care of by her team and all of our other vendors. Every single one of her staffers was amazing and overly helpful to our guests. Holly was not shy in extending her resources and referrals to us. Most of all, there was not a single conversation that I had with Holly that I did not enjoy or have fun. Although we had a great working relationship, I really felt like I was working with a very close friend throughout the planning process.

I was referred to Holly by one of her former brides and I am so thankful for the recommendation. Holly was the first wedding coordinator I "interviewed" and she was also the last. I immediately felt comfortable with her and knew she would be the perfect person to help me on our special day! I LOVED Holly's planning sheets and itineraries- she was unbelievably organized which helped my wedding party know the day of events and helped me organize my own thoughts for family photos & music selections. She was also a great communicator- anytime I need something I knew she was only an email or call away. I can't express how much I appreciate all Holly's hard work, but I will say that we were fortunate enough to not have any problems (that I knew of) at the wedding- THANK YOU HOLLY!

From the beginning Kira and Holly were so organized I knew I had nothing to worry about. Kira was amazing and took care of my whole bridal party all day. From keeping us on time for the ceremony to keeping our reception running smoothly, I am so grateful Kira was there. Having Kira and her assistants around really let us relax and enjoy our wedding instead of stressing about every little thing all day. I cannot thank Holly and Kira enough for all their help!

I knew Holly because we went to the same college. I admired her for what a great business she built and knew she would be someone that I could trust to be my day-of coordinator. She is warm, friendly, and very helpful! Holly and her team were such a blessing to have the day of the wedding. I truly felt relaxed and calm because I knew they would make sure everything was on schedule and running smoothly. I had such a wonderful experience working with Holly and I would highly recommend her. She is a true professional and really great at what she does!

Holly coordinating my wedding made me want to get married again, she made it so easy and fun. She was responsive, on top of everything, and so positive and full of energy. She was also very knowledgeable, answered all our questions at the rehearsal, and took care of everything on the day-of; I didn't have to worry about a thing. When I returned to work a week later, someone asked if anything went wrong at the wedding - I answered "no" and realized there were no problems because Holly was there.

Holly seemed to be very interested in doing a great job when we met her. Later on she didn't seem to have a lot of advice when it came down to detailed questions. Other vendors gave us more information how to do things than Holly! On the day of she brought 2 more girls to help out, which was great. However overall she just did the job.

Holly came reccomended to us by the Hilton Huntington Beach and we know why! She answered every question and followed through on every last detail leading up to our big day. On our wedding day she was calm, and organized. She made sure our day ran smoothly and respected everything that we wanted. She worked well with all our other vendors and our family. I would 100% reccomend Holly!
