Working with Jordyn was one of the most incredible experiences I've ever had! She is so organized, always available to answer any and all questions and patient as we were making decisions. Jordyn & her team at SimplyXO are hands down the BEST. Jordyn planned my out of state wedding in Austin, Texas and truly brought my entire vision to life. I am extremely OCD and she helped me with every little detail. I have heard so many horror stories about wedding planners and I NEVER had a single worry with Jordyn by my side. I would start to spiral and she was always there to calm me down!!! She made the entire process seamless and made sure all the decisions were mine to make but took all the hassle out of planning. She handled literally everything behind the scenes and made sure I was getting the best bang for my buck without compromising the quality of what I was getting. She has SO much knowledge and experience when it comes to literally everything wedding related. She kept everything up to date and stayed on top of all the vendors and dates and payments for us. Professionalism was top notch. Communication was off the charts. I truly cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Jordyn & SimplyXO. I did not have 1 worry the day of my wedding. Jordyn ran the show effortlessly, my day was PERFECT and I owe that all to her!!!

You need to Simply XO like yesterday! Jordyn was our planner for our Janaury 2025 wedding and she exceeded every expectation! What should have been the most stressful time leading up to our wedding was so easy because Jordyn kept everything moving. On the wedding day I was able to truly just enjoy the day with my husband and our guests because I knew the girls from Simply XO had it covered. Working with SimplyXO was the best decision we could have made when planning our wedding. Admittedly, I am one of those people who has always dreamed of their wedding day and working with Jordyn/ SimplyXO surpassed even my highest expectations. We worked with Jordyn for close to a year and a half for both our Rehearsal Dinner and Wedding and when I tell you I cried when I saw both spaces I am not exaggerating. Jordyn & the SimplyXO team have an impeccable eye for detail and execution and both events would not have turned into what they were without them. It is also worth adding that planning a wedding can be so intimidating (especially with the finances) and Jordyn was so generous with her time answering my random questions over voice notes or even just getting her opinions on what styles she preferred when I couldn't decide - I don't have an older sister and was one of the first of my friends to get married so it was so helpful to be able to lean on Jordyn for candid, honest, and well-informed advice. We had the privilege of working with the most incredible vendors - friends and family often commented "these are the best invitations we have seen!" "that was the best the best DJ EVER!" "your photos have us in awe" "the food was amazing!!!" "the menu's... you thought of every detail." All of which were recommended to us by Jordyn When it came to the actual wedding weekend, Jordyn & her team thought of absolutely everything. Things happen - for example, it rained and my dress broke (SOS haha) and Jordyn was completely calm and new how to handle everything without missing a beat which in turn made me feel so calm. Everyone involved with our day was sure to let us know how smooth the day was and how they felt like they could be present & enjoy it because we were so confident with Jordyn being there to help us handle everything. I know this is getting long so I will end with this - I think often people hear about how stressful it is to plan a wedding and the debate of if a big wedding is worth it. If you are a bride/ groom reading this, I had the absolute time of life being a bride all thanks to Jordyn and her team (so much so, I am still in the post wedding blue's 3 months later. lol) If you are able to work with them, I am SO EXCITED FOR YOU!

Simply XO is simply the BEST! One of the best decisions I made for my wedding day was working with Jordyn at Simply XO. My mom and I knew that we were not capable of planning a whole wedding by ourselves, in the city of Austin, without some help LOL. Out of all the planners we talked to, it was evident that Jordyn & Simply XO was exactly who we were looking for. Jordyn made me feel seen. She understood my vision and listened to my worries. She was also SO joyful to talk to! The girl has a heart of pure gold. I planned my wedding over the course of a year and Jordyn made it so seamless. I value honest opinions and she gave them! Olivia was our coordinator for our 2024 wedding and I do not know what we would have done without her! Alexis was our lead planner for our November 2024 wedding at The Grand Lady, and she was an absolute DREAM to work with. Not sure where to begin here because I have so many amazing things to say about Alexis & Jordyn and the whole simply XO team! To be honest, the initial thought of wedding planning brought a lot of nerves hearing from others how stressful it could be, but I can confidently say Alexis & Jordyn truly made this entire process so manageable, smooth, and fun! Our first interaction with Jordyn from Simply XO was on a call when we were beginning the wedding planning process. We used Simply XO’s full planning services for our October 2023 wedding and would highly recommend them! Jordyn was extremely helpful throughout the entire planning process and was patient with all of our questions. We went with Simply XO in part because of their reasonable pricing and eye for design based on looking at their portfolio on their website and Instagram, but in also in large part because Jordyn made us feel like we weren’t just another wedding, which was the way some of the planners we interviewed made us feel. I was torn between two very different venues early in the planning process, and Jordyn spent time on the phone with both my mom and I talking through the considerations for each venue before we even hired her. On the day of the wedding, Jordyn was great! She kept track of all the moving pieces and kept us on schedule. Even after the wedding, as we were unpacking all of the items from the decor and bridal/groom getting ready rooms, she knew exactly where everything was when we texted her about items we couldn’t find. We are happy we chose Simply XO as our wedding planner!

It was so fun working with SimplyXO. My only regret is that I didn't utilize their expertise even more. Olivia was well-informed and on top of everything leading up to the day. She was responsive any time I reached and was able to wrangle my very large family on the day of the wedding. SimplyXO has a great list of referral vendors that I would highly recommend using because it makes things run smoothly. When I didn't know which vendor to choose or what I wanted to do for a part of the wedding, Olivia always had a great ideas - like a pedicab for the getaway care, espresso martini cocktails, or ice cream sandwich cart for dessert!

Simply XO made my wedding the night of my life. They are simply the best. It can be overwhelming to be a bride, but they make it so much fun along the way — and the night of, when nerves are high, they are there for you every step of the way. Domenico and I’s wedding was featured in The New York Times so there was a lot of pressure — and they performed above and beyond my (high) expectations.

Jordyn was our lead planner and had the pleasure of Nicole and Carly as our day of coordinators. Everyone we worked with, at every step of the way, was simply the best experience. I had a very specific vision for both the design and feel for our wedding and interviewed several planners. Even during our initial phone call, Jordyn was respectful and made me feel confident to lead and that her expertise could execute it. Obviously this team can design a stunning event (let's be honest, we've stalked their instagram.) My husband and I only cared about having a guest centric, FUN wedding that we could actually enjoy!! Every vendor we reached out to told us we were in great hands with Jordyn, and they are great to work with as both a couple and a vendor. They were not exaggerating! We did not have to deal with one thing during the day!! We had guests tell us it was the best wedding they've been to, and we are still in the afterglow months later. The day flowed smoothly, and their schedule accounted for anything and everything. I cannot recommend them enough!

I don't know if I can possibly say something that hasn't already been said. That's how great Alexis, Jordyn, and the SimplyXO team are. They deliver an exceptional experience for every single bride. I truly don't know how they do it. From the first call with Alexis, I was blown away. She is ON TOP OF IT. So detail-oriented and driven from the first time we spoke. Her and Jordyn are truly two of the most impressive people I've ever worked with in both my personal and professional life. I was never someone who had a grand vision for my wedding - I basically told Alexis some colors that I liked and the adjective "romantic", and she created a fairytale day. It was astounding. Additionally, they really care about your budget and are super transparent through the entire process - it's never a push to get you to spend more, but very intentional planning to ensure you don't overdo it. Alexis was also always open to give feedback but intentional in not overextending her opinions - it was genuinely the perfect balance. We decided to hire them full-time, and I can't recommend that decision enough. Both my husband and I work full-time jobs, and we weren't sure if we wanted full-time planner or month-of, but WOW am I glad we went with full-time. It's worth the money and more. They took care of everything little thing, even the small things I felt annoying asking for. Every request was followed with an "Of course!" and an efficient response. You can tell they have an amazing reputation in the Austin wedding industry, as shown by their relationships with the vendors. Every vendor I spoke to was like "Oh I LOVE SimplyXO!!". They took time and care in cultivating those relationships, and it'll absolutely pay off for your big day. The wedding day itself was seamless. I kept waiting to feel anxious, nervous, etc in the weeks leading up and then on the wedding day, but I was calm (if you know me, this is saying a LOT). And it was because Alexis and Jordyn did such an impeccable job that I had nothing to feel nervous about. I'm droning on now, but I can't overstate that hiring them as full-time planners was the best decision we made through the entire wedding process. Go full-time - you won't regret it. Simply XO is truly AMAZING. I have nothing but GREAT things to say about Alexis. She is SOOO professional, timely, excellent communicator, and very detail oriented. I knew from my first call with Alexis, that she was the right pick for me. Alexis always made time for any question I had no matter how silly it was. I can not express enough how helpful it was having a full time wedding planner. You may be thinking, I am detailed oriented, I do not need a planner - trust me you do!! I am very detail oriented and there are so many things they take off your plate without you even realizing. It is stressful enough being a bride dealing with family dynamics, so having someone run point on everything was truly the best investment I made during wedding planning. You spend so much time and money planning the event so come the day you want to just ENJOY it and my day turned out better than I could even have imagined. I had so many little questions in the final weeks leading up to the wedding and Alexis took the time to answer ALL my questions so come wedding day I knew exactly what to expect. I also appreciate that she will always give you her honest opinion and make sure you are sticking to the budget you have outlined. I really appreciate that they were always super respectful of the budget, and made sure you were making the correct decisions. If you are thinking about booking Simply XO and Alexis - DO IT, it will be the best decision you made during your wedding planning & you will have the wedding of your dreams.

I dont even know where to start... Alexis, Jordyn and The Simply XO team were truly a Godsend. I had been following them for awhile prior to getting engaged and quite literally booked them a week after the proposal. I didnt need to shop around I knew that they would take my ideas and vision and bring it to life all while handling all the stresses of wedding day and wedding planning. They truly exceeded all expectations here. I was NEVER stressed and didnt feel stretched to make decisions I didnt want to make. They handled all vendor communication, answered all my questions at all hours of the day/night LOL, and executed a design, timeline, layout perfectly. I was engaged nearly 2 years and not once did they ever seem like I was asking too much of them or not wanting to jump on a concern or question I had. I would hire Simply XO time and time again and will be recommending them to all of my friends and family going forward. They were everything I could have asked for and more. If you are even remotely thinking "do I need a wedding planner, should I hire simply XO?" Dont think any longer and JUST DO IT. It will be your best money spent and truly a gift sent from heaven. WOW where do I start? Alexis and Jordan are a BLESSING. I had the pleasure of working with both Alexis and Jordan and I seriously cannot imagine what my wedding would've been like without them. They set structure into the planning process from the beginning so my husband and I knew what to expect every month leading up to the wedding day. I really appreciate the fact that they made sure we booked all of our vendors in a timely matter (I've heard so many people not been able to work with their choice of vendor because they wait too long to book!). This duo was able to take my inspiration pictures and turn it into the most beautiful design, suggest vendors that fit the overall aesthetics we were looking for, and even suggest/give me guidance on important decisions! Since the beginning stages of planning, all the way till the month/week/day of the wedding they were both so hands on- responding to emails/texts/voice memos in a very timely matter, and always made me feel like I was understood and fully supported. When the day of our wedding came, I had zero doubts that everything was going to go perfectly, and that's exactly what happened! Our day was absolutely dreamy and even better than the design! Alexis and Jordyn took care of everything and we truly felt like the guests of honor on our big day. They are very professional, but even better humans- I already miss them! I could not have imagined our wedding weekend without Simply XO! Jordyn was an absolute saint from the beginning and put my mind as easy when it came to all things planning. I was extremely overwhelmed by the planning process before I started working with Jordyn and her team. They made planning fun, exciting, and extremely easy. The vendors Jordyn recommended were absolutely incredible and 100% matched our vibes. THE DESIGN!! It was a dream, I could not have imagined a more beautiful day that felt more us than what she created. It's like she understood what we wanted more than we could even verbalize ourselves. I knew from my first meeting with Jordyn that Simply XO was my choice for a wedding planner. Jordyn was absolutely incredible to work with and she took so much pressure off of me during the planning process. I have heard so many people talk about the stress of wedding planning but I actually enjoyed the process. I credit a large part of this to Jordyn and her team. She kept us on track and nothing felt rushed. She is easy to work with, organized, and extremely invested in the success of your wedding. She quickly responded to all of my questions during the wedding planning which I really appreciated. She has a great deal of experience so she was able to tell me what worked best at my venue. We LOVE Simply XO! Alexis and her team were an absolute pleasure to work with, and they were truly a critical component to the success of our wedding day! From our first phone call with Alexis, to the days after our ceremony, we felt extremely well taken care of and felt confident that we were on top of things. Early in the process, Alexis took the time to have a Design Meeting with us in which she got to know us as a couple, reviewed our vision for our wedding day in detail, and asked us intentional questions to ensure that she fully understood our expectations for the big day. She subsequently turned around a Design Package that was beautifully put together, PERFECTLY reflected the design concepts we envisioned, and was exceptionally valuable when engaging all our vendors from Floral, Signage, Furniture Rentals, etc. This package traveled with us throughout the entire planning process, and I strongly believe that our vendors were able to execute our vision thanks to Simply XO’s capability to cultivate a cohesive design. There are countless steps, small details, and efforts that go into planning a wedding, and the Simply XO team is an expert on all of them. When we started working together, Alexis provided a detailed, yet manageable, checklist that helped us to maintain our planning timeline and ensure we didn’t cut any corners. Alexis answered any questions we had immediately, and we found ourselves wanting her opinion / blessing on all our decisions because we trusted her so much! She never made us feel like a bother or that any question was unwarranted. She even attended our in-person meeting with our DJ the month before our wedding to help make sure we addressed all the necessary items! To say that we don’t know what we would have done without Alexis on our wedding day is an understatement. She and her team absolutely KILLED IT when it came to managing our onsite vendors, overseeing setups/installations/breakdowns, maintaining our timeline, coordinating our wedding party, and more. We did not need to interact with ONE vendor or troubleshoot ONE issue on our big day. Simply XO made sure I had my drink of choice when I needed it, they bustled my dress so that I could dance the night away, they kept track of my personal items so that I could freely mingle, and they kept their eyes on me and my husband all night to be sure we had the time of our lives. Everything we had planned was executed to perfection and there was not one thing that did not exceed our expectations. Simply XO is highly regarded in the wedding industry, and it shows in the relationships they have with local vendor partners. Everyone that we engaged was excited to work with Alexis. Simply XO is experienced, professional, detailed, flexible, and KIND! They genuinely want their clients to have the wedding of their dreams and will do anything in their power to make that happen. I truly cannot thank them enough. I would HIGHLY recommend Simply XO and am hopeful to attend many more events with them in the future!

The way that I felt fully at ease the day of our wedding and didn't have one ounce of doubt in my mind that everything would come together perfectly completely explains how amazing Jordyn and the SimplyXO team is in what they do. We specifically worked with Jordyn and she is extremely organized, cares about you as a couple (you're not just another number on their books), and knows exactly what she is doing to make sure your day goes as smoothly as possible. We initially planned to get married outside, but unfortunately had to start to think about calling rain plan the Thursday prior to our wedding because the Austin weather was all over the place and personally I couldn't in full faith call it that early based on recent weather patterns and Jordyn didn't put pressure on me AT ALL to make a decision that day and was able to push out the decision to Saturday morning. We ended up having to move everything inside because it poured down rain the morning of our wedding and I fully trusted Jordyn in making the decision and put that in her hands and ultimately the day was still SO PERFECT but I mention this because when this could have been a very stressful aspect of our day, Jordyn and the team made me feel at ease and reminded me how incredible it was going to be either way. The timeline she created flowed so perfectly and nothing felt rushed and by the end of the night, I was so grateful because I never during one moment felt like I had to worry about anything. I knew everything was taken care of and when we did have "issues" they were fully taken care of. Also, she managed our vendors in the week leading up to the wedding which was SO helpful for me because it wasn't something I wanted to think about leading up to the day of and when we arrived on-site at the venue, the overall design was so perfectly meshed and everything looked absolutely stunning. I was at a loss for words. I honestly could go on and on all day about how amazing the SimplyXO team is and was like, I can't believe I won't talk to them consistently anymore!! I just want to plan more events just to work with them again! If you are on the fence, don't be, I couldn't recommend them enough - they are absolutely incredible, reliable, professional and so much fun!! If I could give the girls over at SimplyXO a million stars I would!!

The team at Simply XO are Rockstars! They were professional and on top of everything form start to finish. The vendor information and assistance they provided me helped so much throughout the wedding planning process. My wedding coordinator Nicole Coleman deserves a thousand applause for her hard work in making sure my special day went off flawlessly. My parents first words to me after returning from my honeymoon were that Nicole and her assistant were Saints! They truly were amazing and I am very grateful that I chose them. The moment I spoke with Jordyn & Alexis on the phone, I knew we were going to be a perfect fit. My now husband and I had a very specific vision for our wedding day and J&A helped us execute on that vision in a way that was more incredible than our wildest dreams. In our initial design and planning discussions, we felt like J&A just 'got it'. Their eye for design made our wedding even more beautiful and special than we could have imagined. They were there quite literally every step of the process - just a email, text, or voice message away for the many many questions we had.
