was able to figure out exactly what we were looking for and narrowed down two very detailed honeymoon options for us. We decided on Greece and it was the best two weeks of our lives. Coleen helped with everything: taxi service (MUCH needed on the Greek islands), ferries, hotels, dinners, spa treatments etc - literally everything! And she was so so responsive and thoughtful over email. Any question we had was immediately answered, and there was not ONE hiccup in our itinerary at all. If we were not going to use airline points for our flights, Coleen would have organized that as well. Coleen was also really knowledgeable about the areas we went to. She was able to really give us insight into where to eat, how far apart things were, some of the cultural aspects and of course kept us up to do with any COVID restrictions. ss stressful. On our way to the honeymoon, the airline we used had a huge delay and we ended up missing our connecting flight. Before we even got to our temporary hotel room, Coleen had already contacted the resort, told them we would be there a day late and got us the option to either get a refund for the missed night or extend our stay by one night for the original price. She truly went above and beyond! We will definitely use her again!

er when we unsure of where we wanted to go (originally thinking Hawaii, but were open to other areas to get the most for what we wanted our honeymoon to be), as well as different types of stays in the same location to help us keep within budget while still being able to have some luxury during our honeymoon. She did incredibly thorough research to help us find the best fit for what we were looking for. We ended up going to Sandals South Coast in Jamaica and we had the time of ours lives. We stayed in the resort for 5 days, and 3 days in the over-the-water bungalows which were TO DIE FOR!! If it weren't for her, we never would've thought to split our stay that way to experience the breathtaking bungalows that's truly once in a lifetime. She helped with everything from researching and booking our accommodations, to coordinating our flights, to providing great recommendations for excursion and even hidden tips on how to make the most of our stay such as hiring a private car service to take us to and from the airport and upgrading to the airport's club level to have a speedy and comfortable travel experience through the airport coming home. After planning an entire wedding, my husband and I were both looking forward to our honeymoon to relax, decompress and de-stress. I knew I didn't want to have to worry about a thing while on the trip, or even leading up to it and Coleen made sure that everything was taken care of. I knew we were in good hands with her being so helpful and attentive. Any email I sent was responded to almost immediately with the answers I needed & then some. She truly cares about her clients and making sure they have the best honeymoon possible. I cannot recommend Coleen or SimplyHoneymoons enough. I have already referred 4+ friends who are getting married to use her and I will continue to do so.
