I can't tell you how many times they asked "is this good? do you want me to change anything? do you want something different?" just making sure I was happy. They made us feel comfortable and heard. The products they used made our hair and makeup last and stay put all day! We all LOVED our looks and got so many compliments! I did book a hair and makeup trial with them and on that day there were some pretty severe storms which knocked out the power pretty early into my trial. Since I live in Cleveland, the girls were doing whatever they could to still get me in. Trinity even offered to drive to Cleveland one weekend to do my makeup trial so I wouldn’t have to drive a second time, which was so nice of her! Overall, these girls did such an amazing job. Everyone looked picture perfect for the day! Jen was extremely responsive during the entire process and made sure all of my questions were answered. fortunately didn’t know how much I’d love Sin Pretty until I came into the Youngstown area for my bridal shower. Petrina and Trinity - So kind and fun and really good at their jobs. My mom and I went to the Sin Pretty Salon for our trials and got to meet Petrina and Trinity ahead of time, not only are they experts in their arts but they are extremely personable and THEY KNOW WHAT IS BEST. I cannot say it enough, trust the process and trust their input- you will assuredly be wowed. Petrina, Trinity, and Jenna kept all 10 of us (myself, 7 bridesmaids, mom, and MIL) perfectly timed (and let me tell you, we brought a wide variety of hair styles/ textures/ personalities to the table), the morning of my wedding was completely stress free because of them. I will never be able to say thank you enough.

We had a church ceremony, and therefore an early start, and Jen helped with planning my timeline and making sure there was enough time for us all to get ready in the morning and not feel rushed. Her team was there bright and early and they were set-up and ready to go by the time all of the bridesmaids arrived! Since we had an early day I was nervous with how my hair and makeup would last and it was still picture perfect at the end of the night. e early days of planning, I knew that my hair and makeup vendors would be EXTREMELY important because they would really set the tone for the day. They're some of the first people you see and their energy is important as nerves and emotions run abound! I am so glad that we hired Jen and the Sin Pretty team. Hair started pretty early on wedding day (around 6:30am) and Jen showed up with a bright smile on her face. I knew from our trial that having Jen with me on my wedding morning was a good decision because she immediately made me feel at ease and I felt like I already knew her. She is social and a great listener and she is CLEARLY a professional. I knew I wanted my hair down in curls but my hair doesn't do a great job of STAYING curled. Jen knew this and made some shifts from our initial trial to help my hair hold and I absolutely love how it turned out. On top of this, Jen just felt like having an old friend with you all morning. She let me laugh. She let me cry. She participated in a cheesy "no rain" jingle that I had created. She made me feel beautiful. I could never pay her enough for that. Sin Pretty was a big part of the team that made for the best day of my life and I'm so grateful we got to work with them.

I talked with Petrenia about what we could do different to obtain my dream look and did a second trial that went perfectly and was exactly what I was looking for! On the wedding day they were running a little behind due to confusion about the venue's parking, but they made up for it by the end and had everyone looking amazing.
