Sincerely, Ginger Weddings & Events

ng about this city, literally! Every aspect of planning was guided by Rachel's intuitive ability to bridge our wildest dream wedding image with the right venues, vendors and details to make it manifest perfectly. It's been over a month since our event and our guests are still talking about how it was the best wedding they've ever been to. Rachel was brilliant with her creative ideas, she handled all transactions with the utmost integrity, she was reliable and persistent when we needed her in our corner, and she treated us like family while remaining 100% professional. Rachel is deep hearted, and this work of planning the most important day to celebrate the love of two people for a lifetime is truly her purpose. We are forever grateful!

nd helpful throughout the wedding weekend, Rachel made the entire end-to-end process of wedding planning fun. My husband and I had a loose vision for our wedding design but it is not our strength to figure out how to make it come together. Rachel somehow took what was in our heads and made it come to life (but better.) She is collaborative, practical, a great listener, and if we wanted to make adjustments to change the plan or adjust based on budget she always helped guide us to a solution. On top of that, she was genuinely fun to work with. During the wedding week, I don't know what we would have done without her and her team. She managed all of the comings-and-goings of vendors and their set up, and as a result we and our families were actually able to enjoy ourselves. On the day of the wedding, she did such a good job of coordinating the vendors, our wedding party and all of the guests, and seemed to anticipate our every need. I can truly say that I didn't feel stressed at all through all of the events, and I credit Rachel with that. On the wedding day when we walked into our reception barn to see what she had created, we were blown away. It was truly the wedding of our dreams. We highly recommend her for any of your planning or coordinating needs!

it that much more romantic thanks to her hard work. If you want a stress-free wedding day and a beautifully designed event, Rachel is the way to go!

solve any problems; that we could just be guests at our own party and fully enjoy the experience of our wedding day. That’s exactly how it felt, and we couldn’t be more grateful. One of Rachel’s particular strengths is acting as a liaison with different vendors, and it was so nice to have her professional touch when we felt out of our league with what questions to ask and how to make sure we were being understood. Thank you, Rachel!

he was always so responsive and was an excellent resource to us. We live in Detroit and are not familiar with the vendors Up North, so Rachel was able to find and coordinate all the wonderful vendors for us. I cannot thank her enough for giving us the best weekend of our lives. Thank you a million times again, Rachel :) We couldn’t have done it without her!!!!!! -Monica and Max

ything organized. Since it was a destination wedding for us, it was very reassuring having Rachel who was familiar with all the different vendors we used. She also did an amazing job of bringing to life all the colors and themes we wanted to have at our wedding and our guests couldn't stop raving about how beautiful everything looked! In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Rachel kept us updated to make sure everything was coming together which made the wedding week itself less stressful than what we would have dealt with otherwise. We definitely recommend working with Rachel and her team if you are planning a wedding in Northern Michigan!

As a bride with a very specific vision for our wedding, I was thrilled to work with a planner who took the time to really understand our aesthetic as a couple, and worked to maximize our budget for the wedding elements that were most important to us. Safe to say, Rachel went ABOVE and beyond what I could have dreamed up for our day. She thought of every detail, both creative and logistical, to make the entire weekend feel cohesive and stress-free. Rachel created the most magical weekend for our family and friends, and made the entire planning process infinitely less stressful (dare I say, fun?). I can't recommend her enough for any event!

questions to ask + made sure nothing fell through the cracks on our wedding day. I was so impressed with their organization throughout the entire process - it made me feel like I could actually relax even with planning a wedding! We ended up hiring them just for the day of, and it made our lives SO EASY on our wedding day. I felt like I could enjoy the day without having to worry about a thing! They made sure all of our vendors were on time, organized, and that nothing went wrong the day of our wedding. They also made sure our wedding vision fully came to life + were ready to help out with any little detail along the way, even tying bows on our flip flop party favors! I am so grateful we hired this team, and was so thankful to have Miranda there with us on our big day! I could not recommend this team ENOUGH - they are truly fabulous!!

erally stumbled upon a wedding the SG team was setting up. It was pure magic. When my boyfriend proposed and we began planning our wedding, SG was my first call. During the introductory call, I remember Rachel encouraging me to research other planning services to make sure SG was what I was looking for – as if I hadn’t been low-key social media stalking them since that fateful day in the woods. We worked with Miranda throughout the planning process and I truly can’t put into words how pleased we were. I’m aggressively Type-A, working in public relations/events. I also love everything about weddings and had about 20 different events floating around in my head. I’m highly aware I am a wedding planner’s nightmare – I wanted to be involved but simply didn’t have the time to handle everything. Miranda is perfect – she is incredibly sweet, genuine, thoughtful, creative and calm. She grasped our vision before we could articulate it. She was patient with me, allowing me time to overanalyze details (as was my fiancé, but he picked me and knew what he was getting himself into), and shared her opinions and advice often, which was welcome perspective. We planned our wedding from Chicago and are appreciative that Miranda graciously dedicated more than a handful of her evenings for skype sessions, cleared her schedule to meet with my fiancé and I and my mom and I when we were in town, and answered my millions of bulleted emails thoroughly to put my mind to rest. It drizzled throughout almost the entire rehearsal and wedding day – we had planned to hold the ceremony and cocktail hour outside and reception in the barn on the property, so Miranda quickly and seamlessly brought our outdoor elements in and created a space even more beautiful than I pictured in my mind. I can’t thank Miranda enough – for realizing our vision, for allowing us to focus on the most important piece of our day, our marriage; and for being a wonderful friend at the beginning of one our happiest journeys.

s and best friends. Sincerely, Ginger did our flowers/decor for both our Welcome Dinner and our wedding. Both were amazing! Our wedding day was very relaxing thanks to Celia and Michele's attentiveness and attention to detail. These ladies are the best and I cannot put into words how helpful and thoughtful they were throughout the entire planning process! Thank you for an unforgettable weekend.

ed out gorgeous! I don't know what we would have done without her, thanks for making our vision of our day come true!

spects of planning; vendors, venue, color scheme, theme, etc. SGW's attention to detail, professionalism, creativity and "can-do" attitudes made the weeks prior to, and our wedding day simply perfect. We had our ceremony at the Front Lawn of Mission Table and the reception inside the Peninsula Room in Traverse City. Sarah, our lead planner, is exceptional. We met with her a few times over Google Hangouts since we live in Grand Rapids. In our conversations we locked down day-of details and figured out the ceremony and reception timeline, which party walks down first, when we should do the first dance, whether we needed more candles and mercury votives, how we can save money on rented linens, etc. Anytime we needed to flesh out logistics, Sarah was one step ahead. For example, we wanted to do a wishing lantern send-off toward the end of our reception but hadn't thought of how many lighters to bring. Sarah recommended we buy dozens of lighters - and not just the Bic ones, but the long kitchen kind. Its small details like those that were life-savers! Sarah also took over communicating with our vendors four weeks prior and it was such a stress-relief. She worked out all of the transportation details, welcome bag delivery, reception space setup and ensured every detail and accommodation was met. She even handled sensitive scenarios with our family calmly and professionally. We knew we could count on her, we trusted her immediately. Sarah and Rachel went above and beyond for us the day of our wedding. From the morning of our ceremony to last call, they made sure the day flowed seamlessly. I forgot the belt to my dress and began panicking...no big deal, the SGW team had it covered. The hair floral didn’t get delivered…no problem, SGW was on it! The way the reception area was decorated was like it was out of a movie. It was ethereal, romantic and dreamy. Our theme and decor was woodland inspired. We set the scheme based on our wedding location, the woodsy and elegant Front Lawn of Mission Table overlooking Lake Michigan. My wife Laura and I also have a love for vintage/antique items that include gold and ornate pieces. We chose the color of our bridesmaid dresses first, vintage teal and selected rustic wood, fall floral and metallic gold to be our accents. We had many hand-crafted items; all of our signage was vintage gold mirrors written in hand-lettered calligraphy and a unity braid on reclaimed wood with hand lettered scripture. SGW took heed to our notes (we had all decor labeled in several boxes) but also relied on their own creativity and talent in setting things up. For example, our wedding favors; donut holes in the cutest Kraft paper window bags, were originally supposed to be placed for each guest on the table, but team SGW found that it was too crammed there, so they put it on a table of its own which looked lovely. The extra donut holes were laid out by the bar and our guests loved grabbing a sweet treat with their cocktail! Between the floral, candles, vintage items, and many more pieces of décor…SGW curated the event perfectly and everything looked incredible. Do yourself a favor and book Sincerely Ginger Weddings, it will be one of the best decisions you make!

out it! You can’t go wrong hiring Rachel; she’s one of those people you feel like you know and love instantly. Her warmth is just as immediate as her talent to envision exactly what you’re looking for. Rachel helped us in so many ways—I really don’t think we could’ve pulled it off without her. She and her team worked tirelessly on our wedding day and I never heard one complaint. I was able to focus on the purpose of our day as I knew they would handle the details without issue. Hire this team and don’t look back—I promise the wedding you're dreaming of will become a reality!

ouse to be done with it. We found Rachel on a last ditch Google search for Northern Michigan wedding planners and she immediately adopted us. Her and her team (Michelle & Sarah specifically) met with us online every two weeks and helped us knock out every single detail in the easiest way possible. They were great at recommending a venue, vendors and ideas to make our wedding look how we wanted it to. They were diligent in staying on top of us to make sure we did what we were supposed to as far as decisions, but they really did all the rest. On the day of, Michelle and her crew were spot on, there wasn't a single detail that went overlooked and everything happened exactly how we had it thought up. We can't say enough good things about the company or the people that run it. They truly care about what they do and the service the provide. They put together the wedding we had dreamed up and they will hold a special place in our hearts because of that. Thank you Ladies!

t we wanted detail-wise, we just knew we wanted to create a memorable experience for our guests. We decided to utilize a wedding planner, and I was SO relieved when I finally came across the Sincerely, Ginger website. Rachel's design style was exactly what I had envisioned: natural, subtle, and genuine. We utilized Sincerely, Ginger for partial planning since we had already booked our venue and most of our vendors. They were so easy to work with through Google hangouts throughout the year, and each meeting with Rachel kept us on track and moving forward. She and her team did all of the hard and time-consuming work, leaving us just to make the decisions. She was a fantastic resource and we felt comfortable heading into our wedding weekend that we had everything covered. Perhaps the best part of working with Sincerely, Ginger was in the final few weeks before our wedding and working with our day-of coordinator Celia and her team. Celia was absolutely OUTSTANDING. I was making to-do lists of everything I still had to do and things I was worried about, but she was already one step ahead of me and had already put out all the fires. I would text or email her during the final week with requests for last-minute details and she made them happen in a snap. She made myself and my family feel comfortable and confident that the wedding day would run smoothly. The day of our wedding we all had such a blast and did not have to worry about a single thing because Celia had it all under control. Her team did an amazing job with the setup and decorations as well as making sure we stayed on schedule, that all of the vendors were taken care of, and that the clean up was done at the end of the night. I honestly cannot thank Sincerely, Ginger enough for everything they did to make our wedding day the best day of our lives, and a special and memorable weekend for our closest friends and family!

ision to a T. Her planning process is very organized and thorough, and her personable nature and enthusiastic attitude are a dream. The process was truly a joy. Everyone on her team is professional and genuine, and their mission is to create gorgeous environments with intentional details tailored specifically to their couples. I cannot recommend Sincerely, Ginger highly enough.

s, was trying to sell my house and search for a new job back in Michigan. I knew right away that I would go nuts if I tried to plan a wedding in another state at the same time. I'm not one of those women who has spent her life planning her wedding day. I only knew I wanted good food, good music, and my guests to have a blast. Enter Rachel, my savior. From the very beginning, she was prompt, responsive, creative, intuitive and full of resources . . . all of the qualities I was lacking. We are pretty low-key people, but I can honestly say that planning the wedding was fun and truly stress-free. And the wedding itself? There aren't words to describe how beautiful and wonderful everything was. One month later, our friends and family are still raving about how it was the best wedding they've ever been to, and we tend to agree with them. Every single vendor that Rachel connected us with was outstanding. She and her staff of fantastic ladies were on top of every detail. On the day of the wedding, all I had to do was get dressed and show up. We both thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at our own party and had time to visit with our guests because everything was taken care of. I will be forever grateful to Rachel and her amazing team for all of their help and hard work. I never could have pulled off something like this on my own, and the results were even better than we could have imagined. My advice to everyone planning a wedding: hire a professional, you won't be disappointed. And if you're getting married in northern Michigan, hire Rachel. It's worth every penny.

her spare time, and dreamed of her wedding day. I had a clear vision in my head for our day, and never thought I would hire a wedding planner or designer. But after a few weeks of trying to plan on my own, I realized how having a vision for your day, and then actually planning and attaining that vision are two very different things (especially when you want to build a venue from the ground up in the middle of a cherry orchard). I stumbled across Sincerely, Ginger's website, set up a first meeting, and everything just fell into place. Rachel not only took the time to understand the look I desired, but also got to the heart of our day. She figured out what truly mattered most to me, my husband, and our families, and went far beyond a simple vision; she captured the essence of everything we could have hoped for, and put it into fruition. Rachel and her team were not only easy to work with, but made every step of the process easier on us and our families. She is sweet, funny, honest (which is so important), and is a true friend. At the end of the night, when my new husband and I were walking to our car to leave, we turned around, looked back up at the orchard which was gently lit by sparklers held by all the people we love, and we said to each other, "Everything was perfect. That was everything we could have hoped for, and more... And there's no way we could have pulled this off without Rachel and her team!". And now a few months later, we still feel the same way. The entire day felt like a dream, and we truly could not be more thankful!

ow what needed to happen next. Getting married at a private venue has its challenges, but we never felt overwhelmed because of Rachel and the SGW team. Rachel truly took our vision for our big day and brought it to life. June 27th felt like a dream, I wish we could do it all over again! On the day of the wedding my mom and I were asked multiple times if we were stressed/worried/concerned and our response was always "no!" Having Rachel and her team enabled us to 100% enjoy the wedding day, soaking it all up without a stress in the world. When newly engaged friends ask us for advice on wedding planning, my first response is always-- "hire Rachel!" Thank you Rachel and team SGW for the most beautiful wedding + experience we could have ever asked for. XO, Katherine

sigh of relief. Most of our meetings happened via "Google hangouts" where we could talk to each other face to face since we live 2 hours away. Although Rachel did make the trip to us on a few occasions. Every meeting was so productive thanks to her organization and preparation. leading up to the wedding I never felt overwhelmed like I had expected to feel. They took care of every detail and were on top of everything! Rachel has the ability to see your vision and run with it. Her taste is impeccable and I trusted her on every suggestion made. Needless to say, our wedding was beyond my dreams. The whole day looked and felt like a fairy tail. So many guests have told me it was the most beautiful wedding they have ever seen. My husband and I were able to completely enjoy the day without a single worry and that was such a blessing. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't change a single thing. Thank you Sincerely, Ginger Weddings! xoxo

ne 2015 wedding and opted for full planning as we live in Metro Detroit and having our wedding Up North we needed extra assistance. Meeting with Rachel for the first time she was so genuine about loving the concept of our wedding theme and was super excited about the ideas we had. It was easy to sign up with Rachel because I knew immediately she would be dedicated to the project, be with us for every step and enjoy working with us. Rachel helped us in the initial planning of vendors and having her coordinate with everyone directly helped immensely. Rachel isn't just a wedding planner, she becomes your go to for all items surrounding the wedding and most importantly she becomes your friend along the way! Rachel fully bought into our vision for our wedding and the way all our details were styled it proves she has attention to detail and her designing is flawless. Where Rachel and her Team truly blew us away was the execution on the weekend of our wedding. Having our wedding at a destination resort and having guests arrive from out of town, it was difficult for me to be everywhere and do everything. I didn't have to worry about a single thing on the weekend of our wedding, Rachel and her Team put together and executed everything so we could sit back and enjoy the best weekend of our lives. Rachel's team assembled gift baskets, met with the vendors, did all set up and tear down, she even had wine ready for me right after our ceremony! Rachel seriously made the weekend so amazing and I can't thank her and her team enough for providing my husband and I the experience we had been dreaming of. I highly recommend Rachel and Sincerely, Ginger to any bride looking for someone to care about your wedding as much as you do. They pay attention to the details, are there for you, and let you sit back and relax on your wedding weekend. Thank you Rachel for everything you did, the wedding was everything we dreamed of and more!

to the wedding. Margaret and her team were absolutely phenomenally on our wedding day. She was a quiet, calming presence at every turn, keeping us moving and on track in the most lovely leading way. This team of women knows what they're doing and will make your day great! Thank you!

ther gals from SGW. Margaret was consistently calm and organized, and kept things moving during the 6 weeks prior to our wedding. She and Rachel had great suggestions for missing pieces in our day and helped to make it seamless. Most importantly, the day of our wedding was beyond perfect. We were hoping for a sunny spring day for May 30th, but instead it was 54 degrees and rainy. Margaret executed our "plan b" in the most perfect way possible and now I can't imagine our wedding any other way. Rain or shine, she and her team were on top of everything.

lessly, and sees things coming. We felt very supported, well counseled, and prepared - this made the weekend blissful and carefree. Thank you SGW!! Libby & Nick

y wedding or in the weeks leading up to it. Rachel and her staff were incredibly organized, professional and fun to be around. Rachel also styled all of the floral for my wedding, which turned out amazing. I've heard from many of my guests that my floral arrangements were the nicest they had ever seen at a wedding. I honestly could not have had the wedding of my dreams without the help and advice of Sincerely, Ginger. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a coordinator in Northern Michigan. They were the best!

ion wedding in Buchanan, Michigan- I'd only been to the area once and did not know anything about anything. Rachel was our day-of coordinator, but she was so much more. We had our initial meeting over google chat and I knew she would be great- her energy is fantastic and her taste is incredible. She drove over four hours to meet us over the summer before the wedding to see the venue and meet vendors. She also arrived the day before the wedding to make sure everything went smoothly with the install (we had to rent every single thing since the wedding was outside at a private home). On the day of the wedding, it poured rain and Rachel handled everything so professionally. She had all the other vendors working their butts off and everything came together beautifully. All of our guests commented on how smooth everything was (of course no one knew how much extra work Rachel had to put in at the last second to make that happen)! I am beyond thankful to have worked with Rachel and would give her the highest possible recommendation!

add a coordinator to the list of vendors was debated, but now we constantly say "what if we didn't?" because Rachel was such an integral part of our day. From the moment we met, I knew we would work together so well, because Rachel totally understood my vision and what I meant when I said "if I see a vintage teacup, I will cry." I had the amazing chance to work on design with Rachel, and she had so many fantastic ideas that our friends and family still rave about, like the idea to have bottle openers as favors. Throughout the process, Rachel continued to be such a backbone to our event. When other vendors failed to come through, she helped solve the problems and made me feel like my day was going to be truly special. She went way way above and beyond her job description, whether it was responding to a frantic text or driving forty minutes out to see chair covers, Rachel was always there. All my family and friends knew exactly who Rachel was because I ended talking about how she saved the day so often! The day of, my family and friends were able to relax and many people commented on what a gorgeous and well-run event it was. I completely trusted Rachel's taste and vision and management abilities and was able to let go of the control and relax because of that. Now, I have two bridesmaids who either immediately hired a coordinator in their area for their own wedding or were asking about Rachel's availability! Thank you so so much for making my day exactly what I wanted!

was amazing from the very first moment we began planning, she was able to take my fiancé and I's ideas and make them a reality every step of the way. Her design ideas and floral took our dream wedding and made it a reality. My fiancé is in the military and we were planning our wedding in Michigan from our new home in Oklahoma, but thanks to Rachel it wasn't a challenge at all. She acted as our feet on the ground, meeting with vendors and family members and keeping us updated all along the way. When military orders came out of the woodwork and almost made us move our wedding date, she kept us calm and automatically began thinking of backup plans. Her proactive thinking and attention to detail made the whole process easy and fun. Rachel went above and beyond so that we could truly enjoy the days leading up to our wedding. And our wedding day went off flawlessly! Rachel took care of everything so that our family didn't need to worry about anything and could enjoy every moment. My fiancé and I were able to relax and enjoy our wedding without a worry. We truly appreciate all that Rachel did to make our wedding the best day of our lives! We highly recommend Rachel, especially to those couples planning from out of town, you won't regret it!!

re wedding myself. But then it got closer to the big day, and I just couldn't wrap my brain around how I was going to coordinate the day in addition to being the bride! Rachel went above and beyond simple day-of coordinating. She visited my reception venue, helped me determine the best seating arrangements, followed up with all my vendors, and took take of all the last minute details. She even made suggestions on what we could do differently in order to make our wedding vision come to life. Whenever I talk about our wedding one of the first things I say is, “I was so relaxed!” I was truly, completely relaxed the week leading up to and day of our wedding because I knew we were in good hands. It was the BEST GIFT we received -- knowing we were free to enjoy the day and focus on what truly mattered: our marriage. Rachel ensured that each moment of the day went smoothly, and even surprised us along the way with little things like champagne and chocolate covered coffee beans. Just another testimony for her attention to detail and desire to intentionally get to know each bride and groom. I am thrilled to say that Rachel has, and is still becoming, a dear friend. I am so thankful we were brought together. I have so much joy when I think back on our wedding and so much love in my heart for Rachel. There truly are not enough words to properly express my gratitude and thanks to her for serving me so well. You will love being a Sincerely, Ginger Bride!

felt like I had zero time to plan/research and make calls during business hours.Rachel helped tremendously with making calls and keeping us on schedule with the planning process. She was always upbeat and generally excited to help plan our wedding. Rachel has the kindest heart and truly loves her job and invests 100 percent in her clients. This was also an out of town wedding. We were getting married in Northern Michigan and planned our wedding with the help of Rachel all the way from Colorado! With Rachel's help and services we felt like we are on site in Michigan every step of the way. We picked our venue, ceremony sight, and all other vendors through Rachel's recommendations. She would take the time to drive to different ceremony sights and send us photos. Rachel would also meet with any important people and find out all the logistics for us. We felt so relieved and appreciative that she took care of all these details. I would wholeheartedly recommend Rachel as your wedding planner. She will go above and beyond in every aspect of the planing process allowing your family to relax and actually be fully present at the wedding.

ere the ultimate professionals, completely on task and on top of the many little (and some unexpected!) details of my daughter’s wedding day. Honestly, I was doubtful of the value of a wedding coordinator ... until I met Rachel. As the Mother of the Bride (and an out-of-town one, at that), I was wowed by everything Rachel managed for us. She did everything in her power to make this day very special for my daughter, her new husband and our entire family ... with wonderful results. I would encourage anyone planning a wedding or event to rely on Rachel and her team to help your day be successful as well.

cond we met! That "warm and fuzzy feeling" never died. Every moment of the planning process was made easier by Rachel. I have friends emailing me asking how I stayed so calm during the process and my family started calling me "Bridechilla." I have a super stressful job, with crazy hours and Rachel took away any anxiety or stress I was having. But during the process I never once felt that our ideas weren't being appreciated or acted on. Our dream became a reality, down to every detail. Rachel's entire team exceeded our expectations and made us feel like family. It was perfect that Rachel became a FRIEND more than a VENDOR all while maintaining her professionalism. She was always available; any text, call, coffee date or dinner was not only productive but filled with love and genuine concern. Then it was time for the wedding day! You read it all the time, but it really is the absolute best day of your life. I was so calm, relaxed and felt so ready because Rachel's team had every single thing handled. Most importantly my entire family and bridal party was able to sit back, relax and enjoy the day. Not one person was running around or stressed. It's hard to believe but the venue, ceremony and every detail were more beautiful than I ever imagined. The timeline was flawless and our guests from around the country keep saying it was the best wedding they've ever been to. The best part about working with Rachel was simple: she allowed us to really ENJOY the process, have fun during our engagement and focus on our marriage. No stress and no regrets. I continue to be amazed by her talents. I can't say much more than if you become a "Sincerely Ginger Bride" you won't regret it, Rachel is passionate about marriage, beautiful design, classic details & not letting you sweat the small stuff. Cheers!

r got engaged in October 2013, Rachel was involved in all aspects of the wedding. From helping to pick a site to finding vintage wine boxes the day before the wedding, Rachel was our go-to-gal for every detail. She provided us with an organized and detailed time line for making decisions. Nothing was left to chance or last minute craziness. Her calm demeanor was a Godsend during small dramas. Since I live primarily downstate and the wedding was at our lake home 250 miles north I couldn't have enjoyed the pre-wedding planning more with Rachel doing all the leg work. She provided us with experienced professional vendors and the follow up with these people we left to Rachel. The wedding day was perfect in each and every detail with Rachel overseeing my daughter and son-in-law's vision of their special day. She simplified the experience for us this being my oldest daughter's wedding and I will certainly employ Rachel again for my other two children's weddings. Don't let her youth fool you, Rachel knows her stuff and she can pack a measured wallop if things don't get done. As the mother of the bride my experience of the wedding was absolute wonder at how happy and excited we all were. Thanks to Rachel we were able to enjoy the day as if we were special guests. Brava!

ckly learned that with our busy schedules we would not be able to do all of the coordination that we needed to make our day perfect. In the initial meeting/planning stages, Rachel was fun and easy to relate with, but with just the right amount of professionalism. She is EXTREMELY organized. She was tremendously helpful in seeing and executing our visions of what we wanted our wedding to be like. The entire experience from planning to wedding day was not stressful for us (sure, we were excited, perhaps a little nervous, but never stressful). As the groom, I knew that I wanted the wedding to be outdoors, on a lake if possible but am not particularly creative when it comes to design. Rachel and my wife exchanged countless emails, phone calls and text messages to be sure our developing vision was executed. On the wedding day, things went amazingly well. Rachel and her team (several women were there to assist all day) anticipated our every need, whether it was getting a bottle of water during the photo shoot or arranging a ride to the hotel after the reception. The thing I liked the most about working with Rachel and SGW is that they were able to take our style/personalities/tastes and make them their own. Because of that I felt like it was EVERYONE'S day, not just ours. If you are looking for a full-service wedding coordinator, definitely work with SGW!

ile I wasn't thrilled at adding additional costs to an already tight budget, I agreed that it was good to have someone that knew the area. Good doesn't even begin to describe the value that Rachel (Sincerely Ginger) provided us. She and her team of interns made sure every aspect of our wedding was well planned and maintained. The actual day of the wedding was almost too perfect to describe. My mother and aunt who are typically 'all hands on' during family weddings, didn't know what to do with themselves as EVERYTHING was taken care of. Vendors, the ceremony, the reception, the transportation... everything. Sarah and I were able to truly enjoy the day and not have to worry about any of the details. Everything went off without a hitch. If the photographer is the most important aspect of a wedding in order to capture your amazing moments, Sincerely Ginger would be the second in order to create them. I would highly recommend Rachel to anyone who asked.

. Rachel is one of the kindest people I have met, she truly puts the bride first. My whole family fell in love with Rachel! She designed the whole ceremony and reception and I had multiple people tell me that this was the prettiest wedding they have been to. Every time I found a picture online of something I liked, Rachel was able to find the real thing. I highly recommend her as your planner, you will not be disappointed. She was able to take my wedding to a whole other level and I can't thank her enough for all her hard work!

never overwhelmed. Rachel helped us every step of the way. The day of the wedding was just so beautiful. We knew it was because of Rachel!!!!

new ideas, making this special day so much easier and relaxed, even when a strong rain storm came through an hour before the outdoor ceremony! Thirty minutes later the sun shone brightly, chairs were wiped dry, and Rachel didn't miss a beat! The reception was beautiful, located in a rustic log pavilion made elegant with Rachel's floral arrangements, soft lighting and glowing candles. At the close of the evening our daughter spoke quietly to her dad...."this was just what I wanted." Thank you, Sincerely, Ginger!

ike we accomplished tasks. Rachel can handle all the ideas a bride can have! I would start to explain what I wanted (even though I wasnt sure) and she had many many ideas I loved and used. My husband and I were working full time, so we had no time to be crafty. I wanted my wedding to feel personal with crafts, so Rachel took care of doing the physical work. I loved that! My theme was country and watercolors. She had her work cut out for her but she Loves planning weddings, so it was easy. She is organized and a step ahead. Rachel also took her time to help keep me on the our budget. She made it easier when she broke down all the costs on a spead sheet and explained the plan. I would have gone over budget not knowing. I'm not just Rachels client anymore, we are friends, because she was there for me during this speical time in my life. We had the best time planning my wedding!

her idea and she was always on top of what was happening with our vendors. Always fun and bursting with energy!

style without us even being able to fully articulate what it was that we wanted for our special day. She just got it. Event planning is her calling and incredible gift. She was able to envision the ambiance of the wedding and pinpoint what details would truly make the day. Something very special about Sincerely Ginger is how Rachel presents a succinct vision for the event to the client. She wrote up a moment-by-moment proposal of the wedding day. Sparing no detail, she created a glimpse into what our day would look like. It was amazing how in those couple hours at our initial consultation she had fully seen what was important to us. Along with the design proposal, she sent very helpful resources like a budget sheet and pre-wedding checklist. She was prompt when replying to emails and readily available for last minute concerns or freak-outs. Rachel had a plan for all of those loose ends when it came time for the wedding weekend. She was wonderful at communicating with everyone involved, from vendors to bridesmaids, about how everything was going to go down. She also did all of our floral design for us. She is very knowledgable about flower types and arranging techniques. The bouquets and centerpieces were absolutely incredible. Our wedding was a truly perfect reflection of our love for each other and the kind of experience we wanted for our guests. The elegant and rustic reception had been set up without us seeing any of it... it was like walking into a dream! The rest of the night could not have gone more smoothly. It was a whirlwind. A fabulous, incredible whirlwind. Rachel, we cannot thank you enough for everything you did for us. I am tearing up just thinking about it. It was the best day of our lives. You have and incredible gift. Thank you!
