Amanda, from Sincerely Jane Events, was an amazing wedding coordinator. She went above and beyond to give us the most special day, and did this in less than 3 months! I had no idea what I wanted but I knew I wanted a small destination wedding with family in Virginia Beach. When I found her everything fell in place. Decided on the venue, photographer, baker and officiant within a week of meeting with Amanda. She gave great suggestions on flourals, hotels, and everything in between all while keeping us within our budget. On the day of the wedding she made me feel like a princess. I didn't have to lift a finger. All I had to do was show up! I would highly recommend Amanda to plan your wedding. She will make it unforgettable.

Sincerely Jane was absolutely WONDERFUL to work with for our wedding in May 2021. My husband & I worked with Amanda for our wedding but we also loved Alexandra too! They are both so professional & personable at the same time. Throughout the whole planning process, Amanda was 10 steps ahead and thought through everything we might need or want for our special day. People asked if we were nervous or stressed on the day of our wedding, but we were so confident in the Sincerely Jane team, that both my husband & I felt so at ease and relaxed during the entire weekend. I can’t say enough incredible things about this team! If you’re looking for a trustworthy, reliable and FUN wedding planner/coordinator, you’ll definitely want to hire them. So reasonably priced and worth EVERY penny.

At first, my now husband and I hesitated getting someone else to help us with the wedding thinking that we could do everything on our own but as the time started going by we realized that it is not all that simple. The tasks started piling up, stress levels increased, plus having full-time jobs and other responsibilities...everything made our wedding planning move nowhere near where we were supposed at 4 months away mark. That's where we decided to hire Sincerely Jane Events. Working with Amanda Schwenke had been truly amazing!! She created a list of tasks, sorted and organized them by their priority, so we could complete everything in a very short period of time (only 4 months!!! usually people start planning around 12 or more months prior the wedding date...), having check points now and then evaluating progress, making decisions, budgeting, etc. Amanda provided help with the design ideas and then created a full detailed design plan that was successfully implemented. She took care of all communication with the vendors, managed to solve all unexpected issues on a very timely manner (even during the wedding day when our shuttle busses drove to a wrong city, she resolved the issue and ensured we had transportation) with a great level of professionalism. Due to COVID restrictions and being in different cities all the wedding preparations were done online through video and phone calls, but it didn't affect the quality of Amanda's work. The wedding was ran very smoothly and as expected, we are still truly happy with our investment to hire the wedding planner as it made our lives muuuuch easier. I would definitely recommend hiring Sincerely Jane Events to take care of your event as they are trustworthy, professional, fun, detailed, organized, super responsive, creative people with excellent time management and problem-solving skills. The only thing that I would make you aware of is potentially the incremental additional cost of having a vendor from out of state, but then for us, personally, it was well worth it. Alexandra was such an amazing coordinator for our wedding! She was very responsive from our initial contact and was helpful with any questions I had during the planning process. Our wedding day turned out so seamless and smooth thanks to her! Whenever there was anything I needed help with, she was quick to resolve the issue with ease. She guided us through everything that day and covered all of details from the setup of decorations, vendor relations and transitions of wedding events, she let us focus on just enjoying our big day! Our parents and bridal party talked about how great she and her team handled everything, we couldn’t have imagined a better coordinator!
