Rebecca was mostly there to help clean at the end of the night and wasn't very helpful apart from that. At some points she seemed to create unnecessary confusion. Not sure if there was some miscommunication between her and the venue that added to her seeming out of the loop. Clean up seemed to go fine but not everything on her list was accounted for which did lead to us loosing our cake toppers.

an invitation that was very specific for my wedding. They were very welcoming and accommodating to my needs. We worked very closely with some staff, specifically Tammy. I knew we were in good hands and everything came out better than expected! I know that Sincerely Yours does much more than invitations and I wish I could have used them (ie: candy bar) but we were not using these awesome additions to our wedding at the time.

We booked our invitations through her, and they were beautiful (but very expensive) On the day of, she did a nice job with the candy bar, and handled some issues behind the scenes, for which we were very appreciative. Her assistant Melinda was excellent to work with. NEGATIVES: In our initial meetings Tammy didn’t seem like a listener - it created some tension. Through the process there was some unprofessional communication with me over email when I didn't format addresses for the invites correctly (unknowingly). She used bold, italics, quotes, caps and underlines - I am a client services director – if I spoke to a client like that I would be fired on the spot. There were also issues with the invites, they were late, misprinted, and we're supposed to be hand calligraphy instead of print. These issues all could have been avoided if she proactively communicated and provided samples. I learned through that process to continually ask the most granular questions because if I didn’t, there would more than likely have some sort of issue or miscommunication as a result. As we got closer to, I handled most everything else on my own, but when I had a few logistical questions she brushed me off and said she was too busy and had too many other clients. She could improve in the future by remembering that customers are paying her and she should respect that relationship; by listening to the big picture of what the bride wants and then guiding with her expertise from there; and by not over-booking herself so that she has time to dedicate to the people who are paying/depending/looking for guidance from her. She came through on the wedding day and didn't make a scene, but leading up to it, Tammy was my *only* headache throughout the process. My other vendors were wonderful, and even when things went wrong with them, they were courteous, and took care of it immediately without a battle or one rude email.

y was very patient going through all of my options with me, because I had no idea what I wanted. I received a lot of compliments on my invitations from friends and family when they received them. As for the "Day of" service this company provides, it is WELL WORTH it. Tammy and her assistant Melinda were amazing to work with. They started working with me approximately 30 days prior to the wedding. They were both so friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. I called many times with questions and they were so happy to help. They never made me feel like any question was too big or small (or stupid). They always got back to me in a timely manner by phone or email. Tammy always comes to your event looking professional and well put together. She is always willing to jump in and help with any issue that arises. My sister ripped her entire MOH dress the first 5 minutes of getting out of the limo and Tammy already had her sewing kit out and fixed it within a few minutes. She is calm, nurturing, and reassuring on probably the most stressful day of your life (for the bride that is :)), which helps a lot. I never had to worry about anything that day because I knew she had it under control. All of my guests and famiily loved her as well. In fact they said "Everyone needs a Tammy in their life", which pretty much sums up how I felt about her. I would highly recommend Tammy and her company SYE.

her team are attentive and go above and beyond to ensure that everything and anything goes according to plan. My wedding was 5 days after a major hurricane hit Long Island and she did everything should could to help me make it happen. It all came together in the end and I do believe that I went as smoothly as it did with all of her efforts. She really does care about her clients. I would recommend Tammy for any event or service that you might need. I look forward to working with her in the future.

coordinator. This was part of their pitch. The service was VERY expensive at $1700 for the day of service. The actual day of coordinator Melinda was very good, but getting to that day was extreme frustration. My timeline was not finalized until two days before my wedding. This was so stressful for a first time bride. There was so much work that I put into the process giving my planner every detail. Her job should have been a breeze, but it still took till the last week to actually get any details. My thought was that they take too many brides and they leave the timeline till the last week. What I would have appreciated would have been open communication that my timeline would not come till the last week and I may not have had to stress as much. The sales point of the 30 days prior start time for the timeline was a complete untrue pitch. If you have the extra money in your budget I would still recommend a day of coordinator, but I would be sure to ask them a lot of questions as to when the timeline will be completed. And make sure you ask when the preliminary vs the final timeline will be prepared. Key words help during this process. Oh, and last but not least they are extremely particular as to what they call extras. I had a couple requests for my planner while she was still making her vendor calls and the owner (who claims she misunderstood my emails) said these small things were not included in her services. They were literally requests like: please ask the venue if they can tell you what type of toiletries they supply or please ask the performer what playlist he will use. It was an uncomfortable moment for me during a stressful time. Lastly, the day of went very smoothly and I thought Melinda did a great job, but leading up to that day was not enjoyable for me nor did I think the company was efficient.
