We found Jackie at a Wedding Expo in Melbourne. She is extremely knowledgable in what she does. She works with you and is extremely flexible before the event, and day of the event. She remains so calm throughout the entire event and has an incredible amount of patience. It brings a sense of peace to the bride and groom throughout the day knowing we had her to count on. I can honestly say our wedding would have been a disaster without her. She is able to make quick and fast decisions, and ensure the entire day goes smoothly, from start to finish. You can tell she has a passion for what she does, and I could not recommend her enough. We are beyond impressed!

I could not recommend Jackie anymore than I do! My husband was deployed and did not return home until less than 90 days before our ceremony and none of it could have happened if I didn't have her by my side. She was early to all of our appointments, and handled every crisis including a super rare hurricane so professionally and calmly. She was such an important asset to our wedding and I know she will be yours too. There isn't a vendor in the land of weddings that I think could even come close to her level of professionalism. Though you hope to never have to have another wedding, if my husband and I were crazy enough to have another ceremony for a vow renewal, she'd be the first person I'd dial.

Jacqueline is a fantastic wedding planner. Everything she suggested and recommended turned out to be excellent advice. She is so easy to communicate with and has such a great eye for detail. I especially appreciated her calm easy-going disposition on wedding day. I never once felt that she didn't have everything under control. I highly recommend her!

I cannot BEGIN to say enough wonderful things about Jacqueline!!! I honestly don't know what we would have done without her professional expertise and calm, professional, kind, and uber-organized personality. My now-husband and I thought that because we were having a relatively small wedding (35 people) that we could go it ourselves and didn't need a planner. How wrong we were!! The best decision we made in our wedding planning process, hands down, was to hire Jacqueline for month-of and day-of support. We learned that even if you're having a small wedding, there are still more details than you ever could have imagined, and it is critical to have someone with experience in the field and local vendor contacts to help you figure out what you forgot or didn't know to think of and solve crises as they inevitably (and did) come up. Jacqueline and her teammate Anna also allowed us to actually enjoy our wedding day instead of spending the whole time running around and directing everything. To sum things up, I wish I could share a video clip that a bridesmaid sent me of when torrential rain and 45 mph winds took the power out while everyone was getting ready. You can hear Jacqueline in the background saying, "We will make it work!!!" And she absolutely did! The #1 advice I will give any couple in the future will be to hire a planner from the very beginning, and if they're in Central Florida, to hire Jacqueline and Sincerely Yours. We wish we had hired her from day 1 of the planning process!

I would highly recommend Jacqueline for your wedding. From the beginning she was nothing but professional and we couldn’t have asked for a better wedding planner. On our wedding day she was there from start to finish and everything went smoothly. We actually ran out of wine and she had one of her staff run to the store and get some more. Because of her, I truly got to enjoy my wedding day and guest and she took care of everything else.

Sincerely Yours Wedding and Events was wonderful to work with. Our wedding had some unforeseen challenges (see: actual natural disaster) and Jacqueline handled postponement and rescheduling with thoughtfulness and compassion. The team at SY is thorough, detail-oriented and kind. Our day-of coordinator, Lauren, was wonderful and if there were any problems during our ceremony or reception, neither I nor our guests had any idea. I utilized SY for month and day-of coordination, meaning I handled the research and contracting of our vendors, however the SY team jumped in seamlessly to coordinate logistics, deliveries and timelines with each vendor, making my final month of wedding planning simple and smooth. I highly recommend the wedding planning and coordination services of Sincerely Yours!

My (now) wife and I thought we could have everything under control all by ourselves. But with wedding planning there is so much that you just don't know that you need to do when you have never done this before. Luckily for us Jackie came in and saved the day. There were so many little things that she did and helped remind us that we needed. Jackie is very organized and puts her clients first. Because of Jackie our day went just as we hoped it would and everyone had a great time!

Jackie was great through the entire process, but on the day of - she made an outdoor wedding possible with almost 30 mile and hour winds and on and off pouring rain. She was flexible and dedicated, and no one even realized a number of issues that needed to be fixed until her recap the week after the wedding. She was great, super professional, and very organized - also nice!

I first met Jackie through a mutual friend, and after going to a bridal show and having no idea where or how to start, I knew I would turn to Sincerely Yours for help. Jackie is extremely organized, knowledgeable, and she will do everything in her power to make sure you have the wedding day of your dreams. The beginning stages of my wedding planning were flowing very nicely, and it seemed everything was pretty much ready to go months in advance. Woohoo! For whatever reasons, however, smooth sailing all the way to my wedding day was not in the cards for me, and lots of things started to fall apart: bridesmaids’ dress company filed for bankruptcy and a different company had to make the dresses, a vendor cancelled on me the week before the wedding, vendors were making changes without my knowledge…an utter mess, and it sucked =(. It would be an understatement to say my wedding was not an easy one to plan and as much as I tried to stay calm I’m sure I wasn’t the easiest bride to deal with at times. It was incredibly stressful and I honestly don’t have a clue what I would have done without Jackie. She was there every step of the way helping me find a solution and fighting for me when that’s what it had come down to. The wedding day itself was all coordinated by Jackie and everything was perfect as Jackie ensured everything was coming along the way it was supposed to. Even though not everything turned out the way I had initially planned, it was still one of the BEST days of my life, surrounded by family and friends and it was SO MUCH FUN!!! I owe so much of its success to Jackie; words cannot express how grateful I am to her. She is just an overall great human being filled with sweetness and kindness, and I feel very lucky to call her my friend. I love you, Jackie!!!! You are the best!!!

Initially, I wasn't sure if I needed a wedding planner - I was already pretty organized and we weren't sure if it was in the budget. But if I had to do it all over again, I'd go straight to Sincerely Yours Wedding & Events. I first met Jackie at a bridal expo in January 2017. We chatted for a little bit about potential needs, exchanged information, and went on our way. I then saw her at another bridal expo (I like to read reviews online and then meet with the vendors in person), and finally at another. At the third expo, I won the grand prize for money toward the local vendors, and it was perfect timing. The venue I booked requires a day-of planner, I just won vendor money, and my wedding weekend was still available! So fast forward, we meet, get everything situated, and Jackie takes it from there! We had 2 meetings in person and she was always available by email. By the time we were one week out, she had an extremely detailed timeline that had each vendor color coded for their required duties. Seriously, this thing is awesome! She makes it so you get to focus on being the bride, mother of bride/groom, family, etc. and enjoying the day you've worked so hard to plan. At one point, the toilets stopped working at the reception, but by the time Andrew and I found out, there was already a backup plan in place. Everything stayed on schedule and we were able to take in as much as we possibly could because Jackie and her team took care of all of the details. I cannot thank you enough, Jackie! You are the best!!!!

Where do I start. Let me say from the moment we met Jacqueline we knew she was right for us. We had 6 months to plan our wedding and thought that could be stressful so we decided to contact professionals. We decided on the full service because we knew it would be impossible to do it all and let me say it was worth it. Every meeting she was there and so itemized and detailed. She took notes of everything so when we had to re-meet all the vendors were on the same page. There were moments where I started to forget what was said at the last meeting but she had it all covered. It also takes a special person to have that creativity to be able to traslate ideas and information well and she knew how to do that. She made all the recommendations for every person that worked in our wedding. Every guest could not stop taking about how it was the best wedding they had ever seen. When it comes to one of the most important days in yoyr life leave it in the hands of professionals and start with Jacqueline and finish with her. You will not be dissapointed. Where do I even begin? From being in many weddings, I knew from the start of planning I wanted a wedding planner. I contacted Jacqueline soon after I got engaged, and I immediately knew she was the one for us. On first meeting, she is so friendly, easy to talk to, but it is also evident that she knows how to conduct business and take charge (something important on your wedding day). We decided to go with month-of planning, as I had the time to do a lot of the work myself. Jacqueline, though, was always available. If I had a question, she answered it. A month prior to our date we all met again to go over more specific details, and we were then in contact on a daily to weekly basis making sure all loose ends were tied. And then our special day came! It was almost as if my fairy godmother waved her wand and made everything so perfect. My family even joked that she could control the weather. Not only was our wedding day so personal, special, and evidently full of our love, it was beyond what I even dreamt it would be. She set up all the personal details, bustled my dress with safety pins without question, and was there to make sure everything went smoothly (and oh boy was it smooth). I honestly cannot tell you exactly what she did that day because I did not deal with a bit of it at all. My job was to get ready, relax, have fun, and love my new husband and that's exactly what happened. It's been over a week since we've been married, and I am STILL having family members and friends call me to talk about how beautiful, special, and amazing our wedding was. We really wanted a day filled with our love for each other, and let me tell you, we brought the love, Jacqueline brought everything else. If you have not budgeted for a wedding planner, do so now. With the amount of money you're spending, you want you day to go perfect. I owe our wedding day to the work of this amazing, talented, organized, and humble woman. Jacqueline not only was our wedding planner, but she became a friend. Trust me when I say she was the absolute best decision Cody and I made regarding our wedding plans. She will for sure be yours too :)

There are not enough words to praise Jackie and Sincerely Yours. I was clueless going into this process and from day one she was so helpful and supportive. She added so many sweet, perfect, touches to make my wedding intimate and so very special. Her ability to set a timeline AND get people to stick to it, while never being rude or anything but the amazing woman she is. Sincerely Yours Weddings & Events was such a pleasure to work with and you can not find a better wedding planner than Jackie. I had no idea where to even start with planning our wedding and she made sure we had every last detail covered. She spent so much time with me one on one and with vendors. She helped with everything from contacting vendors to helping us with centerpiece ideas to even typing and organizing our menus and signage. Not only did she keep our wild wedding party in line on the big day but she was always so calm, cool and collected. We always felt as if she cared just as much as we did about our wedding day. She was amazing and we could not have done it without her!

Words cannot even express just how amazing Jackie at Sincerely Yours Wedding & Events was! I'm a huge DIY'er, and planned on orchestrating our entire wedding all on my own. After my (now) husband and I decided on our venue, the package we purchased actually included a 'month of' wedding planner/coordinator. I didn't think much of it, until I literally reached my mental limit in regards to the planning process.... Jackie was truly a savior sent from above... She went above and beyond her call of duty, and jumped head first into all the details I found myself struggling with.... Dearest Jackie: Where do I start? After Melissa and Jake announced their engagement, I watched “Father-of-the-Bride” several times and could relate to Steve Martin’s character. Every time Debbie and Melissa would talk about something I would loosen my tie and wonder, why do we need that? However after partaking of this whole experience, I cannot express the gratitude I have for what you and your team did to make our Puddin Head’s wedding the most perfect day. From the moment Melissa and Debbie met you, they said you were the one and wanted you to coordinate this “event”. Your attention to all the details was amazing and your expertise was priceless. Everything from the meetings and planning to the lighting of sparklers to send off the newlyweds was a choreograph of perfection. I remember sitting with you in Panera’s during our final meeting, you attempting to calm both Melissa’s and my nerves and saying that “something will go wrong”. But honestly if it did, we did not know it, it was all so absolutely perfect. Our expectations and dreams for our daughter’s wedding were high and you exceeded every one of them! Again from the bottom of our hearts THANK YOU for all you and your team did to make everything perfect on Melissa and Jakes special day. As the mother of the bride Jackie went above and beyond to make the preparation and planning go smoothly. She was always available to answer questions or to meet and go over the planning process . I was able to enjoy the day of the wedding because Jackie had everything under control.

Where do I start? Jacqueline was fantastic to work with! We could not have pulled off this day without her. She kept everyone on time, and it was hard - as our group was like "hearding cats". She did the table decoratons, decorated the wedding arch, worked well with the caterer, bartenders & DJ, and made sure everything was packed up and cleaned up at the end of the evening.
