Sinful Sweets

I am writing this review to express my utter disappointment and horrible customer service that was provided by Sinful Sweets. Sinful Sweets came highly recommended and after reaching out and receiving quick responses and answers to my questions I felt confident in my decision. I went to place my order on her website and she begin to chat with me, I placed my order with great ease and I paid for my order the same night as soon as I received my invoice on August 23rd. The event was for Sept. 16th, I received an email on Thursday night 9/14 for my Saturday morning pick up for 9:30am. I then received an email on Friday Sept 15th after 9pm stating that she had something to come up and apologized for the inconvenience but she could either move the pickup time to 4pm or refund me my money. I responded back and told her that 4pm would be just fine. It is now Sept 16, the day of the party, and I received an email from Mrs. Hayden at 3:34pm advising that she would refund me my money and she apologized for the inconvenience, nothing more. This is 3 hours before our event and 30 minutes before pickup that she cancels, offering no explanation and showing no remorse. This was horrible seeing as how we had planned a dessert table with these 3 dozen cookies. After canceling at the very last minute, Mrs. Hayden did not respond to any text, calls or emails. It was late on Sunday evening when my friend sent her a message informing her that we would dispute the PayPal charge that she FINALLY responded and said that the refund had been sent, she then sent a screenshot, showing that she refunded a payment to the wrong person and then she sent a message showing the correct refund. I felt that it was highly inappropriate for me to have to reach out to you for a refund when you’re the one who cancelled on me. I would never trust anyone who’s this careless and inconsiderate to have anything to do with your event, birthday party, especially not wedding or anything that important to you. Sinful Sweets is not a good move because she will leave you with no sweets and no answer as to why.
