Greg was professional from the beginning to picking backgrounds and fonts. The worker was easy to work with and she knew what she was doing. Planning a wedding can be stressful. I had no worries about the Photo booth. They handled it all. Thanks Greg.

us. The tenant was well dressed and very friendly. We also received a copy of all the photos and videos via e-mail after the event. The cost was significantly less than other companies I looked at and they even offer a referral gift for anyone that uses your name. All in all, I would highly recommend this company!

nd questions, and SO easy to work with. I really appreciated the up-front pricing and information on his webpage. There are no gimmicks or hidden charges. They are a small, local business rather than a national franchise, and the customer service reflects this – they are really great. The booth itself is nice; the photos are high quality; and our attendant (Lauren) was fun and professional.
The scrapbook that our attendant put together is really nicely done and is a really lovely and fun memento of the night. We even got my 85 year old grandmother to try out some props and take some pictures. That is a memory I’ll always treasure!
A+ work and I’d highly recommend them to future brides. In fact, a friend has booked them for her wedding in the fall and I can’t wait to see Cleveland Photo & Video Booth again.

ave the dimensions in their ad), the people never encouraged anyone to start the photobooth at my wedding so it just sat there for 1.5 hours w/o doing anything...but after they got rolling everyone had fun. Props were fun.
Then my photobook was a piece of crap...the glue they used oozed out the sides on some of them and made the pages & some of the pics stick. The pages are also very wavey b/c of the crappy glue.
Addendum: the owner is giving us a $50 refund and did offer to redo the book...but at this point how do you get the people's sayings in to the new book???

scrapbook and glue not working well and we are always trying to improve our product so we have switched to double sided tape on our scrapbooks and already they look much much nicer! We are printing out all the pictures (and sent them via email) and will be sending them shortly so the bride and groom as well as giving a refund on the scrapbook. As far as the photo booth being tiny, we can fit up to 7 people sometimes even 8 and have done so many times at weddings and this is the 1st complaint we have had with size. The photo booth pictures and 2 videos are on my website that clearly show how big it is and people in the booth so I am not sure where this comment has come from. The space that we were put in the venue was small and didn't have a lot of room. And to address why the "photo booth just sat there" comment not all venues place us in the reception hall and sometimes we are outside of it. We can't control this and we do our best to make us be seen. We always tell the DJ to mention us.

erator - who was very nice - asked us several times if we wanted her to stay longer (for a fee). I didn't really want to deal with that during the reception. The book looks a little sad - there are hand-drawn hearts all over it and the photos are poorly spaced in the book. She told our guests the book was full but there was plenty of space. That said, the photos are a good quality, the company was easy to work with and the service was a good value.

That was the main reason I chose cleveland photo and video, and she didn't tell anyone that they could leave a video message...so I only had 2 messages, out of 250 guests! I am a little sad about that

had a great package deal instead of having to pay for everything separate. It also included a video option which we loved! We also got to pick our own logo to make it our own. A lot of my husband's family do not drink or dance, so it definitely gave them something to do at the wedding in which they loved since they have never seen this at any of the weddings they have been to before. Instead of having one scrapbook to take home, we ended up with two since everyone was having so much fun in the booth.
Greg's parents who worked the booth of the night of our wedding were very personable which everyone loved. The only other thing was that it took a little longer then we expected to receive the pictures and videos online. Other than that, I will definitely recommend them to all of my friends and family and anyone who is having a big or even small event.
