Welcome to Sips Up Mobile Bar, a mobile bar and boutique picnic service, perfect for weddings, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, and baby showers. We currently serve areas throughout Southern California, including Orange County, San Diego, and the Inland Empire. Our packages can be customized based upon your vision for a perfect event. Various exciting add-ons are also available to take your experience to the next level, such as custom craft cocktail menus, garnishes, and picnic add-ons. For our mobile bar, we handle it all! From bringing fresh juices and cocktail mixes to custom garnishes and cocktail menus, down to the bar, tools, ice, etc. We do our absolute best to alleviate all stress and make your special day as enjoyable as possible! We even come up with a custom shopping list of what alcohol and how much you'll need to provide for your event based on the party size and thirstiness of your group.

With a Combined 20 years in the hospitality industry we are passionate about you! We started our mobile bar journey a year ago and have not looked back since. It immediately took off with birthday parties, baby showers, corporate parties and engagement parties. Once we started doing the engagement parties we were getting asked to come back for the weddings. Weddings quickly became our favorite events just seeing everyones lives come together to celebrate them on a very special day and to get to be apart of it we fell in LOVE.

I’ve had Sips Up at my bridal shower, baby shower, and birthday, and I seriously can’t recommend them enough. Aaron is amazing to work with: super professional, friendly, and just gets the vibe every time. The bar setups are always stunning and feel so thoughtful and customized. The drinks (mocktails included!) were a hit at every event, and my guests are still talking about how fun and unique it all was. Having them there really elevated each celebration. I’ll definitely be booking again! :)

I’m so happy that my fiancé and I hired sips up to bartend our engagement party! Gabi helped us come up with his and her signature cocktails for her to serve that everyone at our party loved! My mother in law was also obsessed with Gabi’s margaritas. We weren’t sure if we really needed a mobile bar or bartender for our event and I am so glad my fiancé talked me into hiring one. She had everything setup and I didn’t have to stress about the bar or cocktails at all. Another thing I really appreciated was how communicative they were from the start! Anytime I had a question they got back to me right away and calmed any last minute concerns I had. I will definitely be using them again when I have my bridal shower in the summer!

I can’t tell you how much having sips up at our event elevated our occasion. Oddly enough I hired them for my baby shower and found them through the knot. The service was top notch and the trailer added so much character. We had mixers at the event and I can’t even boast enough how delicious they were. Aaron and Gabi really work with you and what you need and I definitely wouldn’t hesitate to have them at our other events. Don’t sleep on them!

I would highly recommend Sips Up to anyone for any event. The professionalism, attention to detail, service, and quality of drinks are unparalleled. Aaron and Gabi gave us clear communication from Day 1 and left no questions or concerns unanswered. We had a complicated venue setup and an elaborate cocktail program but they delivered on all levels. Their bar trailer has a great aesthetic and will elevate any event space.

I was really happy with the service Aaron and his team gave! They truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect on the day! I planned my wedding by myself and Aaron was really helpful when it came to figuring out precisely what I wanted and needed, I must have texted him 100 times and he was so patient with me and always responded in a timely manner. I 100/10 recommend their services for any event and I’ve already told a lot of my friends who are getting married about them as well. 🤗❤️❤️

Aaron is the absolute best! Timely responses when we first got connected and immediately became the best of friends! He is professional but so personal. He went above and beyond for our wedding. We designed beautiful signature cocktails together that were a huge hit. He designed me an espresso martini tower with sparklers that will be a moment we will never forget. I will forever use sips up for all my bartending and party needs. 20/10 experience!!

They were amazing and went above and beyond for our wedding and leading up to it. Very helpful providing everything we needed, showed up early to ensure setup was perfect and provided their own bar area which fit great and looked amazing. Would 10/10 recommend.
