Sissy's Log Cabin

Sissy's is the place to go for great service. Luckily, I already knew Dave at the Little Rock store so I scheduled a time to come in and shop to see what I would like for an engagement ring. I had an idea and inspiration photos so it made the process easy. I told him a size I would like and he ordered a couple of stones for us to come back and look at. A couple of months later, I was surprised with a beautiful diamond engagement ring that looked exactly like what I wanted. We went back a few weeks before the wedding to purchase wedding bands and had another great experience. We knew exactly what we wanted and were able to find it quickly. We recommend Dave at Sissy's to all of our friends.

We used Sissy's in Jonesboro for our wedding bands and they were wonderful. Bob helped my husband and I find our bands and he was so helpful and knowledgable. My husband and I both put our bands on layway and when we would come in to make payments they staff was always super friendly and asked about our wedding or if there was anything else we they could help with. They always offered to clean my ring and also did my engraving in my husband's ring for no charge. My engagement ring is from Sissy's as well and my husband said he had a great experience by himself as well. We were be repeat customers.

We used Sissy’s in Little Rock for all of our wedding jewelry and we were pleased with everything. It all started with my engagement ring. My groom went here after bad experiences at other places. He said J.R. was so helpful and thought him a lot about jewels and metals so he could make an educated investment. After our engagement, we went in to get my ring sized (it fit almost perfectly) and pick out wedding bands. This was my first time meeting J.R. and he was so nice, he acted as though he had already met me a hundred times. We picked our rings and they did a 0% interest “layaway” plan, we paid whatever we wanted every month, then paid it in full when we picked them up before the wedding. My groom and I also bought wedding gifts for each other at Sissy’s. He bought me a beautiful set of diamond earrings to wear on our wedding day. They are a “ghost” setting so it looks like one large diamond when it is actually 9 smaller diamonds (easier on the wallet.) They did a great job helping my groom find the perfect gift. I went in and wanted to get a nice money clip to give my groom on our wedding day. They didn’t have a lot in stock at the Little Rock location, so they called the Pine Bluff store and asked them to send a few to Little Rock. They took my number and David called me two days later. I went back in and picked a beautiful money clip. The service at Sissy’s is like none other. Everyone is so helpful and they always want to clean jewelry and make it shine and beautiful. We were extremely pleased with Sissy’s and we will use them for all our future jewelry purchases.

I grew up seeing them on the TV, and when I was in VA looking for rings, I went straight to them. My wife picked out the ring, but then when I called, I had made some adjustments (metal & stones) and they were very accommodating. The lady I spoke with, Jackie, worked with me every step of the way and helped me through some of my fears when I was worried about the rings. All in all, it was a wonderful experience. We did have to send the engagement ring back because they lost the mold (we wanted the same style ring for the wedding band), but when we did, she went above and beyond and fortified both rings and replaced a gem that had fallen out. The rings are now perfect and the service was amazing all around! (Once again, Little Rock location is the one I dealt with.)

I was so happy that there was a Sissy's in Little Rock. When my fiance and I first began looking at rings, I couldn't find anything close to what I had dreamed about. Pat, our jeweler at Sissy's, was absolutely wonderful. She helped us to create the perfect ring. Even after they made the ring, there was one small detail I didn't like about the prongs, and they fixed it within two days. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about our experience. Future Groom's - If you are looking to spend less than $10,000 on a ring, I would not take my future fiance here. They still have a wonderful selection of rings, but a huge portion of their rings are more than double that budget. I think it would be hard to look at them and then settle for less.

My engagement ring was purchased at Mary Healey's, but by the time we were going to purchase our wedding bands, it had closed. So we went to the new Sissy's in Little Rock. We bought both of our bands there and have had great service anytime we've needed anything done, like cleaning, sizing, etc. They are the fastest jewelers I've been to for any service you want done. Other jewelers may need to keep your ring for severla days to a week, Sissy's can get it back sometimes in an hour. It's Great!

My fiance is from Pine Bluff and I quickly knew about Sissy's Log Cabin, they actually now have a Little Rock location and will soon have one in Hot Springs, AR as well. We bought all of our rings and gifts here as well as registered. The staff is exceptional, you feel welcome from the moment you walk-in, unlike other stores you may look at. They have a wide variety of things, nobody will be disappointed in a special sparkle from this jeweler!
