We are so glad that we found Kim! When we first checked out her website and portfolio, her unique and elegant design sense was apparent. We really liked the color tone she used and the flowers she arranged. Our venue was a French/Italian country club setting so our request was to have elegant European elements with a modern twist. The proof of her prowess was everywhere on our special day. Many of our guests had their 2nd and 3rd pieces! The cake stood as a testament to her versatility and creativity, seamlessly fitting into the day's theme while providing a memorable flavor experience for all. We also want to highlight that it's not just Kim's skills that make her exceptional, it's her approach. She was able to quickly capture what we wanted in our initial interaction without much back and forth. Throughout the process, we felt she treated our wedding with care and tailored it to our requests. Her patience and diligence helped relieve a tremendous amount of stress on us. Kim did a terrific job, She did both design and flowers for our daughter’s wedding and the event was a big success. No one told us it was more complicated to do a reasonable sized wedding and reception at home until we were well into it, but it IS more complicated. We really came to value Kim’s advice. Kim was with us every step of the way and made the wedding a great success. She was involved in coordinating every aspect of the celebration and stepped in when the venue coordinator proved unreliable. She is a true artist with floral design - everything from the bouquets to the table décor to all the beautiful centerpieces were beautiful. I couldn’t have imagined anyone else to work with, floral wise, other than Kim for our wedding. After several searches and contacting different vendors, I loved Kim the most because she was extremely friendly and so easy to talk to. I felt her personality through her emails. It felt like I was talking to a friend! She also responded pretty quickly, which I appreciated since I only had 6 months to plan my wedding. She took a look at my pinterest board and sent me over the pics of what she loved most and made an image board for how everything would look; from the bouquets, bouts, the arch, bride/groom table, guests tables, etc. Her emails were so detailed; I was able to envision my wedding florals through email! Kim also worked with my budget, which I loved because that was difficult to get from other vendors. When she hand delivered me my bouquet the day of the wedding, I cried. It was so beautiful. She even gave me the biggest hug! She is honestly the sweetest person. The florals at my wedding was everything I had envisioned. Kim is professional and absolutely great at what she does. I wasn’t excited to plan a wedding but Kim made the process easy. I told her that wedding planning wasn’t my thing and she took care of everything. I’m so glad I just let her take the lead! The wedding was better than I could have ever imagined. She somehow managed to take a venue that was already gorgeous on its own and transform it into something magical. We hired Kim as our planner and florist, which was honestly the best decision! We started planning our wedding at least 18 months prior, I looked into many many options for planner and/or florist until I stumbled upon Kim's profile on Instagram and The Knot. I fell in love with her style and the vibe from her portfolio so I pulled the trigger and hired her as both our planner/designer and florist. I was very anxious prior to the wedding due to continuous monitoring of changes in COVID-19 restrictions in San Diego/CA, as well as figuring out all the things we need to plan for the wedding. Kim was very helpful in communicating what we needed to do and options we should consider when planning a wedding during the pandemic. Although all of our communication prior to the wedding was done through phone and email, Kim was able to put together everything spot on. I was constantly bombarding her with so many information on the things I liked and she was able to filter through the most important things to put together a beautiful design. The actual day was even better and more magical than I had imagined! All of our guests were in awe of the wedding and gave us so many compliments. We were very fortunate to have found Kim, she truly is a very talented artist.

Where do I even begin? I was not one to have a vision for my wedding and then when the pandemic hit, I had even less of an idea of how to downsize. Attempting to research how to do a micro-wedding led me to Kim. I was immediately drawn to her style and all of the posts she had specifically about small weddings. Having Kim as our wedding planner and florist was the best decision we ever made. She took what few thoughts I had and turned them into something I could have never imagined. Not only did she create a flawless day for us, but she was great throughout the whole process. She was responsive and always provided suggestions or her opinion when I was feeling indecisive. Kim included us in the big decisions, but for the smaller details, Kim basically had free reign on designing and coordinating our wedding and I was never once concerned with how it would turn out. And the florals! The florals were gorgeous. We got endless complements on the beautiful flowers and colors. Between the bridesmaid dress, the venue color, and just the surrounding area - Kim blended everything together perfectly through the bouquets. We are so happy and grateful for all that Kim did for us. We truly could not have had a more perfect day.

Kim is the whole package - whether you hire her for florals, coordination, or both (we recommend both :))she will crush it. She has a unique gift to be able to envision the day as you work through it together and then makes sure it becomes a reality. You don’t really notice she is there and then all of us a sudden you realize everything is going perfectly because she is behind the scenes orchestrating everything. Throughout all the changes we had to make in this pandemic she was very flexible and understanding and made it headache free for us. Kimberly was the wedding planner for my daughter's wedding at the Cordiano Winery on March 14, 2020. This was literally the week before life shut down due to Covid, and to top everything off, San Diego was experiencing torrential rains the entire week. Kimberly went over and above to help alleviate my daughter's fears - would the wedding go forward? Would the road to the winery not be flooded on the wedding day? We got to the event, and for the first time in 5 days, the sun peeked through the clouds. The reception room was illuminated by glorious sunshine and the colors Kimberly chose (hues of lavender and subtle greens) were breathtaking. I don't recall seeing a more perfect room. She was there to guide us all through the event, from start to finish. Small details like the bar outside overlooking the beautiful landscape that was covered in sweet greenery, to the smallest details on the desert bar - it was breathtaking. We cannot say enough about Kimberly, her artistic and creative abilities, and how she was able to bring to life my daughter's vision for an absolutely magical wedding.

Absolutely LOVED our wedding reception at Cordiano. This was one our favorite date spots while we were dating so we were thrilled to be able to share this location with our most special friends and family. The location itself is beautiful but our reception space was even more magical thanks to Kim. She created a gorgeous setting and took care of everything for us. Weddings can be stressful to plan but ours was a little easier because of her. Definitely wish I could do it all over again and live this day over and over!

Kim singlehandedly made our wedding look like a literal fairytale. Kim was so helpful through out the entire process! She helped create a romantic atmosphere and the flowers were beautiful. She was really helpful when it came to personal touches as well. Kim helped me pull off a beautiful and romantic wedding out of state wedding. She answered all my questions, kept me in the loop, and helped me focus my wedding vision. She is uber talented, helping me nail down a theme, colors, floral preferences, literally everything. She took my scattered ideas and messy Pinterest board and totally understood what I was imagining. As an out of state bride I couldn’t be present for a venue tour or in person consultation but she made it work flawlessly. This woman can do everything! Kim baked me a gluten free cake! The cake was beautiful, delicious, and reflected the theme of my wedding. The florals were absolutely gorgeous, and she made some great recommendations and decisions for seasonal flowers that matched our colors. The day went without a hitch and any and all problems were solved without stress. With Kim organizing and supervising, I was able to fully enjoy the moment!

There were some aspects of the preparation were not perfect as there were a few rocky logistics along the way. Kim made everything so easy for me! I didn’t realize just how much she did until we actually started planning the wedding. I was expecting to have to help plan everything from floral to dessert on top of all my responsibilities as Maid of Honor but Kimberly took away all of that stress from both myself and the bride. KIM IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! We began planning our special day over a year and a half ago, and it has been a breeze ever since. I honestly felt like I was behind with wedding things, but in reality, she was taking care of it all behind the scenes! She truly has a passion for what she does!!!! Since the day we met Kim, we knew she was on it! From the initial meeting, to our design meeting, to answering all of my crazy stress texts and whipping up last minute flower girl floral crowns, Kim was amazing. Communication was great, she was always a text or email away and got back to us quickly. We spent a little over 3 hours at our design meeting going over every detail of our wedding. She really listened, wrote notes and pulled up inspo pictures for reference. She really understood our vision and executed it beautifully. The entire night of our wedding I received compliment over compliment on how beautiful the florals were (which she does also!! You MUST go with her florals) how stunning the decor was and just how beautiful and romantic the ambience was. Our wedding at Cordiano winery was absolutely amazing! From the initial scheduling, through the planning, to the day of the event, the ease of working with Kim and the Cordiano team made for low-stress wedding prep. We especially were thankful for the Cordiano wedding planner, Kimberly, and how much time she spent with us throughout our planning. We booked the date of the venue a little over a year in advance. Kim met with us about 5 months before our wedding and went over everything we liked/disliked. She customized everything about our wedding to make sure it was the perfect fit for us! All weddings at Cordiano are unique and are designed for the couple getting married. The wedding day itself was fantastic. Everything went according to plan and the setup Kim had designed was beautiful. Our guests loved the amazing views of the winery, the location of the cocktail hour, the hors d'oeuvre and entrees, and the excellent wine. She took care of extra planning like booking a photobooth, and referred us to the DJ who was a perfect fit for our crowd. We highly recommend booking Cordiano winery as your wedding! Not only does it have beautiful views and a great atmosphere, but the planning and execution with Kim also made our day perfect!

My husband and I got married at Cordiano Winery on August 18th. From the first moment we stepped foot on the property we were in awe of the gorgeous views! The winery overlooks the valley and offers breaking sunsets. This paired with Kim’s expertise coordination services made our decision easy to select Cordiano as our venue. Kim took care of all rentals, floral, and cake. The food and beverages are all sourced through Cordiano Winery/Kim as well. Being a working professional it was critical having Kim take so much of the work/stress off of me during the wedding planning process. Kim had me create a Pinterest board and used that as a source to make my wedding vision a reality! Our guests have raved about every aspect of the evening including the food, decor, and overall service provided. I highly recommend Cordiano as a venue and loved working with Kim to plan our special day!

Kim is amazingly talented. She is very kind, joyful and easy to speak with. She is very knowledgeable in floral and décor, and knew exactly how to tie all of my thoughts together. It was relieving to not have to worry about all of the vendors, because I knew Kim would have it all handled. I will say, there were a few changes that were not communicated. I do understand that cutting the budget will limit what comes of it, but certain items were not brought to my attention until the rehearsal dinner or night of (more specifically, the chair selections and beer/wine choices). Besides this, Kim made our night remarkable and one we will never forget.

I had my wedding at Cordiano Winery with Kimberly as my coordinator. First off let me say, we are an LGBT couple so right off the bat we were cautious with who we were choosing to help us make this special day perfect. Upon meeting Kimberly, I right away felt comfortable! When I asked her about us being LGBT it was totally no big deal (as it should be) for her! She helped us plan so many important details of the wedding...from food, to flowers, to decorations, she had it covered....which was great for me because I could hardly wrap my head around planning! The wedding day was beautiful, location was beautiful, decorations beautiful! To this day people continue to tell me how gorgeous it was and how much fun they had! Exactly what I wanted to hear and we had so much fun on this special day :) thanks so much to this team!

I loved the venue where we got married, but Kimberly was so difficult to work with. Communication was sporadic or she simply didn't answer my questions at all. For example, I asked 3 times what cake flavors were available and NEVER heard back. I had a lot of anxiety before the wedding because I didn't know where people would sit, how we would progress from one part of the wedding to the next (e.g. who would tell everyone when it was time to eat, cut the cake, etc...). When I would ask a question, it would take weeks to hear back. Twice while planning I called the venue to make sure that she still worked there since it took so long to hear back. She seemed to friendly and easy to work with at first, but I ended up being very disappointed in the outcome. I was surprised that someone who works as a wedding coordinator wouldn't have a checklist or something to stay organized or at the very least answer their emails/voice mails.

We didn’t know how vital a Wedding planner would be or how incredibly stress free it would make the entire experience. If you’re contemplating a wedding planner- get one. We were on a tight (and I mean tight budget) and hiring Sisti & Co was THE best decision we made. Kim made everything so easy. Basically we gave Kim an idea of what we wanted and she made it happen! Literally I pinned maybe five images, because I’m not much of a Pinterest gal. That’s it. Just five pictures and she nailed it. All our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful everything was, how beautiful the flowers were or how delicious the food was. Now on our Honeymoon and people are still talking about it. Kim is great - personable and knowledgeable she’s just wonderful! Thank you Kim!

If you are considering working with Kimberly, stop thinking about it and DO IT!!! Kimberly is AMAZING!! For a couple who had no idea what kind of wedding they wanted Kimberly was able to create a wedding beyond our wildest dreams. All she had to go off of was our budget and the 2 colors we wanted. Once she got to know both my husband and I she took off and created a masterpiece! I am telling you now, let Kimberly do what she does and she will not let you down! She is 10 people inside of one little spit fire! She does flowers, bakes desserts, coordinates everyone and designs everything for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. I do not know how she does it all, but it was such an awesome experience to work with her, I hope one day I can work with her again!

Kimberly is one of the main reasons why we chose Cordiano Winery for our wedding venue after meeting her. We were so excited to work with someone who's not just a "wedding factory" like some other venues and coordinators seemed. You can tell that Kim is genuinely passionate about what she does. She is so kind and professional, and having her as our coordinator took so much stress off of us during the planning process. We got so many compliments on our wedding from our guests. My personal favorite part was definitely Kim's design and flowers - I was blown away by how beautiful everything looked! She didn't need much input, she understood the feeling we were going for and took it from there. We highly recommend Kim and Cordiano Winery!

Tristan & I checked out Cordiano Winery & met Kimberly as wine club members. A customer of mine had told me about Cordiano in her search for a wedding venue & stated the one reason she chose this winery over the others was that the wedding coordinator was included. That wedding coordinator is Kimberly & she works miracles. My husband & I checked out the winery in August & instantly fell in love. The venue itself is set on top of a magical hilltop overlooking the most breathtaking views & sunsets I have ever seen. It is littered with hints of romance & wine that will melt your taste buds. Tristan & I instantly joined the wine club that day, got Kimberly’s contact information & emailed her with our potential wedding date of 2/23/18, which was available. We booked it in a heartbeat with an added bonus surprise of learning that if you join their wine club you receive 20% off all your wine for your event! Now fast-forward to wedding planning & the big day. Kimberly was the one factor that made our big day possible, honestly. She converted my "dream wedding" Pinterest board into a scene better then any picture I had found or could have imagined. Kimberly didn’t just help me plan my wedding she did absolutely everything! All I did was share my Pinterest Board with her, talk about some of the details, like what colors I wanted (dusty blues, frosted greens, blush pink & ivory), what kind of a theme I was aiming for (bohemian) & she just ran with it. She helped me understand & figure out so many things I would have missed for my wedding. I had no idea how much was involved in planning a wedding despite all the warnings I had heeded & the fact that I had been dreaming about this day for years. With tons of small candles and delicate lighting as well as a ton of flowers; it was a scene out of a storybook. Leading up to & on the big day itself, Kimberly not only dealt with the, at times very frustrating, dynamics of our families, but she shielded me from anything that could have possibly ‘upset the bride’ and ran every change others tried to make by me first. She also made it a point to make me feel like the star of the show in every correspondence & meet up. On the big day itself Tristan & I made a huge mistake & completely miscounted our guests & forgot one person on the seating charts and all! Kim was so sweet and accommodating and quickly & discreetly added a chair to a table and got a makeshift plate setting in a flash. Such an embarrassing mistake on our part that Kimberly graciously fixed in a heartbeat. Kim helped us with our small budget & even made me a cake! Tristan & I had planned to skip the cake ceremony due to my Crohn’s Disease rendering me gluten-free, dairy-free & grain-free. Then Kimberly swooped in to save the day again, the icing on top, literally. Kim made me a cake from scratch that I can actually eat and I have never been more thankful, humbled & immensely satisfied by someone’s act of kindness & understanding. Not only was the cake delicious, but it was beautiful & something we were able to take back to our hotel after the big night & enjoy again later. After all is said & done, Tristan & I feel so blessed to have met Kimberly. Not only was the first day marking the rest of our lives together perfect, & breathtakingly beautiful, but now we have such perfect memories of a place we get visit frequently, enjoy quality food & wine at, mingle with staff that feels more like family, & reminisce of our wedding day. -Mr & Mrs Nuñez

My husband and I both agree that choosing Cordiano Winery for our wedding was the best choice we ever made! Not only because of the breath taking views but because the coordinator, Kimberly Sisti is absolutely amazing! She worked with me the whole year to make sure I had the wedding of my dreams!! She truly cares about making every detail perfect and goes above and beyond to ensure you don’t go over budget. Working with Kimberly kept me sane through the planning process; she is kind, fun and so so sweet! We are forever grateful for Kimberly and Cordiano for giving us the most incredible day ever!

Kimberly was AWESOME///she planned everything from start to finish and everything was customized and breathtaking. Her attention to detail and personalization was second to none and she is soooo nice to work with. THE BEST!!!!!!!!

Where to begin?! I still don't know if I have the words to describe Kimberly Sisti and her creativity, charm, humor, professionalism, and dedication to making our wedding our dream day. From me changing my mind MANY times about little details to family members inserting their own opinions...Kim did not skip a beat and delivered the dreamiest setting I could have ever imagined. From our florals to our stunning and delicious cake, to every small yet beautiful detail in between, our guests were in awe when they stepped into Cordiano Winery that day. Her creation made that already breathtaking setting simply unreal. She's a pleasure to work with, an excellent communicator, and will truly become your friend by the end of this whirlwind process. We planned our wedding remotely from Chicago but knew we were in amazing hands since our first conversation with Kim. If there was a way to give her more stars than five, she'd get them all!

Sisti&Co were incredible! From the very first phone call 6 months before our wedding, to the final twinkling moments of our sparkler send off – Kim and team obsessed over every detail, delivering an unforgettable experience we’re so proud to call our wedding. The style of our evening was something only a talented design eye could pull off – whimsical, simple, and boho-chic. We didn’t choose wedding ‘colors’, but rather a mood to set – natural textures of macramé and wood grain, paired with Cordiano’s burnt orange mud walls, then layer in lots of whites, hints of gold, and gorgeous, lush, jewel-toned florals. Can you imagine?! Our ceremony was something out of a fairy-tale. Kim draped white and ivory chiffon over natural wood beams to create our beautifully simple altar, and the sun shone just right through Cordiano’s panoramic windows to set a peaceful, spiritual, and intimate scene for our tears and “I do’s”. Our cocktail hour kicked off with Kim’s refreshingly fun bellini bar that matched the pinks and oranges of the sun setting over the Escondido valley. Guests ate caprese skewers and bruschetta, while listening to light-hearted, romantic songs chosen by us and played by our awesome DJ (recommended to us by Kim). Her team even unwrapped and set up our custom corn hole set for kiddos to play! Our reception blew guests away with twinkling Edison bulbs and candles, lush florals, a cozy-chic lounge, panoramic views, hearty Italian lasagna and chicken fiorentina, salads, breadsticks, wood-fired pizza, and our whimsical cake topped with jewel-toned wool pom poms. The whole room felt light, romantic, fun, and personalized. And the dance party was bumpin! The only hiccup of the entire event was with our bridal party’s floral crowns. Upon arrival, they were too large for our heads and my vision, so I called my cousin (how lucky that she is a floral crown master!) to help re-design and trim down the crowns to better fit our heads. All that said, my husband and I can’t thank Kim and her team enough for their talent, their patience, their poise, their attention to detail, and for making our wedding truly ours. We wish we could do it all over again. Thank you!!!

Cordiano Winery is an absolutely beautiful location with breath taking views and an inviting atmosphere to host any social event! Having our wedding here was an outstanding one stop when working with the many aspects of a major wedding! Gerardo, Rosa, Kimberly and Frank went out of their way to ensure everything was setup and perfect for our big day! Kimberly is nothing short of spectacular. Well versed in weddings she and the family handle every aspect from the food, cake, floral arrangements, to recommendations for any other service you might need (such as tux's, dresses, DJ's, and photographers). Not to be misunderstood when I say handled I mean She and the Family made our cake! our floral arrangement! cooked the food and catered the remaining not made on site! I wouldn't be surprised if there were more hidden talents with this Family nestled in the gorgeous hills of North County's Highland Valley that I have yet to experience!!! I expect nothing more than this Winery and it's family to flourish! They are very what you see is what you get! and let me tell you their product is nothing short of spectacular! Any time we had difficulty when choosing something Kim would offer her advice and recommendations for floral arrangements to taste in food. Our guests loved every aspect of the wedding. We've been informed by guests that it was a fun wedding where they enjoyed the location, spirit of the winery (vibe), service, food and wine. My wife and I both have wine connoisseurs we know and they absolutely loved the wine and food pairing! It was nothing but an enjoyable evening packed with family, friends, wine, food and fun. Kim's entire planning phase is purely based on utilizing pinterest for ideas. I'm the groom and didn't utilize or even know of pinterest! If you're not familiar with pinterest it's OK! I've always heard of using wedding planning books or magazines to select specific plans, ideas, colors, ect... She will meet with you and your groom/bride for an initial planning meeting. You will discuss everything there so plan on spending some time with her to allow her to get to know you! Don't rush! I could tell from our first encounter that Kim uses this time to get to know you and your significant other. She holds true to your desires and choices for your wedding, and pays specific attention to all of the details you desire. If you're wanting things done in a specific manner tell Kim she will get it done! Kim not only facilitated, organized and managed the entire event but also painstakingly worked to ensure we stayed as close to budget as possible. Overall working with Kim and Cordiano was an extremely enjoyable experience for my husband and I. Thank you for making our wedding day so spectacular!!! Don't let the first glance of this Family owned winery fool you! They are the package deal and let me tell you what you see is what you get and if you don't see it ask and you will get it!!!! I expect nothing but a spectacular future in store for Cordiano Winery, do not let them pass you by it was an experience of a life time!

We looked around at many spaces and wineries before finding Cordiano Winery... but once we stepped foot on their grounds it was obviously a special place. The reception room is on top of a hill, in a giant half outdoor, half indoor space with a barn roof and giant windows all the way around! The best part was we did not have to lift a finger (besides creating the seating chart). Kimberly (Sisti&co) took care of everything and the reception was amazing. Everyone that attended said it was the best wedding they had ever been to! The food at most weddings is terrible, but there was no way we could go wrong with home made lasagna, baked ziti and pizza for the kids!? Plus it was at a Winery... so the wine was excellent! The only downside was having to leave when it was all over. Could not have asked for more!

I cannot say enough good things about Kim! She is truly amazing and I was thankful every day of our wedding planning process that I had her by my side. She is organized and experienced and managed to help this "type A" control freak relax and enjoy the wedding day, knowing everything was taken care of. Kim genuinely cares about her clients and was always happy and willing to help at every step. She also has a great positive attitude which is so lovely to be around (especially on those more stressful days). She was very mindful of our budget and helped us pull off a fabulous wedding without breaking the bank. And she has great recommendations for vendors in the area which were incredibly helpful, as ours was a destination wedding. Kim was by far the best investment we made in our wedding, we couldn't have done it without her.

Kimberly and the rest of the people at Cordiano did a great job with our ceremony and reception. It was clear that she had done this several times before and had everything under control. From the beginning of our planning process she put us at ease. We just gave her our ideas and she designed a beautiful ceremony and reception off of them. The cake was even exactly as we pictured it. She helped us with recommendations for a DJ and a photographer (They both did a great job). Cordiano itself is a breathtaking venue. The food at Cordiano is excellent, and all of our guests have been telling us that it was delicious.

Sisti&Co is run by a kind woman named Kimberly Sisti. She is the wedding coordinator for the Cordiano Winery venue. She is such a joy and she is so bubbly. Absolutely perfect for her job! She loves her brides and grooms! During planning, I was treated very personally and I loved that. She kept me BELOW budget not AT my budget. I'm so happy with the service I got with Kimberly. She's a wonderful wedding coordinator and 10/10 recommend her! I wish there was 5,000 stars to give her!!!

Cordiano was literally the best choice!!! Kim did an amazing job with literally everything. From the seating to the linens and the color of the silverware, everything was absolutely perfect and I cannot wait to share our wedding with them! The view is incredible, the service is impeccable and so on top of everything! It was such a great night!!

Three words to describe our experience Kim @ Cordiano Winery - WE LOVED IT!!! First off the heart logo of the winery is what caught our interest and upon visit the breathtaking venue & delicious wine and food had us won over and then meeting Kim the queen of coordinating had us sold! Wedding planning is stressful enough but with Kim by our side I have to say it turned out absolutely everything that we dreamed of! If I had to do this all over again (I am the mother of the bride) I would want everything exactly the way that it was. Hands down amazing!!!

I can't begin to describe how beautiful the wedding Sisti&Co created for me and my husband. The best part was that it was so simple on my part-just creating my dream wedding on the Pinterest page that Kim set up for me which took a lot of stress off me as the bride. Everything was so perfect down to every last detail and during the day of the wedding, everything ran smoothly with little to no hick-ups. Also, I have been dreaming of my delicious wedding cake since the wedding!! This is easily a 5 star review, I can't think of anything that I would have changed about my experience working with them.
