I’ve worked alongside many planners and coordinators, and it’s not uncommon to see teams overwhelmed as the night unfolds. That was never the case here. Samantha was calm, confident, and completely in control the entire evening. She was an exceptional steward of the process, keeping the timeline on track while making everything feel seamless and stress-free.
What stood out most was how well she cared for everyone involved. Not only the bride and groom and their guests, but also the venue staff and fellow vendors. That level of awareness and leadership makes a huge difference in how smoothly a wedding runs.
I truly couldn’t recommend Samantha and the SJ Coordination & Events team more highly. If you’re looking for a planner who is organized, engaging, and fully present every step of the way, you will be in outstanding hands with her.
