Sam at SJK Productions was so great to work with and he made the entire process so easy and extremely low stress. I chose the 1 videographer 6 hour package and added an additional hour and it was the perfect amount of time. The videographer Emily C. was who shot the wedding and she was so sweet, so easy to work with, and captured everything so wonderfully. She definitely helped the day run smoothly. Sam edited my video to absolutely perfection, it re-tells the story of the day and I was able to see things I may have missed with the commotion of everything. We could not be happier with how the wedding video turned out, it is everything we imagined and more! Could not recommend SJK Productions more!!

Their videos, presence (and lack thereof), and overall professionalism are unmatched.

I am so happy I chose to work with SJK Productions and would make the same decision all over again. It took a bit of time trying to convince my now husband that we needed a videographer for our wedding day and Sam was incredibly patient and professional throughout the process. If you're debating whether you have room in your budget, I'm telling you - you need to make cuts elsewhere! (Spoiler alert: my husband now admits that it was the best money spent and that not having a video would've been a huge loss.) We have never worked with such talented and kind-hearted individuals. When coordinating a wedding, communication is the biggest key with making your wedding perfect. Sam is fantastic at communication and every question was answered along the way. Our wedding videos were absolutely stunning. Every time we watch them, we can’t help but ball our eyes out. My husband and I remember the funniest part of our experience with SJK…. While recording our ‘first look’ we couldn’t help but notice his crew was hiding in the bushes while recording and gosh…did that shot turn out amazing! Sam was recommended to us by our photographer, him and his team were great and so easy to work with. Sam is easygoing but organized and always could make last minute adjustments (we added drone footage the night before). It was great how well him and our photographer seamlessly worked together the whole day. Sam is the perfect balance of getting all the footage but not making you feel like you are taking pictures/videos all day. He was a joy to work with and I cannot recommend him enough!

Sam and his team were absolutely instrumental in helping us achieve and enjoy the wedding of our dreams. Right from the start, he was communicative, clear, and incredibly easy to work with. Sam and Troy with SJK were absolutely phenomenal to work with for our wedding! They are both laid back, easy going guys, which made our wedding day run even more smoothly. Sam and Troy were also helping us to stay in the moment and always wanting to lighten the mood when we were sweating outside trying to take photos with some light jokes. Sam is not only a talented videographer, he is an awesome person. Let's start with his talent...He provided us with a short teaser within a few days of our wedding. It was great to see action shots while the moments and day were still fresh. It was so well made that we knew the final product would be everything we hoped for. When we got our full video, my husband and I had tears in our eyes. What Sam captured was remarkable. He had so many little details on film. He paired the energy in the music with the visuals perfectly. Not only that, there were a few things we wanted to add to our video and he didn't hesitate to make it happen. On to the person... Our wedding day was so hot and humid that we ended up walking in to the venue's freezer to cool off and he went with it. While the heat was miserable, he kept us on schedule and made jokes to help distract us. While he is all business when it comes to his craft, he is also a person that is so easy to get along with and is exactly the type of person you want to spend a lot of your wedding day with. We are so thankful we went with Sam!

Leading up to the big day, Sam was an excellent communicator and allowed us add three hours of filming to our wedding day with only a few days notice. Sam was the best videographer we could have asked to film our wedding. He went above and beyond and always put us and first -- and kept us at ease while everything was moving a mile a minute. It rained on our day, but Sam captured it all so beautifully and the videos were perfect! We got married in June and we got the social media teaser a couple weeks later, and the rest early August which really helped with the wedding blues! We really can't thank Sam enough for everything and we highly recommend using SJK if you're getting married in Michigan!

I could not say enough about how great Sam and SJK Productions was for our wedding! We never met in person until the big day, but SJK came highly recommended and was very communicative so it was an easy choice for us. He was very amenable to a few edits where my husband and I didn’t like the way we looked and went above and beyond to make us both, who hate pictures and video of ourselves, feel very comfortable during all the videography/photography portions.
