We had the best experience with Skatell's Jewelers! My fiancé and I went in to purchase an engagement ring. We had some pictures of what we liked, but I wanted the ring to have a few unique qualities and Skatells was able to make a complete custom ring that was exactly what I wanted! The whole process only took a couple weeks and they walked us through everything step-by-step. We were upfront about the price we needed to stay at and they never pressured us to make it more expensive. Overall, we ended up getting a perfect, high quality ring at the price we wanted, and the staff made it a fun experience! We look forward to going back for our wedding bands. My fiance bought my engagement ring at Skatells thanks to the recommendation of his parents, and we also went back together for our wedding rings. Both times we received excellent service - we love working with Christy! I'd recommend them to anyone. They have a great selection, and the highest level of attentive service.
