o we went back to them for everything else. Unfortunately, they misplaced my husbands band and we thought we lost it 2 weeks before the wedding - they just didn't keep our 2 bands together. They created an incorrect custom ring for my band and 2 weeks before the wedding had to completely re-do it because it wasn't what we ordered. They are expensive, but we do love our rings, just not always the customer service.

shley location has a larger showroom; however, both stores are stocked with unique quality pieces. I purchased my husband's wedding ring here and they were able to provide me with the best value for the highest quality items. We will continue to use Skatell's as our family jeweler.
