From bluegrass to country, disco to hip-hop, and pop to rock, Skirvin Sound can bring the noise. At your consultation with Charles, you can set down the songs you’re most excited to hear and songs for the do-not-play list. He can MC the event, keeping the evening on track and the dance floor hopping. If you and your loved ones want to belt out your old standards, a karaoke service can also be part of your package. Charles will take care of the details like sound/PA equipment, uplighting, and microphones and is happy to travel for a nominal fee. We could not recommend Charles more. He was an exceptional DJ for our wedding in November, so easy to work with, and made us feel completely confident and at ease throughout the process. We had so many people tell us it was the best wedding dance floor they've been at, and the music was fantastic. We couldn't be happier that we hired him, and would do it again in a heartbeat.

Charles was our DJ for our wedding and he did a great job! He was on time and very professional. We had our event in 2 separate locations and Charles was very accommodating and was able to set up his stuff in both places for us. It was a good choice to hire him for our event!

Charles was easy to meet with, talk to, listened to what we wanted and showed up early to set up and was very professional. He made sure to have our preferences beforehand and if he had questions on the day of, was quick to ask! We really enjoyed having him be a part of our day and for the price, hospitality and professionalism I am beyond satisfied with our decision to work with Skirvin Sounds!

He did a great job we didn’t do everything super traditional but he was very flexible. His prices were super reasonable and we had a couple glitches with communication but that wasn’t really his fault. Overall I really appreciate everything he did! Thanks a bunch for being a part of the Murdock/Dice wedding!

Ever since I can remember I have had a passion for music. Always singing along to the radio or at my church. I started running the sound board at my church around 2012. The first wedding I worked was my brother-in-law’s in June 2015. His DJ fell through so I took over using their gear. That was the begining of Skirvin Sound. I bought some good quality gear and started a business. I love helping people and I love music. I keep my rates low so I can help you have a great wedding experience without breaking the bank. I average 10-20 events a year and continue to grow. As well as help my community
