it was game over. Between the 2 of us we sent about 10 emails as well as countless phone calls trying to just pay our BALANCE. We were told multiple times our event space would be set up 100% by the night before, so we could come in at ANY time to set up our own decor to make it special. We stopped by the night before and NOTHING was done. We get to the venue at 9am for our 6:30 reception and they were JUST starting to move tables. And had the nerve to complain we were there early because she didn’t plan on having staff there until 4PM!!!!! We paid $250 for set up and clean up and did 95% of both ourselves. The director even took off before verifying how things would go that night. My husband and I arrived after taking our pictures to find they never bothers to set out our cake or cupcakes. When my mother and matron of honor went to fix this, we found the box of cupcakes disheveled and smooshed. THEY HAD NO WATER FOR ANYONE. Our catering team made boxes up for my husband and I for our room, and instructed the director to put them there. Never got them. When we got our cake the next morning it was handed to us open, the box was never even closed. To top it off, we were promised a discounted rate on the bridal suite since our was wedding booked there, only to find they overcharged us more than $100. The space is GORGEOUS, and it’s awful our experience was pretty much ruined by bad service. Our reception was wonderful, but that’s only because we literally ended up doing things we paid for ourselves. I would not recommend this to ANYONE unless management has some major changes.

wedding Nancy reached out to me because her venue became available, and she worked tirelessly to help me fit this venue into my budget. She gave many welcomed suggestions. Her staff went above and beyond, not only for my fiance and myself, but our entire wedding party and families. From the front desk ladies, to John the man who wears 5 hats, to GIGI, and her side kick. I feel bad, but I can't remember his name. They spent time setting up our tables, bringing in extra table and chairs. Dori would open up for us to bring and drop items off before the wedding, and we enjoyed the most amazing Brunch after our wedding. I'm telling you the entire staff is absolutely amazing. Whenever a problem would arise, they would jump in and help fix it immediately. Between Nancy, Dori, Gigi, John, and the rest of the amazing staff, my day wedding week was perfect, and would could not have been happier. There were a few things I did not like about this venue. The rooms aren't very pretty on their own so I had no choice but to spend quite a but of money on decorations. Also, they seem to have kind of a high turnover on their event employees. They got a new chef and didn't tell me until I called to schedule my tasting a month or two before the wedding. The coordinator is really nice but so scattered! Her notes for the wedding were so scrambled and messy, it just made me a little nervous because I'm so organized. Everything did go well the day of the wedding though! Overall, I did like the venue and their wait staff was so helpful! They even fixed mine and my groom's plates to make sure we got a chance to eat and kept checking on us throughout the night!
