Sky Acres Events

modating to my needs, and replied very quickly to emails. They also had a ton of info and resources. This is a very DYI venue, and while the folks who run it had a lot of help to offer, you definitely will need help from your friends and family to coordinate everything (setting up the venue, coodrinating parking, etc). However, you can definitely expect support from the property manager! I would highly recommend this venue for anyone looking for a true rural Vermont, rustic wedding. The views are unbeatable, the price is reasonable, and the venue itself is charming. Free tables and chairs, parking, and a variety of materials available for your use also make this a great deal!

have found this place and couldn't have imagined a better place to get married. It is a wonderful place for a do it yourself wedding with lots of flexibility for set up and clean up and the basic inferstructure to make it a creative beautiful love filled day. Thank you gorgeous Sky Acres and especially Cilla and Kate!

Sky Acres and their dining area too lived up to expectations. Do check it out!

wanted to exchange our vows here. The dining hall is rustic but was able to transform with a little decoration and imagination. We - and 80 some odd guests - camped out after the ceremony at the top of the hill and despite the rain were able to keep the celebration going thanks to the lean-toos. The owners were responsive and were receptive to our ideas and requests for the venue. We would get married here again in a heartbeat.

d beautiful doors and a nice fireplace as you enter. Then at the top of the hill where the wedding ceremony was held, you could see the beautiful mountains in the distance. The day of the wedding, we got lucky and had all sunshine and a nice breeze. Over all, Sky Acres is a very nice place for a wedding!

and scenery! The endless mountain ranges were the background to our vows. Due to finding Sky Acres after already reserving our reception hall, we used the hall for getting ready. However, the hall has beautiful views from the walls that slide open to let in fresh air and sunshine! There is a beautiful porch out front of the building with french style doors which really makes it beautiful! The fireplace is stunning as well! I recommend Sky Acres to absolutely anyone! I hope to return someday to celebrate some more happenings in our life! Thank you Sky Acres for making our wedding day so special!

ilion is comfortable and inviting and full of rustic charm. It is great to be able to have a fire in the gorgeous stone fire place. Having floor to ceiling glass panels on three sides allows in so much light and the beautiful scenery. There is plenty of room in the kitchen for a caterer. And it's great that the building is handicap accessible. Sky Acres has a wonderful mix of country intimacy and scenic views with all the amenities needed for hosting a large group. I would definitely recommend using Sky Acres for a small to moderately-sized wedding, a family reunion, a birthday, graduation party or similar event!

ated the perfect venue a romantic and dreamy wedding. Sky Acres is a perfect location or any gathering large or small. Beautiful walks and hikes augment the experience. A real Vermont treasure!
