Sky Ranch Weddings

Our wedding was absolutely perfect in many ways and Sky Ranch played a big part. They built this gorgeous pavilion after signed the contract and it was a huge bonus. I couldn't get over the view from our room and ceremony spot. Also, the bed in our suite was seriously the best mattress I've ever slept on. The staff was amazing on our wedding day. I had a vision for how I wanted my decorations and they nailed it. Natalie, our coordinator was so helpful in many ways. She went above and beyond what I expected. The pricing for the venue was very reasonable considering everything that comes with it.

The location and views at this venue speak for themselves, but the highlight was by far working with Tiffany. Just after signing our contract, we showed up unannounced for a site visit and Tiffany dropped everything to spend hours with us. She became our wedding planner/coordinator and truly exceeded our expectations to bring our vision to life. We had 150 guests which definitely stretched the capacity of the venue (I probably would not recommend over 130), but Tiffany was incredibly flexible up to the very last minute at making it all work out for us. We created a pretty complex wedding with details that changed literally up until the end. Tiffany worked with us to bring our vision to life, and she filled in all the little pieces that we didn't think of or couldn't plan for. On top of coordinating all the many details, Tiffany just did a phenomenal job at making us feel special. Our family was even talking about Tiffany for weeks after the wedding. The venue has a few restrictions but they were flexible to provide workarounds for us and we didn't find them to take away from our special day. Namely, the music level limit turned out to be a non-issue (we had a rockin party) and the fact that hard alcohol is not allowed in the venue (they strictly enforce this due to liquor laws, but allow you to bring anything you want elsewhere on the property). Max was definitely the co-star of the event, going out of his way to do everything possible to make our room block work (we had half the property), being such a friendly bartender, and even bringing our hotel room keys to the afterparty after we left them who knows where! I would like to give the venue credit because they are clearly upping their game. The quality of everything improved consistently from the time we considered the venue until our wedding, and they continue to enhance it. I believe there is new leadership who really understands what the place needs. My only complaint was with how the rooms were handled. Something happened the night before the wedding and all of our rooms got moved around. The front desk did not handle it well the day of check in, leaving at least one family member in tears. The hotel shuttle was also not available, and the front desk staff was not apologetic nor did they even try to find an alternative. This left several family members without a way to get food the day before our wedding and added significant stress to our day. We also attempted to check in early because we had a busy wedding weekend, and while we knew early was not guaranteed, it was a little odd that the wedding couple's room was not prioritized. As stated elsewhere in the reviews, they promise a room discount but that is really deceiving - your guests get the same rate anyone would get online, which the hotel considers a "direct booking" discount. I found this incredibly deceptive, but decided to overlook it because we wanted everyone on property. If the hotel operations were cleaned up I think this would be the absolute perfect venue. And to be very fair, every staff other staff member was consistently friendly and helpful. The rooms themselves were clean and comfortable and the garden area and pool/hot tub were enjoyed by all of our guests (even later than the posted hours, which we very much appreciated). I recommend an organized morning hike for your guests before the wedding! And of course this is a pilot's dream, since you can fly in and walk about 5 minutes to the venue. In summary... anyone would be incredibly lucky to have Tiffany plan their wedding. Our guests are still raving.

My daughter and son-in-law were married at Sky Ranch. We looked at several venues in Sedona but when we saw Sky Ranch, we knew it was the one. Also, after talking with Natalie Montgomery, our wedding planner, we knew we were in the best hands. Natalie met with us via zoom every month for a year. We couldn't have done this without her help. The venue has the best views of the red rocks and is the perfect spot for a wedding and reception.

We had the most perfect wedding day and in no small part was that a result of the excellent staff at Sky Ranch Lodge. Tiffany is absolutely the best, she was our wedding coordinator and did such an excellent job confirming details, providing us with a referral to an incredible florist, coordinating with vendors for a seamless day of, guiding us on tips and tricks during our rehearsal, calming me down when we freaked out that it may rain (seriously SRL has clear umbrellas at the ready if needed, they think of everything!), and best of all, her and all the staff were so incredibly kind. They set up the venue perfectly and even boxed up our decorations exactly as provided the following day. It also helps that the venue is unbeatable, it was by far the best scenic view and pavilion set up of all the venues we looked at in Sedona. Our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful SRL is and how incredibly helpful and kind the entire team was at SRL!

First of all - there are absolutely no words to describe how beautiful this venue is. Second of all, Tiffany is/was an incredible wedding coordinator for us. Having met with Tiffany for months prior to the wedding made for a very smooth wedding day, Tiffany knew our likes and dislikes and which one of us to turn to with certain questions. If I could give Tiffany more stars, I would! This is a pretty pricey venue, but it was definitely worth it for us. One of the main reasons we chose this venue was the view (duh!) and the freedom to choose whatever vendors we wanted. At other Sedona venues they required you choose from their list of vendors only - so make sure to be aware of this wherever you choose. One of the best things about this venue is the shuttle/van that can take you the the airport vortex for sunset pictures on your wedding night - highly recommend! Our wedding had two brides (and now two wives!) and Sky Ranch was very inclusive in terms of attitude, behavior, and support.

Just stop looking for other wedding venues. Sky Ranch Lodge provides you with absolutely everything that you will want and need. Their staff is amazing, they are professional and they will go out of their way to make sure that you have the absolute best experience there. My wife and I chose Skyranch lodge because of the beautiful views, but we got way more than that for our wedding. In just four months of planning, Shannon was able to help guide us and put together the wedding of our dreams. Four months, y’all! that is not much time at all or butts. This wonderful woman went out of her way to make sure everything was right. She is passionate about what she does and does a great job. She made wedding planning a breeze. Thank you Shannon! Now let’s talk about the lodge itself. Upon arrival, the staff greeted us with positive loving energy, and a smile. Everyone was so welcoming and accommodating. We stayed in a rim view room and woke up each morning to the most amazing views. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff helped us with whatever we needed. The gardens in the lodge were beautiful. My wife and I sat for hours by the pool and in the garden just loving the energy. Thank you Thomas for being welcoming and being so accommodating to us and all of our guests for the wedding. Now the wedding. The wedding ceremony site made me cry. Lol. Ask Shannon, she’ll tell you all about it. But seriously, the ceremony site was perfect. We had a small wedding of 60 people but it can definitely accommodate more like 150 to 200. the chairs and set up were beautiful and everything flowed so easily. The barn area for the reception had a very warm and loving energy to it. Sky Ranch Lodge, provided tables and chairs, along with all types of in-house decorations. When I say that they have pretty much everything in stock, I mean, they literally have pretty much everything in stock. Everything was beautiful. In conclusion, I would highly highly highly recommend sky Ranch Lodge for your wedding. It might not be the fanciest hotel in Sedona, but I promise you that they will provide you the best experience for your wedding. I cannot wait to go back and see all those lovely faces and views of the red rocks. Not going to lie, I’ll probably cry again lol thank you Shannon, thank you Thomas and thank you to all of sky Ranch Lodge. HAVE YOUR WEDDING HERE!!!!

We couldn't have asked for a better team. We worked remotely with Shannon (our wedding coordinator) and Thomas (manager). Within 4 months, they put together the wedding of our dreams. I would say the most impressive part was the fact that someone answered my emails no matter what time of day it was. Shannon's attention to detail made our wedding day go on without a hiccup. When we first got to the property, there was a Wedding Welcome Sign at the front desk with little axes on the sign (my husband owns an axe throwing business). I told them my name and everyone lit up, knowing that I was the bride. Our Wedding Suite was a rim view room with the Red Rocks as the spectacular view every morning waking up. The location is right next to an overlook to view the entire city of West Sedona. There was a trail leading to a vortex - Airport Mesa. There was always coffee in the front, warm fresh-baked cookies in the morning, and also a refill station for my water bottle. The botanical garden was peaceful, and the pool was warmed for our kids to play. The wedding office was always open with someone sitting there to help us answer questions. On the day of the wedding, the barn was open for us to utilize for the groom to get ready. The view is unforgettable and the new pavilion is beautiful. There were warmers within the pavilion for the chilly nights so all my guests were comfortable. I cannot express how grateful I am towards the entire Sky Ranch Lodge staff and team for making our wedding the best day of our lives. Even our guests felt the energy that day. We highly recommend Sky Ranch Lodge, not only as a wedding venue, but as a place to stay if you're in town visiting. We definitely will be back!!!!

My Wife and I could not have had a better experience at Sky Ranch Lodge! From the very beginning, Tiffany and her team were extremely warm, welcoming, and helpful. The view was incredible and the new pavilion was great when it got too cold outside. Our whole party always felt cared for enjoyed the wedding and their stay. The wedding suite was a great addition to our experience. Only feedback I do have is that the room block discount wasn't really added for our guests in the end. But other than that, I wouldn't change a thing. I will be recommending not only Tiffany and her team, but also the Sky Ranch Lodge to everyone I know!!

Not only is this venue absolutely stunning, but the team that we worked with there to plan and coordinate our wedding went above and beyond our wildest expectations. Shannon was thoughtful, detail oriented, and one of the most kind-hearted people I have ever worked with. She made sure every little detail was exactly how we hoped it would be. She made this such a personalized experience that we felt like she became part of the family. The wedding went so smoothly and everyone had a great time. We got a ton of compliments on the beautiful venue and the event set up done by the Sky Ranch team. Absolute perfection! Our wedding at the Sky Ranch Lodge was— without a doubt— the most incredible experience we have ever had! The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous, but the cherry on top are the people. We booked the venue about 6 weeks out and our coordinator was up for the challenge! Tiffany and her team did such a wonderful job making every detail just perfect. As the bride, I knew I didn’t have anything to worry about and could focus on the experience! Our wedding was a dream come true at the Sky Ranch Lodge! Absolutely recommend!!!

My husband and I had the best day of our lives and it took place at Sky Ranch Lodge. We were so impressed with their contact and coordination with us and our wedding planner throughout the planning process. Things went so smoothly because of their willingness to go above and beyond when it came to our wedding. The views are some of the best Sedona has to offer and a photographer's dream. We were fortunate that we got to use the new renovations to their reception area, which were perfect for our quaint celebration. Our guests loved the bar crew and we had a blast dancing the night away under the pavilion. I would highly recommend Tiffany and the rest of the wedding team there. They know how to make a bride feel at ease and create the wedding of your dreams! I wish I could do it all over again because it was the most perfect day!!!

My wife and I had the most wonderful experiences while coordinating with Sky Ranch Lodge for our wedding. From our initial visit, we were immediately drawn in by the beautiful venue as well as how personable and friendly the staff were. We felt the staff was incredibly helpful from the beginning, and that they truly did enjoy and have passion for what they were doing and not just trying to make a sale. Natalie continued to communicate with us regularly throughout the planning process leading up to the wedding to ensure everything ran smoothly and was setup just the way we wanted. My wife and I could not have been happier with how everything turned out! I'm not usually one to wrote reviews regularly, but Sky Ranch really did go above and beyond to make our wedding as special as possible.

I simply can’t even put into words how incredible this venue is. For starters, Tiffany L. was hands down the most amazing wedding coordinator I could have ever wished for. She was on top of EVERYTHING, she was so thorough in our meetings leading up to our big day, getting down to every little detail to make sure it was perfect and exactly the way we wanted. I can truthfully say SHE is the reason our day was as perfect as it was. Secondly, the rest of the staff was great. Set up was done perfectly, the bartenders were so much fun, break down staff had everything together in one spot, easy for us to grab the next day + left us no worries that night! Third, the venue itself is absolutely STUNNING. Though the views were our top selling point, Sky Ranch’s packages were so inclusive in regard to $$ toward DJ/catering/floral, it saved us SO much money.

My now wife and I just had our wedding at beginning of September and let me start by just saying WOW! All the way for the amazing team Natalie and Shannon to the newly added and breath taking pavilion. We couldn’t have asked to spend this memorial moment anywhere else. If you’re contemplating this venue look no further because it was a dream come true!

My daughter’s wedding at Sky Ranch Lodge was a dream come true! Shannon Jennings, the wedding coordinator, was such a delight to work with. She spent months planning all with my daughter and son-in-law so that no detail would be overlooked. Then on their wedding day they both woke up sick with Covid! Shannon and her team saved the day by working hours to rearrange seating and contacting all the vendors to make changes to make it a safe event. It is Shannon’s can-do, sweet attitude that makes her so special. We feel like everyone at Sky Ranch Lodge is like family now. Despite the unwelcome guest of Covid, the wedding and reception were just wonderful. This place is one of the most beautiful venues I’ve ever seen, high up above the town of Sedona, with outstanding views of the red rocks. How I wish every couple could get married here!

WOW! I am so thankful and appreciative of the team at Sky Ranch Lodge. Shannon did an awesome job answering our questions before we decided which venue to go with and we are so happy we chose Sky Ranch Lodge to celebrate our special day! Natalie was our Events Coordinator - she was so kind and helpful throughout the whole process! Planning a wedding in just a few months was very overwhelming, but Natalie always made sure we were taken care of! This really meant a lot and took a load off of my shoulders! We want to thank the whole Sky Ranch team for making our wedding special and allowing us to start our journey as husband and wife with fond memories! We got to meet Rusty and his humor at the Sky Ranch bar the night before our wedding and he had some amazing complimentary popcorn on deck. We raved over it and he surprised us with some on our big day, which was so kind! John was also great and funny as well - thank you so so much for introducing us during our grand entrance! This really meant a ton! Natalie was truly special! I have nothing but love for her and all the hard work she put into our wedding! From the very start she displayed such great qualities and always offered her help - even the night before when I told her my necklace was left back home (which was out of town), she responded to me straight away and asked around her group of friends to help me find one! I didn’t expect that at all and I was moved by her kindness. Sky Ranch has such a wonderful team of people who make sure your day is special! It’s really the little things that make a big impact. There was never a doubt at all that our big day was in good hands - with all that we experienced, the level of service exceeded our expectations. We were also taken aback by the beautiful view from the venue and our bridal suite. Thank you so much, Sky Ranch Lodge! We hope to see you all again soon!

I honestly don't know where to start writing this review because I just can't contain my happiness and excitement after having my dream wedding at Sky Ranch Lodge. I worked very closely with Shannon for almost 2 years planning our May 2022 wedding. She was an absolute rockstar! Incredibly attentive and kind and funny and bubbly and SO easy to work with. She is seriously every brides dream. Throughout the 2 years we have numerous zoom calls, email exchanges, texts, phone calls to plan our destination wedding and she made it so easy considering it was 2000 miles away! Aside from the iconic and breathtaking views of Sedona and the beautiful botanical and lush gardens Sky Ranch has to offer as a venue there is a whole lot more to it. Sky Ranch offers a number of rentals included and others you can upgrade to, a bridal suite right next to the venue which I can't even tell you how helpful that was to have, they provide bartenders, security and event coordinators your day of. Shannon again was just a superstar on the wedding day. Always checking in at the right time (never the wrong time) was on top of everything that was going down. I knew that she knew exactly what I wanted and she was taking care of everything. Most of the time without me even noticing. The bartending staff and all other support staff from Sky Ranch Lodge were such a joy to have at our wedding, even in the background. Everyone had smiles on their faces at all times and just made the atmosphere that much more merrier. Words just can't do this place and the people justics. I hope the pictures I'm including will convey how perfect of a day it was. I would do it all over again in a heartbeat!!!

I cannot recommend Sky Ranch Lodge enough! My now husband and I are from Minnesota and were a little hesitant about planning a destination wedding. Shannon and Ashley made the process SEAMLESS. From planning to execution, they made sure everything went to plan on our special day. I could write a million good things to say on here. Ashley was so responsive to our emails and asked the small detailed questions to make sure everything was how we wanted it. Shannon was right there along her side. Seriously, get married at Sky Ranch Lodge. You will have the best day of your life.

My husband and I knew we wanted to get married in Sedona because its such a special place to us. If you are familiar with Sedona, you KNOW the views are going to be amazing no matter where you are. We went to 4 venues, and the moment we walked onto sky ranches property we knew, this was the place we were going to get married. The views are just breathtaking. From the rooms, from the venue, to be honest everywhere on property, you are just left speechless. The hotel is walking distance from some AMAZING hikes, Mesa Grill (an amazing restaurant serving breakfast lunch and dinner), a wine bar with the best bartenders, a beautiful pool and botanical gardens with tons of seating and places to explore on property! Where do I even start with Sky Ranch wedding staff?! If i could give them 10 stars I would!! These girls are seriously incredible. Ashley was our primary coordinator and she is an actual angel! She was there for us in every way possible. The amount of calls, emails, questions I had leading up to the big day was insane. She was ALWAYS there for us with no delay/hesitation. She was so helpful and gracious, she made the entire process leading up to the wedding so stress free!! Natalie and Shannon were also amazing, stepping in and helping if Ashley wasn't around! The day of our wedding- I seriously can't rave ENOUGH! Ashley and Shannon made my dream wedding come true. The set up was PERFECTION! The entire day/ night ran SO smooth. They were checking in with me and my husband to see if we needed anything when we didn't even realize we needed anything! Feeding us, getting us coronas and water and sweets! They were just so supportive and helped in any way they could. Our wedding was April 23rd, and since that day we have heard from SO many guests that it was hands down best wedding they have ever gone too. My family is already talking about doing our next reunion at sky ranch! I could go on and on about this place and how perfect they are. If you are looking at booking sky ranch- DO IT. I can't name a SINGLE reason why you shouldn't. Natalie, Shannon, and especially Ashley- THANK YOU. From the bottom of our hearts- you made the best day of our lives even more special than we imagined!

My husband and I had our wedding at the Sky Ranch Resort and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT! The rustic cottages were perfect for our guests, the venue was gorgeous with the beautiful red rock landscape, it's literally centered around a true Botanical Garden, it's right next to the Airport and all the best hiking; and the venue coordinators were extremely helpful. They went above and beyond. They not only cleaned up after our Bridal Party lady's had made a mess of the to-be Newlywed Suite, but they also decorated it with flower petals and champagne.. It was absolutely the best day of our lives, and I'm beyond grateful for finding Sky Ranch for our memorable Big Day. We'll be visiting frequently for the years to come just to try re-live our spectacular day. We're obsessed with Sky Ranch to say the least.

Honestly like 10 stars if I could!! If you've ever been up on airport then you know the views can't be beat, but the praise for this venue doesn't end there. All the staff was so friendly and personable from start to finish, and I truly felt I struck GOLD with Shannon as my coordinator. She went above and beyond to bring my dreams to life. Thanks to Shannon my planning process and big day was 100% stress free. Seriously- I can't imagine the day without her! I cannot say enough great things about this venue and the beautiful people who work there. Trust me when I say you get a lot more than incredible views ( and photos ;) ) with this venue. Forever grateful to Sky Ranch Lodge and Shannon for the best experience a bride could ask for <3

Could not recommend this venue more! Not only is the view the best view in Sedona for a wedding but the wedding staff goes above any beyond. Communication is exceptional. Ashley was the BEST wedding coordinator I could have asked for. From start to finish my day was perfect. They did not miss one detail, they even came and cleaned/picked up my room after we got ready so when I came back from luxuries with my bridesmaid it was back to spotless. The renovated rooms are to dream for along with the amazing balcony view! My wedding day went so smoothly thanks to the wedding staff!

Where do I even begin with Sky Ranch Lodge? My experience with them was nothing short of amazing! My now husband and I the moment we were engaged knew Sedona was where we needed to be married and with the airport lookout being our favorite view there was only one spot we looked, Sky Ranch! We booked this venue for the view, but was provided the best wedding experience ever! The view from the venue site is gorgeous, the staff is INCREDIBLE and so nice, Shannon is absolutely amazing…they took my vision and brought it to life. I had zero, I repeat, ZERO stress going into my wedding and none day of because I knew Shannon and the team had it covered. The day of was the best day ever, nothing short of perfect, and I can’t thank Sky Ranch enough for that. Eric and I appreciate all of you!!

We recently had our wedding at Sky Ranch Lodge on November 13th, 2021 and it was amazing! Ashley was always quick to answer our questions and provided helpful tips that ended up making the wedding even better. I would highly recommend Sky Ranch Lodge for your wedding. It was beautiful, romantic and everyone had a great time.

While the view was spectacular, the pros of using this venue end there. If you still want to book here take my advice and GET YOUR OWN COORDINATOR. When we 1st toured the venue and in our contact they described all of the “services” and “wedding coordination” they provide. This is false. In the year planning my wedding I went through 4 coordinators as they all quit within the year planning my wedding. I wouldn’t hear from anyone for weeks and then I’d get an email “I’m taking over for so-and-so” and we’d start from square 1. On my wedding day I didn’t even know who the “coordinator” was. She had no idea what my vision was and I felt she was INCREDIBLY RUDE to me and my family. Other coordinators had promised certain things and on the day of they were not followed through with. They also royally messed up our family room blocks and gave us less than the contract stated. I would not recommend this venue as I had to deal with extreme anxiety, chaos, and was treated like dirt on my wedding day.

Amazing venue from start to finish! The staff is absolutely amazing and were extremely accommodating when we decided to postpone our wedding. They made a not so fun situation very stress free. The staff was always on top of things and required very little follow up. They were always very responsive even through staffing changes. The images of this venue do not do it justice. I was blown away seeing it for the first time. Stunning views of the red rocks and beautiful hotel grounds.

Sky ranch lodge was absolutely amazing in every way when planning our wedding! The coordinators at SRL were so helpful & made sure that everything came out exactly how we had imagined! The view is incredible & all of our guests raved about the professionalism of the SRL team. I would recommend every bride look at sky ranch lodge for a potential venue! You won’t be disappointed!

My sister and I went to the Sky Ranch Lodge for a weekend getaway and stumbled upon this venue. When I saw the views I knew that this was without question where I wanted to get married. The staff, Mikeala Ashley and the other lovely wedding coordinator, were accommodating throughout the entire process going out of their way to answer my many questions. I brought all of my own decor for the reception and they set it up beyond my expectations. On top of the actual set up they were wonderful about working with our vendors, the officiant, the photographer, the violinist and caterer to make sure they had what they needed to make the ceremony run smoothly. I couldn't be happier that we chose the Sky Ranch Lodge to celebrate our special day. The pricing was quite fair as well. It could not have been more perfect. We will have these beautiful memories for the rest of our lives. Thank you Sky Ranch!

We are overjoyed with choosing this venue! The views are incredible and made for the most amazing pictures. It really is why we first decided to go with sky ranch lodge. Now that the wedding is past, i can tell you the views were great, but it doesn’t hold a candle to how amazing the team is at sky ranch lodge. They truly were the highlight of our wedding weekend. Ashely worked with me on months leading up to it. Then when the day came, her and her counter part Leora were a dream! They were genuinely excited for us and felt like family. I genuinely missed them once the wedding was over! They did all our set up and take down. They helped with all my crazy ideas and really helped to make it everything we wanted. Thank you ladies for making our wedding more Amazing than we could have ever dreamed of!

We just had our wedding at SRL on 9/13/20 and we and our guests were totally blown away! It could not have been a better day. When we first viewed the venue, the view spoke for itself and coupled with the cozy reception area, we were sold. It is all outdoors, which is what we wanted. We started working with Leora a little bit after we booked the venue and she is was fantastic to work with. We had some concerns with the permanent tent that went up, as we booked it without it and wanted it open air, but she went above and beyond to make sure that we would have a fabulous wedding and ensure it would be gorgeous - and it was! Then when covid came along, she bent over backwards for us to ensure that we booked a new wedding date as we had to postpone. She responded to emails and calls so quickly, and really cared that this wedding would be our dream wedding. We really were so impressed with how she made us feel cared for, accommodated and honestly not just like another bride/groom - but more personal. When our wedding day came, it was FANTASTIC! Seriously we will never stop talking about this venue, nor will our guests - it was the most beautiful day at the most beautiful venue. In the evening, the twinkle lights in the tent were romantic and gorgeous, and the space was just perfect. We rented our ceremony chairs and farm tables from SRL and we're so happy we did because they really fit what we were looking for. Thank you Leora, and everyone at SRL for making our dream wedding real :) If they are available -- book it! You and your guests won't be disappointed!

Sky Ranch is truly a magical place to host your wedding and/or reception. The view is absolutely breathtaking and the wedding team is extremely helpful. The team truly cares about making your big day a special experience. My husband and I had both our ceremony and reception at Sky Ranch, which made it easy for guests to enjoy themselves without having to travel to multiple locations. We loved having our reception in the beautiful tent that Sky Ranch provides (the chandeliers and lights make it truly breathtaking). Our guests enjoyed having a bar on site and dancing the night away under the tent. Many guests stayed at the hotel and made a fun weekend out of it. Leora and team were incredible to work with! Everything leading up to our day was answered in a timely manner. They worked with us and made the rehearsal and wedding day flawless! Apart from the venue being beautiful, the staff is stellar and went above and beyond to accommodate us! We can’t recommend this venue enough!

My husband and I could not have imagined a more beautiful and perfect wedding from start to finish than what we were able to have at Sky Ranch Lodge! As soon as we saw the venue for the first time, we knew this is where we wanted to tie the knot. The red rock views are absolutely unparalleled, the staff is professional and cordial, and the rustic charm is endearing. Leora, who was our wedding coordinator, had been there alongside us from day one helping to line everything up for a magical evening. She maintained fluid communication with us all the way through the day of the event for two full years and made sure all of our questions were answered. Not to mention that her and her husband were instrumental in orchestrating the event the day of by coordinating numerous resources that made our night flow flawlessly. My husband and I are extremely grateful for the hospitality, patience, and genuineness of everyone at Sky Ranch Lodge and the Sedona Sky Weddings team as without them our dream wedding would not have played out as beautifully as it did!

I would highly caution brides to be to do your research before signing a contract, as the wedding coordinator will cancel your wedding for no apparent reason, trust me it happened. Read ALL the reviews please. Yes, it’s a beautiful venue but don’t be surprised by their last minutes changes and actions AFTER you sign the contract.........I Could go on and on but do your homework and research first, trust me. Your wedding day should be the most important and special day of your life but unfortunately Sky Ranch doesn’t feel the same. Although, they will tell you differently but don’t disagree with their wrongful actions.

RUN RUN RUN RUN!!!!! THEY CANCELLED MY WEDDING 3 MONTHS BEFORE OUR WEDDING DATE!!!! Where can I even begin?! The beautiful view is not worth the unprofessional HORRENDOUS venue this is!! The venue agreed to rent a clear tent for our wedding when we booked the venue in April 2018 for our wedding in October 2019. June 2019: I was informed that I was now being forced to use the venue’s new white tent and that I didn’t have a say in the matter what so ever. I couldn’t even choose not to have a tent even if I didn’t want it. I chose to move forward and make the best of it. July 2019: my mother and I called for clarification on our room block as MANY of our guests had issues booking rooms (they were told that there wasn’t a room block at all). The wedding coordinator became irritated with us and promptly emailed me informing me that my wedding (which was about 3 MONTHS away) was now CANCELLED and that they were refunding my money. HOW CAN SOMEBODY DO THIS TO SOMEONE, LET ALONE TO A BRIDE?!?!?!?!?!?! I tried calling for hours (sobbing mind you) to get ahold of someone for clarification and to try and figure out what went wrong. NO ONE responded for hours. After about 3 hours of me and my husband trying to recover our wedding and speaking with the owner of the venue (also threatening LEGAL action) it was decided they would allow us to get married there after all. After crying all day about my wedding being CANCELLED and the SICK people that run this place (LEORA, VICTORIA, SHAINA, & THE OWNER) I couldn’t fathom having my wedding there. We were able to book our wedding at THE BARN AT UVX IN COTTONWOOD and we had the most beautiful wedding I could have ever dreamt of with a staff that was kind and professional! What I have left to say about Sky Ranch is this: Run away as fast as you can. You will never be able to consistently get someone on the phone. The staff turns over about every 3 months. The rooms are old and very outdated, even the “newly renovated rooms” (I saw them during our initial tour). The grounds are plain and also outdated. They do not practice business in any form of good faith. The view is NOT worth the heartache you will endure with this venue.

What an amazing place! Our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful the venue was. The ceremony had a wonderful view of all the red rocks of Sedona. Leora was our day of coordinator and point of contact during the planning process and she was just great. She was setting up and there during the whole ceremony and reception for anything we may have needed. The bridal suite was right next to the wedding area which made things super easy for us to take a minute to ourselves or change. The crew was so efficient in setting up chairs for the ceremony and then quickly taking them to the reception area for our guests.

Sky Ranch was the most beautiful venue for our ceremony and reception. Working with the day-of coordinator, Leora, was such a comfort and she was so sweet and helpful! We did sometimes struggle to get ahold of the lodge front desk staff for questions concerning the guest accommodations, but for the most part all staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were recently renovated and were very nice, and the rooms with the balconies and mountain views were especially stunning. We were so happy with our choice to hold our ceremony and reception at Sky Ranch! Note: we had a late May wedding date and the weather was perfect for us (sunny and 75 for the high, about 60 degrees at night) but the days leading up to our date were rainy and colder than we’d have expected (highs in the 50s) so that is something to keep in mind when considering weather and time of year.

Very accommodating! Very easy to work with. We had some problems with our food vendor and they were more then happy to find a solution. Beautiful place to get married!! Just know there isn't a separate room for the groom to get ready. The bridal party gets ready in the hotel room, but the groom has to find his own.

Sky Ranch Lodge was a magical and stunning location to match our beautiful wedding day! We booked the location after having our breaths taken away from the view when visiting the lodge. I would argue that they have the best view in Sedona. We booked a March special which came with local vendors. This was perfect because it is a small town and it helps that everyone knows each other and has worked together, it made communication very stress free. When we had any questions arise, Bernadette and Angela would find us answers. The location is great and all of your guests can stay on the property, plus your furry friends which we loved! We rented the tent from Verve rentals per their recommendation which was perfect because it was cooler and the tent provided a warm eating and dancing area while still allowing the views of the stars. They also provide a shuttle which was great for transportation to the rehearsal dinner. I've read the previous reviews and I would definitely recommend having a wedding coordinator or at least a day of coordinator, because although they provide a lot of support a wedding is a big event and the more help, the less stress there is for the bride. All I can say is, on the big day the staff of Sky Ranch Lodge made mine and my husband's dreams come true and they had everything prepared for us.

If it were possible to leave a 0- star, we would. We don't have words to describe out awful our planning process was with Sky Ranch. We heard at least 7 different names associated with our contract, and not a single one knew anything about our wedding ceremony. Then came along Bernadette. She has to be the most difficult "consultant/coordinator" I have ever dealt with in my life. Any time we had questions, it took days, if not a week, to respond. And, when we did finally hear back, it was a snippy response and didnt even answer the question. She lied to us about the management team being involved in our account, and made us pay for the bridal suite out of spite when we chose to not have our ceremony there. She doesn't fully disclose anything, and the number of hidden fees that arose were the cause for the relocation of our reception. The week of the wedding, Bernadette threatened to cancel our ceremony because I was trying to get her to apply an overage payment to the rentals. The day of our wedding, there was a tent left up from another event, and they had no intention of getting it taken down. I paid for heaters, and they were nowhere to be found- they also tried to overcharge me for the chairs. We found out minutes before the ceremony began that we had access to the bridal suite all day, and had to get ready in a guest's room. We were also suppose to have one of the site's coordinators with us all day, bit she was no where to be seen until we gathered for the beginning of the ceremony. That night, there was a SCORPION IN BED WITH ME!!! Don't get me wrong, the site itself is breathtaking, but the stress and tears that come along with it are definitely not worth it.

We booked this venue in 2017. At that time there had been two other wedding coordinators which made us feel uneasy but we were also told that the venue would be having renovations completed prior to the wedding date. Throughout the process and with the new hire of wedding coordinator, Leora, and staff at the Sky Ranch, made all details, big and small, as hassle free as possible. They were responsive to our emails, and phone calls whenever we had questions. When we went up to Sedona (we live in Phoenix area) to see the venue, Leora and staff were there to assist in any way we needed. It was an amazing venue to have our daughter's dream wedding!

We had a great wedding at Sky Ranch Lodge. Leora was amazing. She did such a great job at accommodating everything we asked. We would definitely recommend Sky Ranch for your wedding. I am so happy we chose Sky Ranch Lodge for our wedding! I'll be honest and I was a little nervous due to they had went through a few wedding venue coordinators since we booked. Leora took very well care of us and did it all with a smile. The view is breath taking... I cried when I first saw it and thats how I knew it was the one. It looks a MILLION times better since they put pavers down in the reception area (it used to be dirt) and that made me feel so much more confident in our choice. I recieved so many compliments on this venue however the only thing I regret is not putting prices of the rooms in the invitations. When my guests called to reserve/book their rooms I had some guests that werent given the option of the "Red Rock View" (more expensive) or "Garden Room". My friend was automatically charged for the more expensive room and I had to tell her to call back to ask them about a garden room instead. There was just small things like that, where we had to double check with our guests & Sky Ranch to make sure they were booking the length of stay correctly and how much they were getting charged. Otherwise a very positive experience for me here. My husband and I will cherish this place for years.

What an amazing view, beautiful grounds and helpful and friendly staff representing the Sky Ranch Lodge! Our accommodations were clean, spacious, comfortable and perfect for such a magnificent setting. Above all, our event coordinator, Leora Lappe, went above and beyond in her role of insuring our special day and ceremony were perfect. Leora was a ray of sunshine and a pleasure to get to know all while making us feel as if we were her only clients! She took care of every detail, setting up, delivery of flowers and cake, the music, keeping us calm and sharing in our excitement...and oh so much more! Our task of planning and corresponding from a distance was effortless with Leora. We are already planning to make a return visit to the Sky Ranch Lodge. We highly recommend the Sky Ranch Lodge and the talents and kindness of Leora as your special event/ venue site. Thanks to everyone for making us feel comfortable and welcome!

Sky Ranch Lodge is one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen. The views are breath taking and exactly why we chose to get married there. The reason for the 2 stars is the staff. After signing the contract, I was bounced between multiple venue coordinators due to turnover. A few months later I started working with Leora. Leora is very nice and means well, but I found her very frustrating to work with. We had to fight to make sure that multiple points within our signed contract were honored. I recommend any bride getting married here to memorize your contract and hire a wedding coordinator to help. I wish we had signed our wedding coordinator earlier, because the amount of weekly follow up I had to do to ensure things got done was a little outrageous. The venue says they are able to get any beer or wine for your wedding and that is simply not true. We requested Yuengling, a very common east coast beer, and they couldn’t get it for us. In the end we asked for Fat Tire just to have a darker beer available for our guests. I confirmed with Leora the week of that she had our bar order correct and in the end, it wasn't. Fat Tire wasn’t available at our wedding and later in the evening everyone was served sangria which we never asked for. Along with this, Leora brought a blank bar contract, which was signed months ago, to my bridal suite and presented to my mother-in-law to fill out an hour before the ceremony. Brides, you know the last thing you want is to stress out the moms more on the wedding day. The last (and possibly most frustrating) thing worth mentioning is the front desk could not get our room block right. Most of our guests were denied rooms when they called to make a reservation. Some were simply told there wasn’t a wedding that weekend at all. I could go on and on about this but to sum it up, Sky Ranch Lodge's view will take your breath away, but it comes at the steep price of a very unorganized staff. If you are detail oriented and have a coordinator by your side, you will have a great wedding. We just want to make sure everyone knows what they're getting into when they sign the contract...

The views from Sky Ranch Lodge were the #1 reason I decided to have my wedding several states away from home. Being far away I had a few issues with communication, which made me a little uneasy just weeks prior to my wedding. However, upon arrival and meeting the new event staff everything went perfectly smoothly. Their staff offered to set up everything, and they made sure I knew who everyone was so I could ask for help if I needed anything. Additionally, since my wedding they have acquired a new wedding coordinator who I know personally, and I believe she will be a tremendous help in the communication issues. The room blocks were great, and the rates were wonderful... however you can only book the block by calling directly, and it's a little more difficult from several time zones away. But again, upon arrival everyone felt much better! The property is beautiful and they are slowly updating all of their guest rooms (I first stayed 6 years ago and they have since made excellent renovations). It was extremely convenient to be able to have all of my guests stay on site, and the staff was accommodating and friendly with allowing us to keep our party going after the reception venue closed, as long as we kept our noise levels down. My only negatives for this venue were being limited on the bar selection (which ended up not even being a concern the day of the wedding... no one cared what we were drinking!), and the occasional lack of communication. However the positives for this venue include an extremely helpful and receptive staff once you are on site, (in my opinion) the absolute best view in all of Sedona, the convenience of nearby guest rooms, and the flexibility to choose vendors you really want (not just from their list of approved vendors). Words cannot even really describe the atmosphere of and views from Sky Ranch Lodge... it's one of those places that you just have to experience for yourself. Many of my guests could not understand why they were traveling halfway across the country for my wedding until they arrived at the venue. Months later they are still talking about the views, the weather, the great time they had, and their plans to visit again in the future and stay with Sky Ranch!

I am so happy with choosing Sky Ranch Lodge for my wedding ceremony! The view is what sold me on the place, I knew I wanted to say my "I Do's" with the breathtaking views at Sky Ranch Lodge. All the staff was very professional and responsive for all my questions and calls. It was a pleasure working with all the staff at Sky Ranch. They truly cared about my happiness with everything. If you are looking for a venue to have your ceremony, look no further than Sky Ranch Lodge. Thank you to all the staff at Sky Ranch that made my wedding ceremony perfect!

The view at this venue is unbeatable, especially in this price range. The only complaint I have is that the point of contact changed multiple times over the course of the planning process so it made things a little stressful and I was told different things by different people as far as what the day-of would be like. Overall, the day went extremely well and our photos turned out incredible!

Quaint, beautiful setting for our small Sedona wedding. All of the staff were great, friendly and accommodating. Our original coordinator left Sky Ranch just over a month before our wedding, but Melissa, Dayna and their team jumped right in and followed up with us to be sure all of the details were in place. Everything ran smoothly the day of our wedding, and all of our guests loved the setting and lodge. This site is not recommended for large, obnoxious wedding parties or guests who are expecting super modern amenities. Much of the charm of this place lies in it's cozy "lodge-like" feel. I wouldn't have wanted it any other way, as it was different than all of your typical "venues," which have always appeared cold and sterile and more of the same. Everyone from the event coordinators, front desk staff, and maintenance staff were wonderful in helping us to get settled, as well as set up for the ceremony and reception. My wedding was absolutely amazing thanks to sky ranch lodge! They took the time to really help me plan my big day! The view was absolutely amazing! All off the staff helped out day of on getting ready and ensured my wedding ran smoothly! I recommend getting married here 100% thank you again sky ranch lodge!

My husband and I recently got married at Sky Ranch Lodge and had the most amazing experience. The surroundings were beautiful and the staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to make our special day very special. Rebecca the on-site wedding coordinate who is new to the property was extremely helpful in making our day perfect. She was responsive and was always available. I don't think you could find a more beautiful spot in Sedona to get married. It really is a special place.

My husband and I had our wedding here just over two weeks ago and couldn't be happier with how our day went! The visual of the red rocks from the top of this lodge is absolutely enchanting, and all of our friends and family got to go hiking and exploring all over Sedona before and after our wedding. Additionally, the prices for rooms in the lodge are really reasonable, so a lot of our friends and family members chose to stay in the lodge for the days surrounding our nuptials. I feel that the main issue people who use this venue run into is that they have expectations that don't match what the venue offers. This is an entirely DIY site, meaning that if you don't want an incredibly hands-on wedding process, this will absolutely not be the venue for you. The price is very reasonable for Sedona, but when you factor in the costs for all of the rentals (tables, linens, chairs, decor, etc), don't be surprised if the price spikes up a little! With this site we used Verve Events and Tents for our rentals, and the site and rentals combined were about $7,000, (for a wedding with about 100 people) which we were both happy with. Carlinda, the event manager, is prompt, forward, and easy to talk to, which made our job of planning much easier. The sound ordinance in Sedona mandates that you can't be playing music late into the night. We had to cut ours at 9:30 pm, so we planned accordingly and started our wedding at 4 pm. As far as bar options go, the venue will not serve hard liquor, and has a pre-set list of alcohol options that you can choose from. If you're wary about this, just ask to take a look at the options before committing. Additionally, even though there's an event manager for the site, she is not your wedding coordinator and shouldn't be treated like one! If using a DIY site means that you need help with your wedding, have people queued in as to exactly what you want the day of. We personally used a friend that has done some stage managing and funeral directing (a nice shift, I know) and the whole shindig went off without a hitch! Sedona is gorgeous and this venue really shows of all that it has to offer. As long as you plan on putting a lot of time into your wedding process, this site will work perfectly for you. We're so grateful that we chose Sky Ranch Lodge and would easily recommend it to any of our friends.

Venue is beautiful but we were given the run around frequently and were many broken promises; when we complained after the event we were told they just told us false information to get us to book. They ran out of alcohol before dinner was even over and cut my husband, the groom, off after two beers because he expressed his frustrations.

This has amazingly beautiful views. So far my customer experience has been very helpful. I read the comments below and didn't take them very seriously. This shouldn't stop you from enjoying a beautiful ceremony with the best views in Sedona! I am excited for my wedding here and I will be following up with another positive review.

Wow. I am blown away by the rude response from the sales manager at Sky Ranch Lodge below. I saw Sky Ranch Lodge on another app and it looked like a possible alternative to some of the much MUCH higher end establishments we had been considering for our wedding. After reading the response below, Sky Ranch Lodge will definitely not be on our list of consideration. If you want a breath-taking view, go to L'Auberge or Enchantment (or even a Pink Jeep Tour to a remote red rock location) like we plan to. Seeing as how this establishment is listed as a single $, it seems the phrase "you get what you pay for" is certainly true.

I agree.. I am very hesitant to book this venue seeing the response from thier sales representative. I don't feel I will be treated with the respect a highly paying customers deserves.

If you are looking for a breathtaking venue in Sedona, this is the place. But just make sure you are in no need of any assistance from the Venue. With the exception of Jerry the engineer. He was very helpful and as sweet as can be. But, for the rest of the employees including Kris (the sales manager for the wedding venue) are worthless.
