Hii! I'm Skylar and I'm known for my laid-back personality and always having a smile on my face! My ultimate goal on your wedding day is to make the photography side of things a calm, relaxed experience while getting the best photos possible on your wedding day. I take a documentary approach to your wedding day, meaning I photograph every moment, happening, and detail that I can, but I will pose moments that need to be posed (like wedding party, bride & groom photos, family photos). My editing style is on the vibrant and colorful side with golden tones shining through! I shoot weddings all across Colorado and in New Mexico, and would love to photograph yours!

fident, and knows what to do and when to execute the plan. She is adventurous and up for a challenge (She hiked 10 miles total, up to 10,000 feet with us before the ceremony- WHEW! This is only for the fearless LOL), calm (every bride needs this), and pays attention to the details. I really have no critiques for her - she captured everything we wanted in our day. Also, nowadays, SO many photogs have this "moody" photo editing style, which I personally am not super fond of, so when I found Skylar I really loved how bright and happy all of her IG photos were. That was a HUGE selling point for me! I want to actually see what I'm looking at! She captured the adventure in our day, the heartfelt moments, and the laughter and silliness. But all with a super professional touch. We really lucked out with her. And like I said before, she was a BREEZE to work with even out of state - we only met her in person on the day of! Before that, we emailed a lot and did a phone call with her to walk through our plans, so great communication skills. She was so helpful in every way, she even went to scope out a few spots for us and sent all kinds of videos and pictures so we could see it in real time.

What really set the tone for our experience was how professional she was in her communication.
