We had our wedding 09/05/2022 at skyline and it was a MAGICAL venue. The location being downtown, was perfect for our guests all over the state because it is right off of all the h...
ighway ramps. It also has its own ride road for guests to pull up to the venue, so no one is rushing to get out of the traffics way.
Another plus is we had a lot of elderly and handicapped guests, who had full access to the elevator that goes to all floors. These guests were so relieved when they heard there was an elevator.
There are multiple options on site if it rains. We unexpectedly had a lot of rain, and were able to switch from outside to under the tent. When it ended up pouring rain, we were able to switch to plan C and have it indoors. With the multiple floors inside, we were able to have the ceremony on one floor and reception on another. It was such a relief that last minute, the venue can accommodate ANYTHING unexpected.
My favorite part is that you have the option of choosing the colors of the lights on the floor! It really helps set the mood and you can match the colors to your decorations (not many decorations is needed with this venue by the way!)
The staff were amazing and when they were serving us, showered us with compliments and love. Also, with the venue you get a FABULOUS wedding planner Scott Connery. Our wedding honestly wouldn’t have been the same without him. He puts his heart and soul into your wedding as if it is his own, and his work shows. You WILL be missing out if you don’t choose skyline for your wedding.
We had our wedding reception at Skyline on October 25, 2019 and it was the best decision we could have possibly ever made! We worked with Scott (who is literally the greatest huma...
n being possible)! We decided to have a very small intimate almost like a big dinner vibe for our reception due to medical reasons and let me tell you Skyline accommodated everything and then some for us. The food was amazing (we did a bunch of different stations) everyone there was raving about the food that it was the best they ever had at a wedding. The staff that night were incredible; the manager was there the entire night watching over us and anything we needed he never hesitated even if my wedding party needed something. They also stayed and helped me collect everything later in the night. My point is is that if you are looking for a wedding venue book Skyline, there is no need to look anywhere else trust me! The venue is stunning, the location is breathtaking as for a backdrop for your photos, the whole Skyline staff & crew are wonderful to work with, and I mean the food makes the wedding let's all be honest here! Would recommend Skyline to everyone and anyone looking for any type of function especially a wedding; if I could do it all over again Skyline would also be my only option.
We had our wedding here this past October. The venue is absolutely stunning! You will get the entire venue (2 floors and 2 patios). Scott is amazing! He is so helpful and really ma...
kes your vision come to life! The food was incredible, all of our guests said it was the best food they have had a wedding. I couldn't have imagined a better venue for our wedding. I am so happy I went with the skyline. You will not be disappointed with the skyline or with Scott!!
My husband and I got married at skyline in August and it was incredible. I looked at over a dozen venues before I found skyline and knew immediately this was where we should have o...
ur wedding. Skyline was great for so many reasons. Scott is the absolute best, he was so helpful throughout the planning process and even helped us coordinate our ceremony which was not at skyline. We had our dinner on one floor and dancing on another floor which I was initially nervous about but it actually turned out to be so great. They had plenty of seating for people that didn’t want to dance and their outdoor balcony was a huge hit. We were lucky enough to have waterfire which made the night even more magical. The venue was so elegant and fun. The other great thing is they did not make us feel like we were just another wedding to get through. Scott really got to know us and was helpful with every little detail. I cannot say enough good things about skyline, it is absolutely worth checking out for your wedding! Not to mention it was one of the most affordable venues we looked at!
Our event has not happened yet but, Scott Conley has it ALL! We booked here for our wedding reception. Professionalism, personality, punctuality. The venue is both elegant and ecle...
ctic. You rent the entire property for your event. You may even be lucky enough to catch the added bonus of Waterfire that night with your guests. TIP: The nearby Lippitt House is gorgeous for pictures. Between here and the Lippitt House, your wedding pictures are sure to be gorgeous!

dding I've ever had. The staff was more than accommodating and professional. Thanks for an amazing night!
If I could sum up my wedding day (10/14/17) at Skyline in one word, it would be perfection. Every single detail was perfect: the staff, the view, the venue, the food, the service. ...
Scott went above and beyond to make sure our day was everything we dreamed of and more. As if the beautiful view of the Providence skyline wasn't good enough, the inside of this place is absolutely gorgeous. Thanks to a perfect October night, our guests were able to enjoy the outdoor patios (with fire heaters) and the best view in the city.
I wish Scott and the Skyline team nothing but the best in the future - a true gem of a venue right in the heart of Providence equipped with a dynamite staff.

ff was professional while providing exceptional customer service. I still have family and friends ranting and raving about how elegant and beautiful the venue is. Russell Morin is the venue caterer and the food completely surpassed my expectations; it was superb!Skyline at Waterplace is located in the heart of downtown providence with a spectacular view of the city and Waterfront. ity customer service. They went above and beyond. It's because of Scott and his team my wedding was like a fairytale. We received wonderful feedback from family and friends on how lovely, professional, and beautiful our wedding was. Most importantly, Scott and Skyline made us feel apart of their family, and made sure we were taken care of. When I say I walked into the venue for the first time and the place was demolished it was
( they were revenovating ) im a visual person and he gave the vision of my dream wedding and succeeded above and beyond my expectations. I was their first wedding which i didn’t find out until 2 months before the wedding but I’m so happy i was, they prove whether I was first or last it was catered to you. Russell Morin is the venue caterer, which omg the food was amazing. Highly recommend the venue and caterer. My only regret is my Florist which absolutely has NOTHING to do with Scott or Skyline, Milestone took my centerpieces and reuse them like all of them. I should have listen to Scott on his recommendation on vendors it was my fault. They are AMAZING, you won’t regret it. We have already recommended Skyline to our friends and family. There so much more I want to write but please go on their Facebook page and look at the pictures and my review AMAZING. I promise your day will be all about you.
