SUMMER DISCOUNT
Summer bookings (Jun 20, 2025 - Sep 22, 2025) enjoy a 25% discount on space rental costs. Not applicable to personnel fees or add-ons.
DAY PRIOR/AFTER DISCOUNTS
If the day prior or after is required for set up / teardown, reservations allowed at 50% off a Full Day Rate, subject to availability.

FREIGHT ELEVATOR
Standard Hours:
Mon-Fri: 8AM-5:30PM
Saturday: 8AM-12PM
Sunday: N/A
Off-Hour Rates:
- $50/hr until 12AM (Must start immediately before/after standard hours)
- $75/hr after 12AM / Overtime / Arrangements less than 72 hours before the start of the booking
CLEANING
1. Put trash in trash bags and place in large trash bins (double-bag if there's a chance of leakage)
2. Return furniture, decor, etc., to original positions and all items from the storage room (i.e tables, chairs), stacking them as originally found
3. Rehang curtains if removed
4. Wipe up spills
We’re happy to handle the above for a fee!
Rates:
- 1-100 people: $550
- 101-200 people: $650
- 201-300 people: $750
Must be arranged at least 2 days before the booking, or a last-minute arrangement fee of $100 applies.
Additional fees apply for deep cleaning, excessive spillage, stains, etc.
REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT
50% of the booking fee rounded up to the nearest $500.
