Put trash in trash bags and place in large trash bins (double-bag if there's a chance of leakage) 2. Return furniture, decor, etc., to original positions and all items from the storage room (i.e tables, chairs), stacking them as originally found 3. Rehang curtains if removed 4. Wipe up spills We’re happy to handle the above for a fee! Rates: - 1-100 people: $550 - 101-200 people: $650 - 201-300 people: $750 Must be arranged at least 2 days before the booking, or a last-minute arrangement fee of $100 applies. Additional fees apply for deep cleaning, excessive spillage, stains, etc.
 REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT 50% of the booking fee rounded up to the nearest $500.
