The team was very professional and clearly are experts in this field. A week or two before the shoot, my partner and I got into a Zoom meeting with Josh to conceptualize what our photoshoot is gonna be. He was very thorough in asking us questions about our preferences and personalities. It was clear that he genuinely wanted us to get the most out of this whole endeavor and that he's giving his 100% in ensuring we get what we want with the pictures. On the day of the chape wedding, he was there early and took a couple of shots in the lobby before the county staff let us in for our reserved time. He took candid shots of the whole ceremony and the usual with each side of the family and all together. Even afterwards, we took more pictures in the outdoor chapel with everybody. Then we went ahead and changed locations by his recommendation. It was kind of windy that day but he was very patient and with his assistant's help, the pictures turned out great! Definitely beyond grateful that he was available in his busy schedule to do this photoshoot with us. It is so hard to choose favorite pictures from all that he took since they all look great! After the photoshoot, he did mention that it typically takes 2 weeks for him to process all the pictures (depends on how many pictures as well), but my husband and I let him take his time editing the pictures as well since we are in no rush to get them anyways. Even though this was the arrangement, he still sent out updates that he was still working on his edits here and there which we feel he didn't need to since he already provided the estimated wait time but appreciated his gesture. His editing style is very natural and a bit dramatic leaning with the vignettes and play in contrast to have that magazine effect - which we appreciated. I'm pretty confident that if there's a specific style you are looking for him to do, he can execute it with his skills and experience. Throughout the photoshoot, it was such a fun experience since he had a lot of recommendations of poses we could try doing. He was very flexible in having us do poses he put in in place and having us do what we wanted. Not only that but he was also honest about giving us immediate feedback if what we suggested for poses won't look as good as we think it would and would suggest a better take. He is a very chill guy and puts you at ease given the already stressful day a wedding just innately puts the couple into. If you are debating doing your wedding photoshoot with Josh and SkyTouch Studios, I highly recommend just biting the bullet as he is such a pleasure to work with. His professionalism and expertise in his craft is impeccable. He genuinely loves helping couples immortalize moments of their wedding day in the way that's unique to each couple by having that interview prior to the day and conversations throughout the photoshoot.

We loved Josh and Gavin, the duo were a blast to work with and understood our vision from the engagement shoot to our big day. They were easy to talk to and really connected with our party. We love the style of photography Josh and Gavin do and really recommend their work. Such a friendly duo.

Josh is such a nice guy but I can’t help but say my overall experience with him just was not great. While like I mentioned, he’s a really nice guy, he really did not do his homework for our wedding, and did not deliver on what he promised. For paying over 3k for our photos, I really wish I had paid more for a more experienced and more seasoned photographer. The photos he provided and the work he performed for our wedding was incredibly sloppy. Also, when I followed up to ask about something else regarding if he still had some other originals because I really disliked his editing, he completely ghosted my message. I think Josh is a great guy and has a lot of potential, but my husband and I were definitely disappointed in the work he provided. Something as important as wedding photos should be taken very seriously, they can’t exactly be redone and Josh was clearly unprepared for our big day. Wish you the best Josh but I can’t recommend your services.

Josh and the SkyTouch Studios team were absolutely amazing. The amount of communication and attention to details were amazing. He listened to everything we had to say and made our day so wonderful. We for sure are going to use his services again for our big celebration next year. Update 2025: Josh and his team, once again, were amazing for our big celebration! The level of professionalism was what we expected and more! He made the planning process so seamless. We are very glad that we went with him and his team this second time around. We recommend to book him, you will not be disappointed!

Josh and the SkyTouch Studios team did an amazing job on my wedding day and such a pleasure to work with since the beginning of my engagement. We booked Josh for a separate photo shoot prior to our engagement shoot, and we knew right away that he had to be our wedding photographer. Josh and his team captured all the energy and feels from our wedding day. Their professionalism was great and we felt very comfortable working with them. And to top it off, they worked really well with our photographer which was a plus for us.

I personally have hired Josh for a number of events (photoshoots, birthday parties, photo booths, family portraits) and Josh and his team were hired for my best friends' wedding for both photography and videography. Let me tell you, this man is talented. The photos he takes are amazing. He truly captures beautiful moments that make you relive that moment in your head. Josh from Skytouch shot our engagement/civil wedding shoot which we used for our Save the Dates and will use for our Big wedding day! We will also have him and his team for our Big day next year! I can't say enough how responsive, accommodative and friendly Josh was. With some life events happening between talking to him in the 1st consultation he accommodated to these major events and was so helpful in making a customized package just for us. When I first contacted Josh via knot, he was very responsive and did a consultation for my wedding ceremony & reception days. He was informative and helped me decide what package to use. His prices (prior to inflation) were very reasonable and his website had many pictures to give me examples of his work. I felt very pleased to have him and the team work during my two days. There were some misunderstandings on my end as my mom was helping financially to hire Josh and the team. So there were some expectations she had that were not clarified prior to the video/pictures posted. So there were some changes made to the original video and Josh was awesome to make those adjustments. Josh and the team were creative and helped make some of the amazing pictures and video. I recommend SkyTouch!

There is not enough that we can say about Josh and Franz of SkyTouch Studios. The day of our wedding we had a different photographer/videographer booked and they canceled the morning of our wedding! After reaching out to a few people, we got in touch with Josh and Franz and they were able to come out to our venue in San Jose the same day, within a couple of hours. They literally saved our day. Without them, we wouldn't have captured any of our wedding. They were so easy to work with and a lot of fun. The photos and video came out AMAZING! 10/10 for sure! They captured the vibe and essence of our wedding with a ton of candid photos of us and our guests. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know! I can't thank them enough for everything.
