Hi, I’m Amanda Witz, owner of Slate and Honey Charcuterie. For years, I worked as a Chief Operating Officer, running the operations of a busy law firm. I thrived in strategy, leadership, and building systems - but in my free time, I had another passion: creating beautiful, artfully arranged charcuterie boards for friends, family, and neighbors. After more than 15 years of making charcuterie as a hobby, I decided it was time to turn that passion into something bigger. With the encouragement of those closest to me, and after navigating the very long process of securing all the state and local food licenses and certifications, Slate and Honey was born. I create elegant charcuterie cups, boards, and grazing tables - delivered right to your door. My mission is simple: to make every gathering, big or small, a little more beautiful and a lot more delicious. Here’s to blending business acumen with culinary artistry - and making my dream a reality.

Carlie brings creativity, precision, and heart to every Slate & Honey experience. As Operations Manager, she oversees day-to-day production, event logistics, and quality control — ensuring each board, cup, and graze table meets our exacting standards. With a background in hospitality and a passion for beautiful presentation, Carlie keeps our operations running seamlessly so every client experience feels effortless and elevated.
