I had the pleasure of enjoying a delicious graze board from Slate and Honey Charcuterie at work during a team day. The artistry and craftsmanship were outstanding. Every detail of the board was designed with intention. The presentation was beautiful and balanced, offering a visually pleasing display without feeling overwhelming. The board included a wonderful variety of options, including nuts, fruits, cheeses, and meats. There were thoughtful touches to accommodate different dietary needs, including pregnancy-safe choices. I really appreciated that the flavor was just as impressive as the presentation. I highly recommend Slate and Honey Charcuterie for any occasion, from weddings to office gatherings. Their boards are both stunning and delicious!
The boards were beautifully presented, the variety of food choices was immense, and all was fresh and tasty! Enjoyed by all in our group and looking forward to next time. Highly recommend!

- Amanda WitzOwnerHi, I’m Amanda Witz, owner of Slate and Honey Charcuterie. For years, I worked as a Chief Operating Officer, running the operations of a busy law firm. I thrived in strategy, leadership, and building systems - but in my free time, I had another passion: creating beautiful, artfully arranged charcuterie boards for friends, family, and neighbors. After more than 15 years of making charcuterie as a hobby, I decided it was time to turn that passion into something bigger. With the encouragement of those closest to me, and after navigating the very long process of securing all the state and local food licenses and certifications, Slate and Honey was born. I create elegant charcuterie cups, boards, and grazing tables - delivered right to your door. My mission is simple: to make every gathering, big or small, a little more beautiful and a lot more delicious. Here’s to blending business acumen with culinary artistry - and making my dream a reality.
