The event team at Longway Planetarium prides itself on providing affordable, memorable, and high-quality services to couples on their special day. The dome theater is entirely customizable, allowing future newlyweds to plan their dream ceremony from scratch. A stylish café and lounge space is ideal for a reception of up to 200 guests and includes warming kitchens and bar service facilities for external vendors. Outside, newlyweds can use the striking visuals of the bright green dome in the background of their formal photos. At Sloan Museum of Discovery and Longway Planetarium, wedding packages include four to six hours of rental time. The packages also provide couples with a choice of colored linens, table centerpieces, and staff to set up and clean up the event.
