The events staff was absolutely amazing. Our wedding was made even more perfect by the coordinators and their staff. From the time I booked until the day of they answered every si...
ngle question and worry I had. I would recommend this place every time.
They were amazing! Joe was so flexible and helpful. They listen to every request and work above and beyond to make it happen. The ceremony was beautiful there!!
From the ending of the 1st meeting with the event coordinator Greg, he asked where else had I planned to look and right off bat he said, "Oh, you'll be back." I like his cockiness ...
but I was still going to weigh my options. After looking at about 5 more places, nothing compared to the natural beauty that the museum had. I didn't have to decorate much and the price was right as well. They only 2 things that I didn't like was that Greg was sometimes impossible to get in contact. And secondly I originally fell in love with the Doll Gallery being in a all white room but once the day of my rehearsal came, it was moved into a dark room with red carpet. Ultimately I wasn't made aware of this because of Greg's lack of communication. BUT I understood that he was busy with other weddings and events so if it was that important, I just paid him a visit. Other than that, everything was great! And because nobody knows that one of the only museums in Flint has rental space, it blew everyone's mind. There are so many options: open or limited bar, indoor/outdoor ceremony, getting married under the indoor stars, no area of the museum is closed off to the guest, plenty of place to get great photographs, etc.
