hawnese's instagram after a wedding I was in and she did the brides hair, I knew right away that she needed to do my hair. Shawnese has a passion for bridal hair and you can tell. Her hair styles are clean and she does exactly you want. My curls stayed my whole wedding night(I couldn't believe it). I definitely recommend her!!!

I am giving Shawnese a 5-star rating because truly, she is the best ever.
I booked another glam team before meeting Shawnese but after two trials with them, I still did not feel ...
fulfilled. I don't think I was a difficult customer, but I did have a specific vision in my mind for my wedding hair but they weren't able to deliver. I even had to alter what I wanted initially to fit what I think they could personally do, but still it was very underwhelming. With much regret, I had to cancel because it didn't feel right.
I found Shawnese through Instagram. I don't know how, but I think I found her through hashtags. I was completely blown away with her work as soon as I found her. I noticed that she can work with various hair textures and I noticed that some of the brides she worked on had heavy veils / shawls on their head, but still their hair looked flawless and it looked like it maintained it's design for hours. That's major.
Shawnese is such a nice person and is very professional. She has such great work ethics and is on time and humble. I might've not let my hair dry completely the day of my wedding, but she was still very patient with me. But, y'all please don't make the same mistake. :)
If you have a hair dream and if you want elegant and glam va-va-voom hair.. I recommend SM Hair. Point blank. She is the best.
So proud to be an SM Bride. Thanks Shawnese!

ot ready. I showed her a picture of the style that I wanted and she delivered above and beyond. She also had experience with brides of various cultures and hair textures which led me to trust myself in her hands. I had an amazing experience with Shawnese!

ooked her, she was very professional, answered all my questions timely, listened to my wants, and followed up a few times before the big day . On the actual day, she was there on time, and worked very quickly . She made all the ladies in my wedding party feel comfortable and looked so beautiful. Now let’s talk about my hair, to this day I get complements on my wedding hair and asked who did it. I felt so amazing, and my hair stayed for the entire wedding even through dancing the entire night away . You will not regret booking her for your big day.

verall was very sweet and friendly. Although I had not completed a trial session, I felt very confident in Shawnese’s craft. I provided her with my vision of how I wanted my hair to look and man did she DELIVER! I HIGHLY recommend Shawnese to any future bride seeking to have a beautiful hair do on their wedding day!

ese for hair extensions literally the night before the event. She graciously travelled to my place for the hairdo and everything went better than I had expected. I have always been very skeptical of getting my hair done professionally(previous bad experiences) and was very scared about experimenting on my special day, but Shawnese knew exactly what I wanted and gave me the perfect look!
Highly recommended for anyone planning to get married in Atlanta
Loved all my wedding hair styles! She is the best!!
