fulfilled. I don't think I was a difficult customer, but I did have a specific vision in my mind for my wedding hair but they weren't able to deliver. I even had to alter what I wanted initially to fit what I think they could personally do, but still it was very underwhelming. With much regret, I had to cancel because it didn't feel right.
I found Shawnese through Instagram. I don't know how, but I think I found her through hashtags. I was completely blown away with her work as soon as I found her. I noticed that she can work with various hair textures and I noticed that some of the brides she worked on had heavy veils / shawls on their head, but still their hair looked flawless and it looked like it maintained it's design for hours. That's major.
Shawnese is such a nice person and is very professional. She has such great work ethics and is on time and humble. I might've not let my hair dry completely the day of my wedding, but she was still very patient with me. But, y'all please don't make the same mistake. :)
If you have a hair dream and if you want elegant and glam va-va-voom hair.. I recommend SM Hair. Point blank. She is the best.
