Situated in Phippsburg, ME, Small Point Grange Hall, formerly the Bodwell Grange Hall, is a 100-year-old building renovated into a 6-bedroom seasonal rental. The country-style manor is an ideal fit for wedding rehearsal dinners with its cozy interior and rustic design. The renovation brought everything up to date while maintaining a sense of the original outside architecture and the large inside room where the Grange meetings were held. The Grange Hall carries a lot of local history, including hosting Grange and church breakfasts on the weekends, local Girl Scout meetings, and high school dances in the 50s/60s.
The Grange Hall is a perfect and accommodating venue for wedding parties to stay and sleep during their local wedding event, as well as the opportunity to host a welcome party or dinner rehearsal. The large and spacious meeting room upstairs can seat up to 50 guests. There are two full bathrooms, a large sunroom, a large sitting room, and a dining area downstairs. There are three bedrooms and a main bedroom.
This veteran-owned venue welcomes couples to host their special occasions in this beautiful, renovated country hall. The kitchen can accommodate meal prepping, as the outside is spacious enough to host a food truck. You are free to decorate the interior as you wish. The team welcomes engagement parties, wedding luncheons, showers, brunches, rehearsal dinners, and welcome parties.
