She was very organized in sending everything. She's also very helpful on information and tips on the both islands we decided to visit. I 100% credit Elena with our honeymoon. I'm the type to plan everything myself, but was overwhelmed by finding something great *and* budget friendly for our honeymoon. She swooped in and somehow got us to The BodyHoliday--a resort I'd seen weeks before on my own but was convinced we couldn't afford. The BodyHoliday was incredible, and Elena helped with every step. I finally understand why people use travel agents. We are so grateful for her for the memories we made.

Elena was probably one of the most unprofessional people I've ever worked with. She did a terrible job planning our honeymoon. The only thing she did for us is book our hotels which is what I could've done on my own. Because I've never been to this honeymoon destination before, I thought it would be a good idea to go through a travel agent to get some guidance. I still ended up researching everything on my own. She was not very accessible either and multiple times I had to resend my emails asking her to respond. SO unprofessional. Elena also made our traveling experiences TERRIBLE, the worst I've ever had. She recommended having a 1 hour transfer time because she said that it was do-able. However, our flight was delayed and we missed our transfer flight and had to wait for 12 HOURS until the next available flight AND we had to pay an additional fee because we missed our flight. So we spent 1 whole day at the airport for our honeymoon. How can a travel agent with "experience" not warn me about this possibility and not help me at all when this happened. She is seriously the worst travel agent ever and I would never recommend her to anyone. She didn't even follow up with me after to see how my honeymoon was. So inconsiderate and unprofessional. Seriously look somewhere else. Terrible services!!!

I've been working with EBTS for about four years and when it was time to book my honeymoon I know it had to be booked with Elena. Each vacation that she planned for us was truly exceptional, and always remained to stay within our budget. For our honeymoon we knew we wanted to rent a villa in St Barts. We happened to go during high season, and Elena managed to book all our restaurants in advance, as well as excursions. Our villa staff and concierges on the island were fantastic. I couldn't be more pleased with our wedding and honeymoon that EBTS recommended and planned. Our wedding was in Napa at Calistoga Ranch which was 100% planned by Elena. Our honeymoon to Bali exceeded our expectations. From the moment we landed to the time we left the entire honeymoon went flawless. Elena arranged a VIP customs express where we were able to breeze through which coming off a long flight meant the world to us. Royalty was the best way I could describe my magnificent honeymoon to India. Both my fiancee and I were having a royal type theme wedding, and wanted a similar experience for our honeymoon. The itinerary that Elena planned for us truly gave us that, and was done is such a tasteful way. We stayed at the Falaknuma Palace in Hyderabad, Rambagh Palace in Jaipur, Oberoi in Agra, and The Leela in Delhi. Elena planned every single detail, down to the rose petals being thrown at us from the sky in Hyderabad, and my personal favorite Elephant Trekking with a private dinner. The whole trip was just so magical. My husband and I had "pinch me" moments. I would highly recommend EBTS to anyone looking for a true travel professional. EBTS planned our honeymoon to Italy, and our consultant Elena was SUPER knowledgeable on the destination. Areas of Italy we visited, Cinqueterre, Florence, Cortona, Rome, and Capri. We absolutely loved every part of it, and could have not done this on our own. Elena's recommended unique, and interesting tours such as Truffle Hunting, Walking Eat Tour of Florence, Hot Ballon Ride in Cortona, and a Private Home Cooking Tour in Amalfi. We took her recommendation as to walk the city on our own, and just pre-purchase museum tickets which I would highly recommend for any young couples. Anyone looking for Italy I would highly suggest giving Elena a call, as this is certainly her area of expertise.

My wife and I just returned from our honeymoon and absolutely had a fantastic time. It was exactly what we wanted! Just returned from a three week honeymoon throughout France, Italy and Greece. It truly was incredible and could not have done this without Elena. My husband and I just returned from our awesome Honeymoon at Secrets Maroma in Riviera Maya Mexico. We could not have had a more amazing time and it's al thanks to Elena. I met with her back in the Fall of 2012 and she went above and beyond to narrow down some great honeymoon choices for us. Elena is the best at what she does. We sat down with her back in January to discuss our honeymoon. She immediately understood that we were looking for something unique but relaxing. Together, we decided on Tahiti. Elena took care of everything for us. Our plane tickets (both from the US to Tahiti and when we traveled to the different islands) were completely taken care of. She arranged private transportation for us once we were in Tahiti from the airports to our hotel and back again. She pre-arranged all of our excursions for us which were pre-paid and always on time. She took care of our dinner reservations and ensured that the restaurants had pre-arranged transportation for us. She was always available by email or in person in her office. She would even stay late in order to meet with us in person. Basically, being in another country, so much can go wrong. With Elena, however, nothing will.

My husband and I are about to book our next vacation and we were just reminiscing about the amazing honeymoon booked with Elena. Just returned from a two week Italy Honeymoon and anyone looking to travel to Italy needs to book with EBTS. They were top notch in organizing our tours, hotels, rail, car, etc...Her knowledge on the destination was very helpful during the process. One particular hotel that we loved was the Castello Banfi, highly recommend if you're into food/ wine. Another great recommendation is to splurge on the Balloon Ride, and private driver to take you to various wineries. Having the driver was stress free, and we got to visit a ton of wineries. We really loved working with EBTS and do plan on using them for all our future travels...

Just call her the Honeymoon Guru... Unbelievable! Quick story, our previous TA who booked us to Italy booked the wrong dates for our honeymoon. One week before we were getting ready to leave we realized we never got an itinerary from our TA... We Contacted the agent, she sent us the itinerary, and that's when we discovered the wrong dates were booked. My fiancee at the time flipped out and canceled the entire honeymoon. Back in May we had the pleasure of heading to India for our honeymoon. A destination that we both have dreamed of, and EBTS made it happen. With such a complex country to book we knew we had to pick the right agency, and we certainly did! Nothing at all was left unplanned. I mean nothing. We began in Delhi where we were surprised with a a rickshaw ride through Old Delhi courtesy of EBTS and spent 3 incredible nights at the Leela Palace. We then headed off to Jaipur were we were again surprised with a private visit threw the Palace where the Prince presently lives. Within this private walk we got to sip champagne in the same room as some US celebrates have dined. It was INCREDIBLE! The list is endless to what EBTS arranged from private Elephant rides, Elephant Polo Match, Visit to Shek temples, Soup Kitchen in Delhi, Got to walk the back streets of Delhi with a young boy, Dinners in Palaces, etc... This agency will give you a once in a lifetime experience... What I would recommend is a consultation as I felt this helped us tremendously.

We the economy crisis that Greece was in we were uncertain about travel to Greece. Elena reassured us that all would be OK in the outer islands and are SO pleased that we took her advice. We knew we wanted beach, culture, great food, and a destination within Europe, as we didn't want to travel extremely far. We went on all her recommendations in terms of hotels / islands, which was slightly hard for me as I'm a control freak. Recently returned from our Italy honeymoon in which Elena Borrero of EBTS planned for us, and it was spectacular! We stayed in Florence, Countryside Tuscany, Countryside Umbria and Rome. It was such a memorable hotel/ experience and exactly what we wanted! Both my husband and I never knew of Blackberry Farm until we met with Elena. She really knows her stuff!

We recently came back from our Caribbean honeymoon and had just a great experience with EBTS. We stayed in Turks and Caicos at this incredible hotel named Parrot Cay, which our agent highly recommended. EBTS came highly recommended and they certainly surpassed our expectations. We got upgraded to a One Bedroom Beach House which that alone was a massive savings. We were told that COMO hotels is a preferred chain with EBTS, so they tend to get upgrades, and special perks. We knew we wanted a relaxing beach destination and knew that Caribbean / Mexico would be off the list so decided to turn to a travel agency. We consulted with a few agency and knew the second we met with owner Elena we were booking through this agency. She was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and very well traveled. One tip we picked up was when looking for an agency ask them about there travel backround. It seemed to me the agents who have more travel backround expereince are the ones that are the most creative when putting together itineries. I don't think it's the years of experience in the travel industry it's the travel that they have done that makes them experienced. We ended up going to Oman and Dubai. We wanted beach, city, not a super long flight and a once in a lifetime destination. In Oman we stayed at the Six Sense resort which I would recommend to anyone who wants relaxation, remote resort with a rustic bibical feel. We truly couldn't been more happy with Elena's recommends and would have NEVER picked a destination like Oman if it wasn't for her. You will not be disappointed and I would recommend an in person consultation as we got so much out of our consultation.

We stayed 5 nights in Moorea at the InterContinental Moorea and 5 nights in Bora Bora at the Four Seasons... I recently returned from my Bhutan, Thailand, and Cambodia honeymoon and very rarely will I go to a site to place a review on a company. Elena Borrero Travel Services exceeded my expectations! The agent we used was owner, Elena and she was just outstanding. Our honeymoon we VERY important to us and prior to meeting Elena we went to a few agencies. We just couldn't find an agent that really understood what we were looking for. Either they were selling me a Sandals getaway package OR they were selling me somewhere in Europe. We wanted Culture, Beach, and a once in a lifetime experience. We stressed to Elena that we wanted something very culture intense and that is what she gave us! Each one were more beautiful than the other, so we made her finally decide, and we couldn't be more happier. I was frustrated getting faxed itineries from a book without a cover sheet to my office from a few agents I first called. So, I googled "Best Travel Agent in Bergen County, NJ" (Though I live in NY) and found Elena Borrero Travel Services. Needless to say, Google was completly right. After meeting with Elena 2 times we nailed down the overview of the honeymoon of a lifetime. We wanted a few days of warmth and beach (tough for November in Europe) and wanted to go to Italy. When we realized the layover would be in Paris- and my not wanting to just see the airport, she made changes to the itinary to incorporate 3 days in Paris! She is patient, works with your budget, is honest, and tends to every detail. Even her presentation of your honeymoon is amazing. We flew to St Marteen and took a boat to Anguilla. Being St Marteen is French- they have direct flights to Paris, which was our next step. 3 days later and only 1 1/2 flight we were in Venice. We spent the weekend in Venice. Then (so it didnt feel like too much travel) we took a train from Venice to Florence, which she was able to get us 4 days & 3 nights at the Four Seasons for such a competitive rate that I won't even post it. After 4 days in Florence and 1 1/2 hour comfortable train ride-we finished our honeymoon in Rome. Amazing! Since our first appointment with Elena, I think I have referred her to about 10 people! And being a business professional who works off referrals, I understand the concept. I am certain that anyone I refer to EBTS, Inc. will not only be satisfied, but shocked that there are professionals in the world that operate their business the way Elena does. I was introduced to Elena by a friend who said "use her, and you will NEVER regret it." He was right. Elena has planned spur-of-the-moment weekends, my honeymoon, and all vacations since I was first introduced. She takes the time to "get" what we want -- whether it's beach and relaxation, fancy dinners, interesting cities, adventure, etc -- and then offers 2-3 itineraries, always within budget. She never overwhelms us with choices but always seems to cover any possible ideas. We ended up booking that resort for our May honeymoon and Elena said we are going to have a fabulous time. That was such an understatement. My husband and I had an EXPLOSIVELY AMAZING time at this resort. We did not want to go home and are already planning our next trip back. We can't wait to plan our future vacations with Elena. When I first thought about getting married, one of the first things that popped in my mind was having an amazing honeymoon. I mean isn't that the official start of our new lives together? Well, then off course, more important things came up. Things like, picking a ring she would love, asking her parents, asking her in a memorable way. Then the congrats, parties, presents and trip after trip to look at catering halls, picking dates etc. Oh yeah, then finally I got to actually think about the honeymoon again. A honeymoon of all honeymoons and its off to the races. Well, up until then, the most I have planned was a week to the all inclusive bahamas resort. One call and the place and flight were booked. It was a good time, but not the type of trip that was going to set us off to the races. Then, thank God I had learned to listen to my future wife already. A freind referred her to the 'fairy God mother' of vacations. She created memories, not just airline tickets. That is what we were told by my fiances friend. Off course, to me that just meant spending twice as much for the same vacation, but off we went to meet this fairy God mother of experiences. It took me awhile to realize, but we had been with the fairy God mother, Elena for several minutes and not once did she offer up a suggestion of where to go. All she was doing was wasting out time asking questions and what we liked and disliked about our past vacations, together and seperate. I mean, everytime I would ask her about a spot, she would politely say it was nice or out of style, but then move back onto asking questions and listneing. I then realized that this was going to be like the car that has no tag on it. If you have to ask, it is just too much. Anyway, I enjoyed the hour we spent with Elena and felt like we made a new friend, but were no closer to a vacation destination. But hey, new freinds are always nice. She said she would get back to us in a few days and I just figured we were going to get an e-mail with a few locations and prices that would break the bank. A few days later, I received a call from my fienace and she was more excited than the day I asked her to marry me. She had received the e-mail from Elena. Each was a two page story of honeymoon experiences. As she read them to me, one was more amazing than the next. I felt like I was already on my honeymoon and we were a year away from the wedding. To boot, all three options were less than what I had come up with on the internet for just booking flights and the plain vanilla 'nice hotels' in the usual honeymoon spots. Well, I do not want to ruin the suprise for you, but lets just say that my fiance and I decided that we needed a vacation before our wedding to relax and prepare and then the honeymoon. They were so amazing and such great deals, how could we only choose one. The third became our one year aniversary suprise to my then wife. I never dreamed I would enjoy a vaction that much in my life, forget three of them. Elena thought of every detail, but at the same time we were able to enjoy the experience at our own pace and make changes on the fly if we felt like doing so. I happen to own my own business and looking back, I realized what tools our experience fairy God Mother used to create these experiences. Elena listened to what we liked, disliked and what our visions were for the perfect vacation experience. She is nothing short of amazing. I now have a vacation fairy god mother and a new friend. I worked with Elena Borrero to plan my honeymoon November 2010. If Elena cannot get you a great deal no one can! She has seen so many destinations and has cultivated relationships with numerous hotels and resorts making it easy for her to help you decide where would be best and negotiate a great deal. Elena always stayed in touch prior to our trip checking in with weather updates as a tropical storm hit the Caribbean right before we departed. Our flight was cancelled 2 hours before we were supposed to leave, we called Elena she rescheduled it for the same day - Within an hour of the cancellation to be exact. We used Elena's Travel Services for our honeymoon to Greece. She came highly recommended from our friend who had used her and now I know why! Our Maldives honeymoon was insane, Elena handled everything so the only thing left for my husband and I to do was relax and enjoy. Italy was also the same no-stress experience since Elena is an expert. She knows a lot about a lot and her extensive web of invaluable contacts are lifesavers. You cannot replicate this by going online yourself. We have recommended her to many of our friends and family and we will happily continue to use her travel services.
