Smarty Had a Party

I was pretty disappointed with the service I received. After what I thought was a laborious comparison I found the perfect price for my tablecloths, and noticed an option for free shipping for a larger volume. Thinking this would make the rest of the items easy to check off I ordered and waited. Excited to see the one item that brought me to the site, I was confused to not find 90" blue round tablecloths but 70" White. A cursory glance at the product description by the packer would have solved the issue before shipping. Instead after discovering that there was no voicemail, and so the phone number unprofessionally hangs up on you, I had to email and wait. As asked I sent a photo of the tablecloths I was sent to prove they were wrong, taking care to include a bar code that was found on the package to identify them. Customer service couldn't be bothered to actually look at the photo, and deemed it not correct and emailed asking for another photo containing the tablecloths. I had to call and ask the customer service rep to actually look at my photo so that the process could be started. With no instructions, thank God I used to work for FedEx or I would have not known what to do, a random email from fedex was sent to me with a prepaid label I correctly assumed was to send back the mistake. Again, with no further communication, I received more emails stating I had a new order placed and shipped? Again, assuming my right items are arriving but I'm not sure. Really feel like an unvalued customer, which is sad because I really wanted to brag about this find to other brides on my FB bridal groups who are looking for similar items. Communication with your customer is really key. Even a simple email explaining what was going on from that moment forward would have made me feel like you cared to change my experience. A simple phone call would have worked too.

I knew I wanted colorful linens for our reception, but I was shocked at how much everything was! This is where Smarty Had A Party stepped in. I happened upon them when I was looking to purchase linens instead of renting (turns out it's cheaper). Not only was it less expensive, but the customer service was WONDERFUL. They sent me various samples to help me make up my mind, they promptly answered any emails or phone calls, and they were always friendly and congratulatory. I was very impressed with the quality of everything. Also, shipping was super fast! I waited until close to the last minute and worried about the linens arriving too close to our wedding date, but they came just two days after I placed the order. I would highly recommend Smarty Had A Party. Plus, the little Smarties surprise in the packaging was adorable :)

I used Smarty Had a Party for teal gift boxes with lids. They were easy to put together and held about 10-13 Hershey's Kisses. I only used 5, but it made a very nice presentation without a bow. This was a last minute decision, so I ordered them about a week and a half before the wedding, they arrived on time with no issues.

I heard about Smarty Had A Party after going to another friends' wedding where she utilized them. I loved that the plates were plastic and able to be recycled yet still looked SO good! I ordered chargers for the head table and then plates with silverware. Everything looked great and was easy to clean up! I love that you can get the look of elegance without the cost of expensive china! The only thing I had a problem with was they were out of the plates I would have liked for months. I liked my back up ones, but wish that my original choice was available.

I am so thankful my mother found Smart Had a Party online. We used their linens for our wedding day and we were thrilled with our order. We purchased a small order of chair sashes and table runners, along with some fabric samples about 8 months before our wedding to try things out. They arrived quickly and were all great quality. About 2 months before our wedding, we ordered our table runners, chair sashes, napkins, and organza candy bags. Our order arrived in about a week and, again, the quality was superb - especially the vibrant dark purple color we ordered! We had everything we needed to decorate our ceremony and reception for a fraction of the cost of another linen company. If you, your wedding planner, or your venue are willing to set up these linens, I would highly suggest doing them yourself through Smarty Had a Party!

This place was great. I bought all disposable plates/utensils/serving bowls/glasses/napkins i bought the ones that looked like real china and utensils which was great and much more cost effective than renting the real thing. also easy clean up. i also got my white polyester table cloths from here cheaper than i could rent them anywhere figured i could launder and resell them to make back the money. Love this company and customer service was great. will

The quality of the products were decent. I was kind of disappointed with the quality of the cups. The description made them out to be thicker than they were. I was hoping they would get reused, but ended up getting tossed. If you purchase the tablecloths my suggestion is to wash them, put them in the dryer until damp, then iron while damp. Only way to get the wrinkles out. Even the Shark steam iron couldn't get the wrinkles out.

Ordered our table linens from here instead of renting because they were cheaper just to buy. Had them the next day after ordering and for $12 or so per tablecloth, you can't go wrong.

I bought my table cloths for the same price as renting them. I had them weeks in advance and didn't have to return them!

smarty had a party was easy to deal with and quick to call when they had a question. I got exactly what I wanted without hassle and cheaper than I could get renting.

They were great and their prices beat anyone who wants you to rent! I bought all my table clothes from them and they looked great!

We ordered tons of tablecloths, plates, cups, etc., from them for the reception. The colors looked just like they did online and they were all shipped very, very quickly. Would definitely recommend for big parties or receptions.

We got so much of our stuff from them, we ordered our table cloths, over lays, napkins, chair covers, and sashes from them and we were very pleased. The prices were great, they shipped with a few days and we had them just days after ordering, and they give you smarties candies!!!

I wanted lime green napkins and tie backs. They were perfect and very reasonable. You can find coupons too on line!!

Seriously, if you have not looked at their website...you need to now! we were able to buy our linens, both disposable and not for way cheaper than it would have cost us to rent them. They were beautiful, came quickly and without issue. The plates and "fake silverware" were amazing! Amazing quality and you can't beat the price. I am trying to think of another party to have just to use them again!

I use them for napkins plates and silverware. No one new it was plastic until they picked it up. looks like china in my pictures and thats what i cared about. No clean up necessary or unwanted dishes. best site ever
