Smash Bros 956 is a smash burger food truck from Brownsville, Texas, bringing crowd-pleasing sliders and burgers to weddings, quinceaneras, and celebrations across the Rio Grande Valley since 2022.
Our owner is Texas Food Handler and Texas Food Manager certified and learned the craft under high-end chefs in the Austin area, working in real restaurants there and running a spot in Austin before bringing that big-city experience home to the Valley.
Every patty is hand-rolled from never-frozen beef and smashed thin on a hot flat-top, and every sauce is made from scratch. For weddings we pull the truck right up to your venue and cook fresh for your guests: a dinner service, a late-night slider bar for the dance floor, or both. Prefer to keep it simple? We also offer drop-off and pick-up catering.
Guest favorites include our Classic Smashburger, Dr Pepper BBQ, La Picosa (habanero ranch), Frito Pie Burger, slider flights, chili cheese tots, waffle fries, and real ice cream milkshakes. Vegan patties are available, so every guest gets a burger.
We serve Brownsville, Harlingen, San Benito, McAllen, Edinburg, Mission, Weslaco, Pharr, Rio Grande City, and the rest of the Valley, and travel up to about 100 miles. Recent events include a 120-guest quinceanera in Brownsville where we served slider flights and tots on site for about 4 hours.
