Her organizational skills are exceptional. Every part of the planning process was seamless, and she always seemed one step ahead, anticipating our needs and ensuring that every element was handled perfectly. Even when we had questions or thoughts late at night, Sara was always available and quick to respond, making us feel like our wedding was her top priority.
The vendors she recommended were outstanding and matched our style perfectly. Sara handled every contract and detail. Her relationships with the vendors allowed us to have an incredible wedding day with seamless coordination, from the flowers to the music to the food.
On our wedding day, Sara was an absolute rock star. She managed everything behind the scenes so we could enjoy every moment without a single worry.

andemic hit! She was quick and thorough and replanned our wedding not once but twice! She was extremely flexible and wanted to give us the absolute best event we could have ever hoped for. She is based in DC area and she travels - she did our wedding in NYC and it was the most unforgettable day. I hired her after getting a referral from my friend who had worked with her and had a spectacular wedding (which I attended!).
We are so incredibly grateful we had someone in our corner throughout this whole process who was organized, efficient, creative, and thoughtful. We had people come up to us during the event and tell us our wedding was the best wedding they had ever attended! o Sara a few months before my wedding, based on the recommendation of my photographer.
Sara matched me with a hero, I mean planner, named Megan, who was going to be my coordinator. She and I met at my wedding venue for our first meeting and walked through everything. I unloaded all of my anxieties and everything that had not been resolved yet. She knew what questions to ask, was organized and was clear about how to figure out next steps. She was incredibly kind and excited about everything related to the wedding, which I appreciated. Moving forward, I felt like I had an advocate and a teammate as I was negotiating vendors and family members.
On the day of the wedding, Megan arrived with an assistant. All I can say is that they were so wonderful. Megan quietly and efficiently kept the day on track, dealt with unforeseen issues and made sure that everyone was where they needed to be when they needed to be there. The real act of wizardry was how Megan got the center pieces setup. There were at least at least 25 vases with flowers, as well as candles, that needed to be put out on tables while the venue staff were turning over the space quickly to transition from the ceremony to the reception. I honestly have no idea how she did it, but it was very impressive.
After the wedding, I felt so grateful that I went with Sara and her team and wondered if I could hire Megan to coordinate my entire life. If you are feeling like you can't do it all on your wedding day or that you won't be able to enjoy your wedding because of your responsibilities (and it works with your budget), I highly recommend getting at least a day of coordinator and I recommend going with Sara Muchnick and her team.
