eceptionist brought it to my attention that they put 30 mins aside for soak offs and since they were off I would have to wait 30 mins to be seen. I wasn’t seen until 5:50pm. At that time the receptionist informed me that a tech would start off my nails because Jacqueline was still with a client. Rosa started my nails and applied the tips, Smiley applied the acrylic to my nails, at this time I noticed primer was not applied to my nails prior to the application of the acrylic. I was then directed to Jacquelines station. At no point in time was an apology given for the inconvenience. 3 days later my nails started to lift, 1 week later 3 nails completely lifted. I called the salon stating the situation and was redirected to Smiley(manager) who was extremely rude and irate with no solution. Very unprofessional.
