Everything from intimate elopements of 10 attendees to grand celebrations with 3,800 guests can be accommodated here. Flag Hall offers a beautiful space to host a wedding ceremony for up to 300 seated guests. Located on the second floor, this space features vaulted ceilings and a shimmering abstract representation of the American flag. The third floor balcony looks down upon Flag Hall and can serve as an additional seating area for your ceremony, or as the ideal cocktail hour setting. The Wallace H. Coulter Performance Plaza is located on the first floor and can serve as a spectacular setting for a wedding reception. A built-in stage and professional lighting make this room ideal for those wishing to have live entertainment at their celebration. This event area is located within the museum’s Innovation Wing and guests can explore the various exhibits here during your occasion. For an open-air event, the Rooftop Terrace provides the perfect spot. Up to 350 guests can be accommodated for a seated reception that overlooks many notable sites. Here, guests can enjoy breathtaking views of the National Mall, including the Capitol building, the Washington Monument, and beyond. The museum also offers a selection of additional spaces that can be utilized for your special day.
