Louis and the SmithWorks team went above and beyond during a challenging time to procure an engagement ring for my fiance! They were easy to work with, responsive, and created the ...
most beautiful design. Additionally, their continued customer service is second to none. I am so glad SmithWorks was a part of our special day. We look forward to being continued customers for life!
My experience with Smithworks Jewelers was exceptional. As soon as I walked in I felt welcomed and was promptly assisted. Louis and his team worked with me deligenty in finding the...
engagement ring I liked. Louis went out of his way from what he was currently working on to lend his expertise about Gems; for example, visualizing the aspect. The atmosphere there felt calm, relaxing, and unpressuring. I hope to be a future customer for years to come. Glad you are in Spartanburg, thank you!

Smithworks has a great selection of rings & the service was exceptional - personal and helpful with low pressure. We love our rings.

wonderful! It was done very quickly and although it may cost a little more than a mall jeweler, I knew everything was being done with the highest quality, service and professionalism. They will also clean your pieces for free!
I was looking for a very special ring and I could not find it until, Smithworks. Wonderful outcome and great price!
