Louis and the SmithWorks team went above and beyond during a challenging time to procure an engagement ring for my fiance! They were easy to work with, responsive, and created the most beautiful design. Additionally, their continued customer service is second to none. My experience with Smithworks Jewelers was exceptional. As soon as I walked in I felt welcomed and was promptly assisted. Louis and his team worked with me deligenty in finding the engagement ring I liked. Louis went out of his way from what he was currently working on to lend his expertise about Gems; for example, visualizing the aspect. The atmosphere there felt calm, relaxing, and unpressuring. Although we did not purchase a ring here (engagement ring was passed down from a family member), we have gotten the engagement ring and wedding band resized here and they have been wonderful! It was done very quickly and although it may cost a little more than a mall jeweler, I knew everything was being done with the highest quality, service and professionalism. They will also clean your pieces for free!
