The story of Smoked Pickle Barbecue began on one of Eric's work trips to Texas, where he sampled rich and smoky Texas barbecue cuisine for the very first time. This chance encounter became the catalyst for many future Lone Star State trips and barbecue joint visits. Eric soon transformed his passion into action, purchasing a wood-fired offset smoker and serving up brisket to friends and family, all from his backyard! Smoked Pickle Barbecue is the realization of Eric's dream to share his creations with his community, from football games to private events.
Eric and his team offer completely customizable dining experiences, allowing couples to choose the meats, sides, and sauces they'd like to enjoy on their special day. Cooking with live fire remains one of Eric's favorite parts of the barbecue process, so outdoor event bookings are always welcome! All of Smoked Pickle's dishes are prepared using the finest quality locally sourced ingredients for a catering journey that celebrates the Southern culinary tradition.
