Smokee's Pizza is a mobile food truck and catering company born and bred in Asheville, North Carolina. We're a small but mighty team dedicated to making your wedding dining experience easy, fun, and a crowd-pleaser for all your guests.
Our Services:
While our pride and joy is delicious Neapolitan-style pizzas cooked to perfection in our wood-fired oven, we're also able to serve up crispy, charred chicken wings, hand-crafted salads, small bites and hors d'oeuvres, and desserts. We invite you to work closely with us to design a curated menu that will meet your needs. With plant-based and gluten-free options available, we can assure you there will be something for every guest to enjoy on your special day!

We had a few guests who needed no cheese and vegan pizza options, and Smokee's was incredibly accommodating in coordinating around those dietary restrictions ahead of the event. All of Smokee's staff who came onsite were so friendly and kind, and Smokee's was easy to work with from start to finish. We are so glad we chose them to cater for us, and we highly recommend booking them for your next event!

We went with the Parisian, the Bianca 2.0, the D-Tag, the Supreme pizza, and caesar salad + pasta salad. Everything was so delicious, our guests could not stop talking about how good the food was! We will definitely be visiting their truck whenever we are in Asheville.

ville. We knew at the beginning we wanted pizza. We messaged Smokee's and another local food truck but were drawn to Smokee's due to their friendliness and promptness. We got the pizza buffet with 4 pizzas. For one of the pizzas, we wanted something to represent us. They took the time to brainstorm with us on creating a pizza that represented our likes and it was SCRUMPTIOUS! Everyone kept talking about it!
When we got to the brewery, Smokee's had already set up the buffet table! Talk about stress free! They included napkins, utensils, and plates. The pizzas were on these cute black trays. Everything was perfect.
Also, if you are thinking about it and debating- add the salad. Do it. Trust me. The goat cheese balls in it are out of this world! I was told many times by guests after the event that they could have just eaten the salad alone and been happy and stuffed.
Not only did Smokee's go out of the way with planning, setting up the buffet table, and creating the pizzas, but at the end of the night, they boxed up the extra pizzas for us to take home. They just kept on impressing us!
I am telling you.... Smokee's is the best!!! You will not find better people and pizza around! Plus, they are dog lovers :)
