Smooth Event Group was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! From the very first phone call, we knew we were in great hands. Pat was absolutely incredible. From our first conversation all the way through the end of our wedding night, he was there every step of the way. He took the time to get to know us, helped us plan every detail of the reception, answered all of our questions, and made us feel completely confident that everything would go perfectly. On the wedding day, he kept everything running seamlessly, brought amazing energy, and made every announcement and transition feel effortless. We truly can’t thank him enough for everything he did. Frank was a phenomenal DJ. He took the time to listen to everything we wanted and made sure our favorite songs and requests were incorporated throughout the night. At the same time, he used his experience to mix in songs he knew would get everyone on the dance floor, and he was absolutely right. His ability to read the room and keep the energy up all night long was incredible. The dance floor was packed from start to finish, and our guests are still talking about how much fun they had. A special thank you to Vanya on the saxophone. His live performance added such a unique and exciting element to our reception. It blended perfectly with the music, elevated the atmosphere, and created moments our guests will never forget. We are so happy we chose to include the live saxophone—it was the perfect addition to an already amazing night. We received countless compliments from our family and friends about the entertainment. to work with, super responsive, and really cared about making everything perfect for us. One of the most meaningful things he did was create such a special moment during my father daughter dance. He included a voicemail from my dad who has passed, and it was something I will never forget. It meant everything to me! On top of that, he absolutely killed it with the music! We got so many compliments from our guests saying he was the best DJ they’ve ever seen at a wedding. The songs were perfect and he kept everyone on the dance floor all night! If I ever have another event and need a DJ, I will book Austin every single time. Cannot recommend him enough! 10+/10 stars!

DJ Frank Nitty, MC Wild Bill, Vanya Sax, and Frank Lao the Wedding Drummer absolutely MADE our wedding. From the first to final song, the energy was unreal. DJ Frank kept the dance floor energy we envisioned. We let him have full control of song selection and he read the crowd perfectly. It was so nice to have that one thing off our plate with some many decisions that are made with wedding planning. MC Wild Bill brought the personality and kept everything running smoothly it was the perfect balance of hype and class. And then… Vanya ( Sax) and Frank (drummer) took it to a completely different level. The live sax and drums over the music was the perfect touch. is unmatched! Our guests haven’t stopped raving about how much fun the addition of the Photo Booth and saxophone player Joeysax added to the atmosphere of the wedding. The MC was absolutely perfect and handled our ridiculously large bridal party with grace!! Most importantly, DJ Smooth has been the talk of all 350 guests!! There is no one who could have kept the dance floor packed like DJ Smooth did from our announcements right to the last song. Hiring Smooth Event Group was thebest wedding decision we made! They took a large chunk of stress off of our plates. While having to worry about every other detail, Austin made sure we never once had to stress about our music! From the first song until the last song at 12:30, our dance floor remained completely full and Austin showed his level of expertise in keeping a wide variety of ages of guests all going! He came with a professional crew and an amazing MC who guided the evening seamlessly. Adding services was simple—we included a photo booth, which was a huge hit and came with copies of every guest’s photos, as well as a live sax player who kept the energy electric on the dance floor. Most importantly, he was respectful, easy to work with, and made the wedding planning process so much smoother (no pun intended lol) just by doing his job exceptionally well. There’s nothing worse than a DJ who can't read the room and the vibe, but Smooth far exceeded our expectations and nailed the vibe all night long. REALLY good at what they do. We still get compliments on Bill getting everyone on the dance floor ASAP and Austin playing bop after bop, no one wanted to leave the dance floor. Also Austin didn't miss a single thing when it came to all of the ceremony songs, first dances etc... he started and stopped every single one when we asked him to which seems minor but I've seen a lot of DJ's leave the guests of honor lingering on the floor a little too long because they don't cut the song at the right spot lol. You're in great hands with this group and I would reccommend them to everyone.

I had to book him. Austin and Bill were a great duo. Bill’s energy was electric and Austin kept everyone on the dance floor all night! Song choices were perfect and catered nicely to all ages. We received lots of compliments from all of our guests on the music. The wedding coordinator actually made a comment at the end of the night that she doesn’t think she’s seen a wedding where all of the guests were on the dance floor all night long before ours. I have already been recommending them to friends and family and will continue to do so!!
