Michael and Nick were incredible - they kept our dance floor full all night and the party going! We particularly appreciated all of the intentional coordination, as we met with Michael twice in the few weeks leading up to the event to ensure the timeline worked as he had a lot of experience with our venue and our caterers, and even during the night, he worked closely with our photographers to ensure that we got the photos we wanted, our guests could maximize the fun, and that we were celebrating and not worrying about a thing. We would highly recommend them for a wedding, or any other celebrating with a dance floor!

Austin (DJ Smooth) was honestly amazing for Jason and my wedding! I can’t say enough good things about him!
From the beginning, his customer service was top notch. He was so easy ...
to work with, super responsive, and really cared about making everything perfect for us. One of the most meaningful things he did was create such a special moment during my father daughter dance. He included a voicemail from my dad who has passed, and it was something I will never forget. It meant everything to me!
On top of that, he absolutely killed it with the music! We got so many compliments from our guests saying he was the best DJ they’ve ever seen at a wedding. The songs were perfect and he kept everyone on the dance floor all night!
If I ever have another event and need a DJ, I will book Austin every single time. Cannot recommend him enough! 10+/10 stars!

Smooth Event Group was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! From the very first phone call, we knew we were in great hands.
Pat was absolutely incredible. From our fi...
rst conversation all the way through the end of our wedding night, he was there every step of the way. He took the time to get to know us, helped us plan every detail of the reception, answered all of our questions, and made us feel completely confident that everything would go perfectly. On the wedding day, he kept everything running seamlessly, brought amazing energy, and made every announcement and transition feel effortless. We truly can’t thank him enough for everything he did.
Frank was a phenomenal DJ. He took the time to listen to everything we wanted and made sure our favorite songs and requests were incorporated throughout the night. At the same time, he used his experience to mix in songs he knew would get everyone on the dance floor, and he was absolutely right. His ability to read the room and keep the energy up all night long was incredible. The dance floor was packed from start to finish, and our guests are still talking about how much fun they had.
A special thank you to Vanya on the saxophone. His live performance added such a unique and exciting element to our reception. It blended perfectly with the music, elevated the atmosphere, and created moments our guests will never forget. We are so happy we chose to include the live saxophone—it was the perfect addition to an already amazing night.
We received countless compliments from our family and friends about the entertainment. They truly went above and beyond to make our wedding unforgettable. Thank you, Pat, Frank, Vanya, and the entire team for creating a celebration that was everything we dreamed of and more. We cannot recommend you highly enough!

kept the energy high all night long. Pat’s music selections were spot-on — he read the room effortlessly and had everyone on the dance floor (even our friends who “don’t dance” were out there).
Michael, our MC, brought such a great vibe — fun, engaging, and professional without being over the top. He kept everything flowing smoothly (even when there were real-time changes to our timeline), and really helped bring our vision for the night to life.
We got so many compliments from our guests about how fun and well-run everything was, and a huge part of that is thanks to these two.

Smooth Event Group Exceeded Our Expectations!
Music truly sets the tone for a wedding, and Smooth Event Group went above and beyond in every way for us. From the very first song to...
the last, the music kept the energy high and the dance floor absolutely packed. Every single song was a hit—the transitions between tracks were so smooth and creative that it took the entire experience to the next level. One of our friends even told us, “I could hear the next song coming in from the current song and it got me so hype”—and we couldn’t agree more.
We had a nearly three-hour set on the dance floor, and there was never a dull moment. DJ Austin and MC Bill worked together seamlessly, keeping the momentum going and making sure that everyone was having the time of their lives. The way they read the room and adapted the playlist was seriously impressive, ensuring all of our guests—of every age—were out there dancing together and loving every minute of it.
Thank you, DJ Austin and MC Bill, for making our wedding celebration unforgettable. We can’t recommend Smooth Event Group enough if you want a packed dance floor and memories that will last a lifetime.

Where do we even begin if we could give 10 stars, we would.
We hired Smooth Event Group because we wanted a party and they delivered above and beyond. Austin is a close friend of ...
ours and we knew the type of energy his group would bring but when it’s your event there is just something different and we wouldn’t have put our trust for all things entertainment in anyone else but Smooth Event Group.
DJ Frank Nitty, MC Wild Bill, Vanya Sax, and Frank Lao the Wedding Drummer absolutely MADE our wedding. From the first to final song, the energy was unreal.
DJ Frank kept the dance floor energy we envisioned. We let him have full control of song selection and he read the crowd perfectly. It was so nice to have that one thing off our plate with some many decisions that are made with wedding planning.
MC Wild Bill brought the personality and kept everything running smoothly it was the perfect balance of hype and class.
And then… Vanya ( Sax) and Frank (drummer) took it to a completely different level. The live sax and drums over the music was the perfect touch. We are still getting compliments on how much fun everyone had. The dance floor was packed from start to finish, and we truly didn’t want the night to end.
To top it all off we have the whole day and night on video thanks to Rosie and Natalie from their video team . Their eye for capturing such special moments is truly incredible and we highly recommend them if you are looking to add content creators to your team. They had content back to us in 24hrs. It was so seamless having everything booked right in one spot they work hand and hand with the DJ’s and MC and didn’t miss a beat. It’s worth the investment as someone who didn’t want a full wedding video we are so glad we do this.
Booking this team was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. If you want unforgettable energy, nonstop dancing, and a party your guests will rave about — this is your crew.
Don’t hesitate to book this group for your wedding you won’t regret!!

There aren’t enough words to describe how perfect Smooth Event Group made our day. DJ Smooth, Austin, made every single step of planning so simple and his level of professionalism ...
is unmatched! Our guests haven’t stopped raving about how much fun the addition of the Photo Booth and saxophone player Joeysax added to the atmosphere of the wedding. The MC was absolutely perfect and handled our ridiculously large bridal party with grace!!
Most importantly, DJ Smooth has been the talk of all 350 guests!! There is no one who could have kept the dance floor packed like DJ Smooth did from our announcements right to the last song. Hiring Smooth Event Group was thebest wedding decision we made! They took a large chunk of stress off of our plates. While having to worry about every other detail, Austin made sure we never once had to stress about our music! From the first song until the last song at 12:30, our dance floor remained completely full and Austin showed his level of expertise in keeping a wide variety of ages of guests all going! The dance floor lighting, the DJ’s set up, the MC, the Photo Booth, and the saxophone were all perfection. We owe our perfect night to Austin and Smooth Event Group!! We thank you all again!!

We decided on a one stop shop with getting, lights, Photo Booth, MC , and of course the best DJ is business (Austin himself). To this day I still get compliments of the vibe and music of my day. I can’t say enough how perfect this crew made my day. I wish we could run it back every week! 🫶🏻

We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ! From start to finish, he was kind, professional, and an absolute blast to work with. People are still raving about our wedding and how much ...
fun they had. Our biggest goal was to have a packed dance floor all night, and he delivered—no one wanted to leave!
He came with a professional crew and an amazing MC who guided the evening seamlessly. Adding services was simple—we included a photo booth, which was a huge hit and came with copies of every guest’s photos, as well as a live sax player who kept the energy electric on the dance floor.
Most importantly, he was respectful, easy to work with, and made the wedding planning process so much smoother (no pun intended lol) just by doing his job exceptionally well. There’s nothing worse than a DJ who can't read the room and the vibe, but Smooth far exceeded our expectations and nailed the vibe all night long. From the ceremony music, to the dance floor- he nailed it. If we ever need a DJ again, he will be our one and only call. Thanks to him, we truly had the time of our lives! Don't think twice, book with Smooth Event Group- you will not be disappointed.

I would hire Smooth Event Group 1000 times over. Austin and Bill are incredibly talented and will take your event from great to incredible. Super easy to work with and just overall...
REALLY good at what they do. We still get compliments on Bill getting everyone on the dance floor ASAP and Austin playing bop after bop, no one wanted to leave the dance floor. Also Austin didn't miss a single thing when it came to all of the ceremony songs, first dances etc... he started and stopped every single one when we asked him to which seems minor but I've seen a lot of DJ's leave the guests of honor lingering on the floor a little too long because they don't cut the song at the right spot lol. You're in great hands with this group and I would reccommend them to everyone.

Smooth Event Group was an amazing vendor to work with, they made the process so smooth and easy! Austin is a long time friend and I knew as soon as I started wedding planning that ...
I had to book him. Austin and Bill were a great duo. Bill’s energy was electric and Austin kept everyone on the dance floor all night! Song choices were perfect and catered nicely to all ages. We received lots of compliments from all of our guests on the music. The wedding coordinator actually made a comment at the end of the night that she doesn’t think she’s seen a wedding where all of the guests were on the dance floor all night long before ours. I have already been recommending them to friends and family and will continue to do so!!
