osed to meet her to pick up my flowers she ended up having me pick them up from her front porch, she was not there. At first sight, I thought the flowers were for someone else’s wedding. They weren’t at all the colors we had discussed. My bridal party and husband were all wearing emerald green and she had used red roses and whites that would have made my fall wedding look like Christmas. I had requested green, blue and purple arrangements, at no time were red roses talked about. We weren’t able to reach her after I picked them up. I got a text the next day, 30 minutes before my ceremony with an apology. My sister-in-law and I went and bought all new flowers in our colors at the local grocery store and stayed up late and made new bouquets and boutonnieres. She texted she was not able to find the colors I was wanting which I understand. My issue was that she didn’t call me to ask what plan B I would like, she just choose different colors and gave me no warning. After I returned home from my honeymoon, I emailed her about my disappoint and again was not responded too. I’m not one to leave bad reviews but in this case I feel my experience should be stated and my efforts to directly talk to her about it went ignored. Hire one of the many other talented florists in Jackson! -Let down

and white calla lillies with the purple center. The day of my wedding came and she used dark purple Hydrangeas instead of lilac and all white Calla Lillies. Worse even, she put hot pink roses in the bouquets, which we had never discussed any pink flowers and they clashed horribly. When I confronted her about it her only reply was that she thought they looked good- not caring what I thought when I was the customer. Additionally the centerpieces were pathetically small. Did not do a good job communicating. There are a lot of florists in Jackson- do yourself a favor and choose one other than Jennifer at Snake River Flowers.
