I tried contacting her several times weeks before the wedding to tell her exactly how many guests were attending and just make sure everything was in order and I was not able to get a call back until the day before the wedding. Come wedding day, she did not update the menu items we had talked about and we had way to much food. Overall she did make some delicious food, but she is not a reliable communicator.

However, I didn't realize how expensive it would be, which could just be my lack of knowledge about these things. I think one may be able to find cheaper caterers in the Tuscaloosa area. But still, for me it was worth it! She did an incredible job!!!!

any people can say that about wedding food? The guests were all raving about it. We were able to customize our menu. Snap Decisions has various menus of the food they make but are also willing to make things from personal recipes or something not on their menu. We were sad we had no leftovers to take home but I guess that speaks for itself as well!
