se of the quality of the photo strip we took at the expo. Working with Manny was easy, and always got back to me within a reasonable amount of time. I am giving them 4/5 stars because the day of my wedding the attendant was not very attending. We had added on that service, they were to manage the scrapbook and encourage the guests to sign it (it was our only guestbook). Various guests, commented on the fact that the attendant was not present. They were not encouraged to sign the guest book, there were piles of photo strips still in the printer. I was a bit disappointing since this was the ONE thing we were looking forward to the most. I will say that Manny handled the feedback like a champ, refunded us the money we paid for the attendant and promised to send us a USB drive w/all our pictures that we missed getting.
