There aren't words to describe how amazing Jen and Ben are at what they do. I KNEW when we met them for the engagement session that we made the perfect choice. They are so down to earth, easy to talk to, and just all around wonderful people. My groom and I aren't the most 'natural' in front of a camera, but they made us laugh and feel so comfortable. My fiance (now husband :)) could NOT stop gushing over how fun they were and how much more excited they made him for the wedding after our engagement session. I was sooo glad to have them there on our wedding day as well. They have such a calming presence, and I swear they don't meet a stranger. Everyone just loved them, and they knew EXACTLY what they were doing. Jen asks a lot of questions beforehand and comes up with a very detailed schedule that she shares prior to the day so everyone knows where they are supposed to be and when. This may sound minor, but this made the day flow so smoothly and made a very Type A bride relax! Additionally, Ben does SEVERAL "behind the scenes" insta stories throughout the day. I watched these every weekend leading up to my big day, and it was so much fun when me and my groom got to watch ours on our wedding night. You get to see so many behind the scenes things that you would otherwise totally miss! This was honestly one of my favorite things they did! I should also probably mention that the quality of their work is phenomenal. They spend so much time making sure each picture is perfect, and it really shows. I am giddy with anticipation waiting for our wedding pictures, and I absolutely could not recommend this sweet duo enough!

My husband and I loved working with Jenn & Ben! They did both our engagement shoot and our wedding. The pictures were spectacular, and they were such a joy to work with. They were positive, encouraging, and made everyone feel at ease. They were very organized and professional, and we got all the photos we wanted! Highly recommend them!

Snap Happy took our engagement pictures and the pictures for our wedding this last weekend. Jenn and her husband are so easy to work with and we felt so comfortable with them. While looking for wedding photographers we found many photos to be soft, muted, and though pretty, a bit dull. We wanted beautiful vibrant photos and every photo we saw from Snap Happy was just that. Jen and Byron were so easy to work with and we absolutely loved every single one of our engagement shots. They have a lot of experience, are familiar with local wedding venues, and were so accommodating to all of our needs on wedding day. I felt confident that all my pictures would turn out stunning with them photographing. Turn around time for the pictures is very reasonable. Their pricing is very reasonable for such wonderful wedding photographs. I would highly recommend anyone in the Memphis/Mississippi area use them for your wedding photography! p.s. they do great newborn, senior, etc. photographs as well.

Jennifer and Byron are the real thing! The wife and husband duo took our idea for engagement pictures and ran with it and I could be more happy with the results. I just got married so we don't have the wedding pictures back, but I know they will be awesome. The packages they offer are very reasonable compared to other photographers in the Memphis area, and they offer so much!

They are the best people to work with. I could not have asked for a better photographer on my wedding day!

I highly recommend Snap Happy Photography for any time you need a professional photographer. Jenn photographed my wedding, and while I haven't seen my photos just yet, I know they will be wonderful. I've seen several weddings she photographed, and the photos came out beautiful. She was extremely efficient and professional! I'm a little camera-shy and she was very good with helping me warm up and get comfortable. Also, it was very hot outside (June wedding) and her efficiency was greatly appreciated! I've seen several wedding photos that came out looking too "artsy" instead of really capturing the day, which I didn't want, and Jenn knew this. She does a fabulous job of capturing those special moments AND presenting them beautifully. I can't wait to show our wedding photos to everyone, because I know they're going to be beautiful!

Jennifer and Byron are artists. I just got my wedding pics back, and I am blown away! Not only do they produce beautiful pictures, but they are very hard-working and dedicated. I feel like they chronicled the whole day perfectly. Not once did they rest, and several of my guests exclaimed on how diligent they were. Grab them up quickly, before they move on to bigger and better places! (Stay in Memphis, please! I need you for baby photos)
